Dans les chambres
Cependant, quelques points à revoir : salle de bain très étroite, ménage non fait pendant les 3 jours (lit non refait, ménage non fait etc), canapé-lit très bruyant. La chambre du haut avec baignoire ne permet pas de prendre de douche faute de pommeau adapté, nous avons cette journée dans la chambre, duplex pour trois personnes .
Le code Wi-Fi ne nous a pas été communiqué à l’arrivée. Petit-déjeuner à 18€/personne dans une salle trop petite, on y est à l’étroit.
Globalement, bon séjour grâce à l’accueil et à l’emplacement, mais quelques améliorations sont nécessaires côté confort et organisation.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré.
I told hotel in writing prior to stay and verbally when we checked in, and during that it was daughters 18th birthday. Sadly no acknowledgment. Which I guess was disappointing.
So over all nothing special, but hotel was well located and bed comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast, which was good. Again, the room was small and on our first morning the lady looking after breakfast was quite rude and unfriendly. Fortunately, she wasn't on again and the other girl was much more pleasant. The reception staff were very good and helpful and the restaurant recommendations were good.
Idéalement situé pour visiter Paris.

Mais correct pour Paris
Kylpyhuone oli tosi siisti. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, mikä tekee huoneesta ei niin siistin oloisen. Aamiaishuone oli tosi viihtyisä. Vastaanoton henkilökunnalla oli hyvä kielitaito ja vastaanotto oli avoinna 24/7
I entered to the hotel after running. I greeted her with Bonjour and friendly smile but what i got in returned from her is slowly from head to toe & toe to head again. She split her mouth and said no word to me. I
wore proper outfits for running, long sleeve and long jogging pants and running shoes.
I thought it could be a mistake but i returned to the hotel again, follow a French woman, She said Bonjour to her and again looked at me and said nothing.
This horrible, rude and unprofessional action signifies a desire to make clients/guests feel like an object of her gaze.
I think the hotel management should provide her some hospitality and service minded courses. I think she might be able to improve her performance at work.
