We were visiting from Chicago. I liked to stay there so much!
the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean and comfortable to sleep.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The only tiny minus is that it was far away from the downtown area, but on another hand, it so much more quiet to rest over night.

Had a great 4 nights stay here during our honeymoon. We got upgraded without asking and the service was superb. The pool and hammam is a must try. Demba warmly greeted us and did well explaining about the hotel and neighborhood. Definitely will be back on our next visit.

Very decent hotel in the Bastille neighbourhood. Walking distance from Gare de Lyon. Lots of cool restos, cafés and bars in the vicinity. Large and comfortable rooms. The hotel's biggest asset is its indoor pool and hammam, perfect for unwinding after the hustle and bustle of touring around Paris.

The staff were incredible throughout the stay and could not go far enough to assist and be of service, will most definitely return!
The facilities were all great as you’d expect for the price ,but good value still. Also very nice breakfast options available.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. Almost all employees that I spoke to were really kind, warm, nice, and helpful. I so appreciate Julien's support at the front desk. All of the breakfast staff including Nelly, Thomas, Caroline, and Richelle were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Jaqueline who helped do services was so sweet and warm- I was so excited to see her when she stopped by my room in the afternoons daily. The only person I wasn't very fond of was Hortance as she wasn't warm or helpful, while every single other staff member was kind and supportive. Overall, super pleasant experience, enjoyed the sauna, hamam, and pool to relax. Very lovely hotel and awesome location with great weekend night life!

The hotel is fabulously situated with a metro very close by and restaurants everywhere . |They were very accomodating with early check in and room large and spotlessly clean . |All the staff were very helpful and friendly but Rochelle was outstanding . Every morning at breakfast she knew immediately what our coffee / tea order was and made sure we had everything we wanted . |Delightful stay !

I looked for a hotel for 3 months because we had many requirements - location, accessibility, room size, amenities. This hotel fit them all.
The staff was so lovely to my mother who needs some extra support and patience. Their kindness and care made our stay and our whole trip wonderful.
The location was convenient for everything we needed both walking and via metro.

Très bonne expérience dans cette hôtel. Le service et prestations était impeccable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La restauration est également de qualité. Le personnel a su répondre à toute nos exigences avec rapidité et efficacité. Nous recommandons cette hôtel.

The hotel was easy to travel to on the Metro and there were nice shops, bars and cafes in the area. It felt very safe.
The swimming pool/sauna was lovely.
Breakfast was excellent for one of us but I need gluten free food and didn't feel 100% confident with how it was presented. I had to ask if there was gluten free bread available and it never appeared.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Suite war sehr geräumig, sauber und hatte eine begrünte Dachterrasse. Alle Bereiche des Hauses waren sehr sauber. Der Service am Gast war exzellent, das Personal sehr präsent, aber dennoch diskret und unaufdringlich, man merkt, das hier gut ausgebildete Fachkräfte arbeiten. Der Poolbereich mit den Saunen war stets personell besetzt und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

This is a lovely hotel in the outskirts of Paris, only a 3 min walk to the metro. The neighbourhood has number of popular cafes and restaurants. In 20 mins you can walk to the river for a wonderful stroll or hop on a batobus. |We had a king deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and the room air conditioned. One of the walls was completely window which was a lovely feature. The bathroom had some maintenance required - grout was missing between some tiles. Not what you’d expect in a Paris 5 star. |Breakfast was delicious with a generous offering each morning. However it was about €35-40 per person! We got hit with over €150 bill upon departure after having breakfast twice. It was a nice breakfast - but we thought that was too €€€.|The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood outside of the main hustle and bustle of the city. It’s great if that’s what you like. If you prefer something central, this is a bit far out. We would go back. We’d probably eat breakfast at one of the local cafes though :)

Magnifique endroit, idéalement situé, nous avons apprécié le spa pour un super moment de détente, quant à l'accueil il était tout simplement exceptionnel en la personne de Mouna, que nous remercions pour sa compétence, sa gentillesse, son sens du service et son humour !

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel raffiné et intime. Le personnel est prévenant et très attentif aux demandes. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d' une suite terrasse ensoleillée très calme et confortable. Un vrai nid parisien. Le spa est bien équipé et calme. Le petit déjeuner en chambre très apprécié :) Merci pour cette qualité de service.

Déco soignée, personnel attentif, raffiné, mais… une chambre presque aveugle, avec une fenêtre au bout d‘un couloir, la pénombre toute la journée, l’impression d’être dans un placard sans lumière… non, vraiment ce n’est pas digne d’une chambre survendue comme étant "de luxe" avec le prix qui va avec.

I don't even know where to begin, but let me start by saying this was my favourite hotel experience of all time. I booked the suite with the terrace because I was going to be proposing to my partner. The help and support I received from Julien and Claire via email made me feel truly supported throughout the whole planning process - could not have wished for such stellar care and service.
We had a gorgeous suite with a terrace where I got down on one knee and (successfully) proposed to my (now) fiancé. Absolutely impeccable. She was SO impressed.
I have to give a special shoutout to my main man Demba who felt like my old friend throughout our stay, his presence brought us so much happiness. Was genuinely sad to say goodbye. Also gave us the recommendation to Cyril Lignac's patisserie around the corner which was so good I could have cried.
If you have any hesitation about booking here, I can assure you that you need not worry and should go right ahead.

I had a one night stay and was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade. The room was so spacious and the terrace was lovely. The breakfast was great and the service from all the staff absolutely superb especially Manon at front desk. I look forward to staying here again

I loved staying here - the room was gorgeous - the airconditioning worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, esp the toiletries. The small touches - little bath mat beside the bed with my slippers. Chocolates on pillow. Nightly visit to ask if i needed tea, soap etc. The pool and spa area was superb. The staff were all very friendly but not imposing. I had a wonderful few days here! I had a lovely view of the street and the neighbourhood was also brilliant.

Reception were very welcoming - the hotel smells amazing!! We were given details of local restaurants and cafes with a variety of tastes - the best one being Cafe Carette (short ride on the Metro or a nice walk)
We started in a deluxe room spacious, clean and tidy good view. Unfortunately had an issue with our bathroom sink. Reception sent someone up immediately to sort but wasn’t able to fix and we were upgraded to a suite ( Thank you very much).
The suite was lovely - lots of space, luxury facilities, quiet room clean and tidy.
The Breakfast was a good selection every morning - fresh cooked food, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and more.
We didn’t use the spa on our visit as had a packed itinerary however had a quick look it’ll- a lovely small pool and haman were there with some treatments available.
Thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Paris so lovely.

Exceeded our expectations. Staff members Marvin and Jacqueline took good care if us & made our visit enjoyable. Breakfast was phenomenal. Bed was surprisingly comfortable & room was very clean. When we asked the front desk for anything they brought it to our room immediately. Great Service. I can't say enough great things about our experience.
