Made you wait 5 hours for your room after a 24 hour flight. Very small room and far from the city activities.

Rooms are nice and the hotel looks good.
Location is also very convenient.But there is no good services for a 4 stars hotel
. We asked 4 times during the day to clean the room and they never came. Bar is always closed. Refrigerator does not works fine and coffee machine does not work either.

Terrible value for money.
Very outdated rooms and pointless “kitchenette” that’s unequipped even for small meals. Why a dishwasher in a room like this is beyond me.
Small bed too and horrendous shower pressure.
Staff are courteous but then I wasn’t a tourist so didn’t actually ask for any help beyond the check-in, check-out process.

Première visite dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles qui ne m'a pas du tout séduit .Un lit de 140 pour une chambre à 230€, le réfrigérateur qui fait du bruit toute la nuit, l'image de la tv qui coupe toutes les 30min et pour finir j'oublie mon chargeur de téléphone (Samsung origine) lorsque j'y retourne en début d'après-midi, j'explique le cas de mon chargeur à la réceptionniste qui appelle une personne, au bout de 20min toujours rien , 30min rien..je perds patience et me retourne vers une autre personne qui s'en occupe pour au final me dire qu'ils n'ont rien trouvé dans la chambre.
Or si je ne l'ai pas et qu'il est resté branché à la table de chevet à mon départ, c'est qu'une personne ayant accès à la chambre ensuite l'a récupéré. Alors si ni moi, ni le personnel de ménage ne l'avons, c'est que des personnes peuvent s'introduire dans les chambres de l'hôtel, çà j'en doute, donc ???
En tout cas je repars sans mon chargeur que j'ai oublié dans cet hôtel, alors faites en sorte de ne rien oublié dans cet établissement 4 étoiles car vous ne reverrez rien!

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat mir gut gefallen. Das gesamte Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Le camere dovrebbero essere rimodernate troppo vecchie per il prezzo non c'è rapporto. Camera junior suite da 3 con bicchieri per 2 e a piano terra. Molto positivo la silenziosità delle camere rispetto la strada, peccato la vicinanza con l'ascensore che invece disturba parecchio. Perfetta la posizione.

Popular tourist hotel with the Marais shopping area about a 15 minute walk. The outside courtyard is a blessing and a curse. Many nights there were loud people/hotel events making too much noise in the courtyard until after midnight. Hotel had no security and did nothing to stop the noise and drunk people disturbing guests. Lots of issues with our room. Uncomfortable beds and hard pillows. Housekeeping never refilled shampoo or hand wash bottles.

I just checked in and I have never walked into a grosser hotel in my life. The lobby is dirty and looks to have last been decorated in the 80s. The carpet throughout has holes and is worn. My lights were barely hanging on the wall. The bath is tiny and there is mildew in the corners. I want out.

We booked this hotel with the intention of bringing our dog. There was no information on their website regarding the size of the dog. We booked through another company and upon notifying the hotel of the dog were told that they only accept dogs up to 12kg. When we told them that our dog was slightly bigger (by 1.5 kg) and also 13 years old and would never be left in the room alone, they told us that they would not accept the dog but we could cancel the reservation with the company we booked. Upon contacting the company we booked with, they told us that they had to contact the hotel to confirm the cancelation. The company contacted the hotel on our behalf and the hotel refused to refund any of our money.
On top of this the email with the hotel were not responded to promptly. We had to wait several days in order to receive a response.
I normally don't like the idea of giving 1 star views to highlight negative experience and more like to focus on positives and room for growth. However this experience has left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
Our problem and reason for a low rating has nothing to do with the fact that they would not accept our dog but rather with the poor communication as well as lack of information on their website about their policies. Because of this we are out 300Euros. Keeping our money when they know we cannot stay there is poor business and I would highly recommend not getting involved with this hotel. I wish I had checked reviews sooner as when writing this the 2 most recent reviews were each 1 star.

I recently stayed at Les Jardins du Marais Hotel in Paris and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience. Initially, everything seemed fine upon our arrival—the staff was welcoming and accommodating. After settling into our room and taking precautions such as placing the "do not disturb" sign on the door, we headed out to explore the Christmas market.

However, upon returning, we were shocked to discover that our room had been burglarized. Our belongings, including jackets, makeup, perfumes, and even a coffee cup left by the intruder, were stolen. Given the circumstances, we strongly suspect that the theft was an inside job, as only the hotel staff would have known we were away.

Distressed by the incident, we promptly contacted the authorities, who conducted an investigation. Additionally, we filed a formal complaint with the hotel, as ensuring guest safety is their responsibility. Regrettably, we have yet to receive any satisfactory response or acknowledgment from the hotel management, despite our attempts to follow up.

Adding to our frustration, we had hoped that the hotel's insurance would offer some assistance in recovering our stolen items, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Overall, our experience at Les Jardins du Marais Hotel was marred by this incident, leaving us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. We expected better security measures and accountability from a reputable

Super schönes und sauberes Hotel, das Design der Zimmer ist noch aus den 90er Jahren, was aber vollkommen ok ist. Abzug gibt es nur wegen des Bades, dort war leider einiges Kaputt.

I had extremely poor experience with my family stay. My booking already said extra bed but they put me in a room with just one bed until I complained and then I was asked to move my room. They were so stingy in water bottles that that on switching room they didn’t give me new bottles of water as they gave me in my earlier room. On last day, I received water bottle only when I asked for it as compensation for missing breakfast. When they knew, I don’t drink wine they wanted to take my complimentary wine bottle away. They didn’t offer me luggage help out of my room saying no staff available early morning. My room was like 100 metres away from reception and I had to drag my 3 check-in bags up the stairs. Room cleaning didn’t refill bath soap until we asked. No toiletries were given in the room. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were burning at above 25C. When I asked to cool, they said AC was going to be off until summer. Didn’t even offer me a fan.

En visite à Paris le temps d’un week-end nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel.
Le personnel était accueillant, disponible et très agréable, cependant la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. En effet, nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes mais nous avons eu 1 lit double, 1 lit simple et 1 lit d’appoint ce qui est limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la salle de bain est également à rafraîchir et est trop petite pour 4 personnes (carreaux décollés au niveau de la baignoire). Le mobilier était abîmé et pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Heureusement que le personnel au niveau de l’accueil, du bar et du restaurant du petit déjeuner relèvent le niveau.

Tolles Hotel, super zentral gelegen, vieles fußläufig erreichbar (Sehenswürdigkeiten).

Pernottato 4 notti da solo, stanza da tre persone.Ottima posizione, a 50 m c'è la metro,silenzioso,pulizia buona.Colazione sufficente.Personale disponibile e gentile, anche se, il solito difetto dei francesi ,non parlano italiano e non si sforzano minimamente di capirlo. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva.

Stay wasn’t bad, but not good either. The interior of the room was terrible, extremely outdated with carpeted flooring, ancient radiator, and the bathroom is tiny and old.

Très chouette hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. La spa est très agréable (Esther est une très bonne masseuse). La chambre était propre avec une chouette décoration "art déco". Petit déjeuner au top avec un très bon jus d'orange (mon étalon quant au petit déjeuner d'un hôtel).
Si je devais faire une petite critique, je dirais que certaines infrastructures comme les ascenseurs nécessitent un petit rafraîchissement. Et qu'il faut bien regarder le calendrier des tarifs, car à certaines périodes la chambre est affichée bien trop cher.

Schönes Hotel, bestehend aus verschiedenen Häusern, die einen netten Innenhof umschließen. Freundliches Personal, gute Lage zur Metro. Ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem recht zentral im Marais. In der Nähe einige nette Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
