Tolles Hotel. Super gelegen um alles in Paris gut zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und ruhige Lage. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

I had such a great experience staying at Hotel Grand Francais!! Right when I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. I think it was the owner who even took a moment to teach me a few useful phrases in French, which came in handy that day. He was so cheerful and kind, and the rest of the staff were just as lovely.
They gave me great local tips, like where to eat and even where to get a haircut (which I really needed at the time!). Everyone went out of their way to help, and I could tell they genuinely cared.
What really blew me away, though, was what happened after I checked out. I had a package I was supposed to return weeks ago, and Assia from the hotel actually took it upon themselves to go to the post office and hand-deliver it to make sure it was received. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare, and I was so grateful!!
The hotel is also really close to the metro, which made getting around Paris easy.
All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this place. The customer service was outstanding, the people were kind, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Paris. 10/10 Highly recommend!

This hotel is as close to perfect as it gets. We received top-notch hospitality from the staff, and the rooms were amazing. It's located in a very safe, clean, and calm area. My room was extremely comfortable — I found myself sleeping a bit too well! Without a doubt, it's a very clean hotel and by far the best I’ve stayed in.

Notre séjour à cet hotel a été très agréable nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique et courtois avec un excellent service professionnel du début à la fin avec une belle ambiance conviviale et de bons conseils. Merci pour tout vos bons services.

Hotel comodo come posizione e fornito localmente da numerosi Bar, ristoranti, Boulangerie, supermercati e così via. Si segnalano inoltre gli accessi alla Metro molto vicini. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza abbastanza pulita, se non per un sacchetto di carta con una confezione di cibo consumato nell’armadio. Abbiamo segnalato l’imprevisto al personale, che si è scusato offrendoci una gradita bottiglia di champagne al nostro ritorno in camera. Il bagno è di recente ristrutturazione, con piastrelle e rubinetteria nuova, ben funzionante. Sul pavimento si segnala una moquette, che potrebbe non piacere a molti. Il letto è risultato veramente comodo, sia il materasso che i cuscini, offrendoci notti tranquille dopo lunghe giornate a Parigi. Gradita la pulizia giornaliera delle camere anche senza esplicita richiesta, sempre all’apparenza ben eseguita. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la colazione, che al momento della recensione è di 14€ a persona; opzionali.
In generale un Hotel consigliato, fuori dal caos dei visitatori ma allo stesso tempo di ottima posizione; facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla stazione dei treni.

Je viens régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour mes déplacements professionnels. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont dans les standards parisiens pour cette catégorie, bien équipées (plateau de courtoisie, mini-frigo avec bouteille d’eau, chaussons jetables). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Mais les salles de bain sont un peu étroites, ce qui peut gêner certains, même si c’est assez courant à Paris. Un bon hôtel pour un séjour pro ou perso.

L'hôtel a été très sympathique. Ils m'ont bien accueilli et ont même accepté de repasser une de chemises alors qu'ils ne font pas ce service, juste pour me dépanner. T’es bon petit dej Donc, je recommande vivement. Merci encore à toute l’équipe

We loved our stay. It was our anniversary and the hotel provide a little bottle of bubbles and glasses and a very sweet not with it. The room was nice, crisp and clean. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. The shower was nice, hot and powerfull. The location is perfect between the major M lines and busses, but also a lot of sights within walking distance. The staff was freindly and very helpfull. We had a great time.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Al check in siamo stati accolti con un buon aperitivo. Camera pulita e curata. La posizione è ottima, dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere comodamente con i mezzi i principali i punti d'interesse.|Vivamente consigliato.

J'ai eu une personne de l'hôtel au téléphone, réception catastrophique on m'agresse au téléphone alors que je posais une simple question. On m'accuse après de m'énerver alors que j'étais pas du tout énerver, dialogue de sourd On ne me laisser parler, réservation annulé car c'est vraiment trop. A fuir absolument

La atención es muy buena, el personal nos ha atendido en todo momento. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero remodeladas. No necesitas más si solo es para dormir. Se encuentra cerca de dos estaciones de metro, es muy fácil para desplazarse. También hay supermercados, cafeterías… La zona es muy tranquila.

Schöne und sehr ruhige Zimmer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Metro ist in der Nähe. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht Parkgarage ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! Kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Petit établissement sympathique. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et le personnel était toujours heureux de vous accueillir à la porte, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé dans un quartier calme et sympa. La station Rue des Boulets se trouve à deux pas de l'hôtel et la place de la Nation à environ 5min. L'hôtel est donc parfaitement situé pour visiter Paris, même s'il n'est pas dans un quartier central et touristique.
L'accueil était chaleureux, très aimable, et nous avons même eu une chambre surclassée. Une bouteille de vin et un petit mot de la direction de l'hôtel nous attendaient sur le lit car c'était le soir de la Saint Sylvestre.
La literie était excellente, de quoi passer une bonne nuit après avoir parcouru les rues de Paris. Prévoyez quand même des boules Quies si vous êtes sensible aux bruits de la rue, même si l'insonorisation est bonne, cela reste Paris !
Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente.

Excellent emplacement pour prendre le métro. Très proche du cimetière où Jim Morrison des Doors est enterré.
