Clean, quiet, well staffed, good breakfast, good beds.

Hotel molto carino, receptionist gentili e disponibili, camere pulite e curate.
Il quartiere è bello e vivo, la posizione è ottima: vicino alla metro e a una mezz'oretta a piedi da Notre Dame.

Got a standard room. Room was small compared to North American standards...more suitable for 1 person rather than 2. Location was good..walking distance to restaurants,shops,stores..even a laundrette shop. they have a breakfast place in the lobby but we did not purchase any meals there. Free coffee and breath freshener candies are offered in the lobby. The entrance is level to the street. The hotel check in was easy. The clerk spoke enough english to be understood. The elevator is just large enough for 2 people...if you have multiple suitcases you may have to make 2 trips. there is a washroom on the lobby floor. Our room had a newer bathroom which was nice, as well as a security safe and a fridge. Our room was so small that there wasn't much room to store our suitcases...which was just as well for there was little room to store your clothes. The closet was tiny with only 5 or 6 hangers. The TV had few english channels which was understandable. But the TV could only be viewed by lying in bed and looking up at the wall in front. The room was adorned with darker colors but the bathroom was nice. The shower soaps had a nice scent to them. The room view was decent. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no accessible temperature control. No ice available in the hotel...you have to go to the store if you want ice. As with many European city center hotels you have to temper your expectations...the buildings will be older and the rooms/facilities will be smaller. The staff were friendly and understanding. The air conditioning was not operating from the controls for cooler months so to cool down your room, one must open the windows. The main thing I would recommend is to try to get a larger room if possible when staying at any hotel in Europe. Also I booked through Agoda. The book hotels like these through private contracting agencies. I booked some wrong dates and Agoda would not let me change the dates 2 months prior because I booked a "non-refundable room:" So I lost 2 nights of hotel fees. I got the runaround and I will never book through Agoda or its affiliates again. But this was not the fault of the hotel.

De kamers zijn klein, maar enorm schoon en netjes, het personeel is vriendelijk. Prima hotel voor een stedentrip.

Infelizmente ficamos com o quarto de deficientes, o que fez com que ficássemos no r/c num quarto em que a casa de banho é open soace, imaginem 3 pessoas a tomar banho, ficou tudo encharcado. A limpeza do quarto 0. Tinha manchas pegajosas no chão e migalhas, éramos 3 adultos e um bebé e só puseram 2 toalhas, não tiveram o cuidado de colocar 4, tivemos de pedir. Quartos não são insonorizados, ouvíamos tudo o que acontecia nos outros quartos, ouvíamos o microondas da cozinha e as portas a abrir e a fechar.|Pequeno-almoço fraquíssimo com panquecas congeladas!!! Em plena França isto acontecer é inadmissivel. Hotel a NAO repetir.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse comme il en manque dans ce monde cruel. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et pour vos sourires. Ça fait plaisir. Restez comme vous êtes on a besoin de personnel comme vous.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene|La camera 604 situata al sesto piano è ampia, silenziosa ,pulita e confortevole e potete sempre trovare bottigliette d'acqua,un bollitore con te e tisana e la macchinetta del caffe con cialde da poter utilizzare|Il bagno è spazioso e luminoso |La colazione è varia e buona |Il personale è gentile e parla molto bene anche l'italiano. E a Parigi non è scontato trovare qualcuno che lo parli!|È situato in una zona tranquilla con un bel parco giochi proprio di fronte ed è a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro |Nei dintorni ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati |Per noi è un ottima struttura!|

Confortevole e centralissima soluzione ad un ottimo prezzo!
Grazie a tutto lo staff, ma specialmente a Giulia per aver reso il soggiorno così spensierato e godibile. Torneremo sicuramente e con gioia :)

Cinco años después hemos vuelto a disfrutar de una magnífica estancia en Gardette Park Hotel. Muy agradable la atención del staff y las habitaciones acogedoras. La situación es muy buena para moverse por París.

Hotel très propre et bien situé. Accueil chaleureux et ascenseur disponible très pratique pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Cependant notre chambre (101) donnait sur un lieu où beaucoup de pigeons se regroupaient donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. La chaleur était donc gênante. Je pense qu'avec une autre chambre, le séjour aurait mérité un solide 4 étoiles.

Accueil, exceptionnel, personnel, formidable et très serviable. Mention spéciale à Cylia et Louis à l’accueil durant mon séjour. J’apprécie particulièrement cet hôtel pour son emplacement -quartier hyper vivant plein de bistrots, restaurants et commerces- et pourtant très calme le soir. Chambres impeccables, avec balcon donnant sur un très joli square. ( jamais testé le petit déjeuner…).

Een fijn hotel uitkijkend op een parkje. En wat helemaal super was is dat we een upgrade kregen naar een kamer met balkon.

Super emplacement, face à un square. Les chambres sont superbes et l'accueil très chaleureux.
Le petit déjeuner est hyper varié c'est très bien.

EN: A deeply disappointing experience that overshadowed my time in Paris. The rooms are unbearably noisy due to poorly insulated walls, with sounds from neighbors and the elevator disturbing your peace. Cleaning starts at 7 a.m. with vacuuming on weekends, preventing any rest. The rooms are outdated, and to make matters worse, I found hair from previous guests in my bed. I felt uncomfortable and was relieved to leave. The only positive side was the friendly staff

FR: Une expérience profondément décevante qui a terni mon séjour à Paris. Les chambres sont insupportablement bruyantes à cause des murs mal insonorisés, avec des bruits de voisins et de l'ascenseur qui perturbent la tranquillité. Le nettoyage commence dès 7 h, avec des aspirateurs le week-end, empêchant tout repos. Les chambres sont tristounettes et, pour aggraver les choses, j'ai trouvé des cheveux d'anciens clients dans mon lit. Je me suis senti mal à l'aise et j'étais soulagée de partir. Le seul
point positif: le personnel qui etait sympa.

Nous y avons séjourné en famille, la chambre triple n' était pas du tout adaptée, salle de douche minuscule, un lit d appoint qui prenait toute la place et notre chambre est devenue très inconfortable, pour trois personnes je ne vous recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Hormis les chambres exiguës, hôtel bien situé métro à 5 mn à pied, petit déjeuner copieux, hôtel raffiné dans sa déco, très propre, aucunes nuisances. Dommage de proposer des chambres triples alors que vous n en avez pas la capacité.

small hotel but it's good . The breakfasts of this hotel are very tasty|If you don't like a small and simple hotel, I don't recommend it.and i hope enjoy your trip that street have a small park one church and doner turkey and near of Macdonald and metro station

Très bon emplacement, à proximité du métro

L'hôtel compte 6 étages et l'ascenseur s'arrête à la moitié de l'étage, de sorte qu'il y a toujours un peu de marche à faire dans l'escalier incurvé. L'hôtel fait face à un petit parc et il y a quelques restaurants pittoresques dans le quartier, que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer. Le personnel s'est montré amical lors de l'enregistrement et a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser nous enregistrer, même si nous avions une demi-heure d'avance sur l'heure d'enregistrement. L'hôtel était équipé d'une bouilloire et d'une cafetière. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite pour quatre personnes et il y avait juste assez de place, bien que nous n'ayons pas voyagé avec des bagages mais avec des sacs à dos. Les toilettes étaient spacieuses et la température de la pièce était agréable et chaude. Nous avons demandé une brosse à dents le premier soir, mais il n'y en avait pas ; nous avons réussi à en obtenir une à l'épicerie voisine. L'hôtel est bien situé et se trouve dans un quartier calme. L'hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix et nous y séjournerons à nouveau si nous sommes dans le quartier.

Un petit hôtel avec un service sympathique - la réceptionniste italienne était charmante - et très accueillant pour nos animaux de compagnie. Situé à Bastille, très proche de Pere Lachaise (la station de métro la plus proche) et très calme, il est recommandé à ceux qui veulent découvrir Paris de l'intérieur

La chambre est très basique et assez étroite... un hôtel européen très standard...
Gulia a été très accommodante avec l'une de nos demandes, donc je dois donner 5* pour le service, mais les chambres étaient moyennes... donc un total de 3,5 pour moi.

Bon emplacement dans le 20e, quartier calme. Bon petit déjeuner.
