Virkelig skønt og hyggeligt hotel. Æstetisk og lækker indretning og smukke værelser. Verdens sødeste og mest hjælpsomme personale - man føler sig virkelig velkommen. Adgang til kaffe/te/vand i stueetagen 24/7, og en ny karaffel med filtreret vand i værelsets køleskab hver dag. Supergod beliggenhed med Le Marais lige rundt om hjørnet. Tæt på metro, hyggelige caféer, bagerier m.m.

מלון עם אוירה, ברובע ה - 11. אזור מקסים, מלא בתי קפה ומסעדות. צוות קבלה מסביר פנים. אזור קפה פתוח וחינם 7/24. חדר נקי יפה ושקט. מחיר סביר בהחלט. במלון חדר כושר וחמאם. יש אפשרות לקבל ארוחת בוקר במחיר סביר ואין צורך להתחייב על כך מראש.

Hotel Fabric was a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the tea was tasty. Location was superb, central, with great cafes near by and multiple metro stations just a few minutes away. I would highly recommend this place to all.

A charming boutique hotel in the 11th. Close to multiple metro stations and an easy walk to many cafes, bistros and shops as well as the Marais and Saint Martin canal districts. There are also two laundromats very close by.||Our room (and the bed) was very comfortable and the ensuite was spacious and well appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It was also quiet, both within the hotel and only very muted outside noise heard through the windows at times. ||The little extra touches like complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits in the lounge area in the afternoon and evening was very welcome and a lovely way to end a day of sightseeing.||We were keen to try different cafes and bakeries around the area so ate out for most of our stay, however we had breakfast in-house one morning and it was very nice. ||Staff are courteous and kind - a special mention for Claire who was particularly helpful in providing assistance and directions for our daily adventures around Paris.||I highly recommend this lovely property and when we next visit Paris would stay here again.

Charmant petit hôtel boutique que nous recommandons fortement. Très bien situé près de 2 lignes de métro avec des restos à proximité. Le personnel attentif vous traite aux petits oignons. L’ambiance est très « cozy ». Le lit et les oreillers nous ont aidés grandement à récupérer du décalage de Montréal et la douche, toute rénovée avec forte pression à nous réveiller! On a adoré le concept du « honesty bar ». Le déjeuner sur place est très bien et il y a le café Méricourt tout à côté où le café est excellent!! Nous reviendrons à l’hôtel à notre prochain séjour sans hésiter!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage für Besichtigungen jeder Art in Paris, gute Metro Anbindung, aber auch zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Marais Viertel, Notre Dame, etc |Das Frühstück war toll, alles was das Herz begehrt und frische Qualität. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und die Matratzen von sehr guter Qualität. Auch die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit kann man loben.|Wenn wir Paris nochmal besuchen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Cet hôtel est remarquable de par sa situation. À proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt. Nous y avons été accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention, de bienveillance. La décoration est à la hauteur des photos et de très bon goût. Le personnel, à l’écoute de ses clients, sait se montrer disponible à tout moment de la journée.|Le confort de la chambre est très agréable et nous y avons apprécié le calme .|Les petits déjeuners sont très bons, frais et variés.|Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

Wir waren über Ostern in Paris, kannten das Hotel Fabrik vorher nicht. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, wir haben uns schon beim Check in sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Regendusche war perfekt. Das Hotel hat (leider) kein Restaurant aber das Frühstücksbüffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur etwas mehr Platz im Frühstücksbereich wäre schön. Die Lobby lädt zum Verweilen ein, wozu auch die kostenlose Tee Time inkl. Madeleines beiträgt.|In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Bars und Restaurants und direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein Supermarkt.|Anbindung an die Metro ist gut, in 5 bis 10 min kann man die Metro-Stationen Oberkampf und St. Ambroise erreichen. Und im Marais ist man auch zu Fuß schnell.

Hotel Fabric is set off in the quieter Oberkampf neighborhood, giving a break from the hustle of Paris but with easy access to the metro. The best of it all first was the really lovely lobby area that served as a place to collapse with a glass of something after a long day of Paris. In the morning this space serves a substantial continental breakfast that was perfect for starting the day. The staff is a well-run machine: in particular was our concierge, Victor, who was so kind and helpful. Very impressive as well was how clean both the common areas were and our room.|A steam room and gym are also available- fantastic amenities! We steamed three times in our six days here- a nice way to reset from sightseeing and before dinner. |I can’t imagine wanting another hotel- we are big fans!

What a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood, our room was clean and well appointed, we loved availing ourselves of the steam room, and the warm, attentive staff were excellent. In particular, our concierge Victor was so kind and helpful. We loved having breakfast in the lobby every morning and tea at the end of the day after a long day of sightseeing.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Es wird hier sehr viel aufs Detail geachtet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert! Es gibt ein Fitnessraum und ein Hamman zur kostenlosen Nutzung.|Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews, price and available triple room. My only concern was the distance from many sites and museums as we walked everywhere. The room was modern and clean with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. We liked that coffee, tea and water was available all day as well as the evening bar setup. The front desk was always helpful and kind. We walked for hours every day and usually chose dinner closer to the hotel which was easy to do. The hotel was an excellent value.

A great hotel in a very accessible location - close to shops, cafes, restaurants… this was an excellent choice for my stay in Paris - the accommodations were top-notch and comfortable, and the staff were all kind and helpful! A great experience.

This is a great boutique hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great location in the 11th district (Check out Cafe Méricourt just 2 minutes away for brunch), with the No. 9 Metro just a short walk away. I would definitely go back.

This is an exceptionally nice small hotel. We stayed two nights and were very happy with it. The staff is very friendly, speaks adequate English (more than I can say for my French) and is very helpful. About the only area for improvement would be breakfast -- it was good but parts could use a little freshening up. The neighborhood is not particularly touristy but alive which is the best combination. Close to three metro lines and easily accessible to Gare du Nord.

Beautiful former garment factory conversion that keeps the industrial vibe throughout the decor. Conveniently walk to the #9 Metro for 20-35 minute travel to the major tourist sites, (thank you staff for all the travel logistics) . Grab snacks next door at the supermarche. Impeccable, friendly French/English fluent staff. The optional 20 Euro daily breakfast is highly recommended! Coffee tea,water free for guests during the day. Special shoutout to Bridget for acquiring us tickets to the Opera Garnier tour after I panicked at the website “sold out” notification ????. Clean comfortable rooms, beds you’ll want to take home. We will be back! ????

Kleines, aber sehr schönes Hotel im 11. Arrondissement zum Wohlfühlen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung via Metro und Bus. Das 11. ARR ist ein schönes Viertel mit vielen Bistros, Bars und Restaurants und deutlich mehr Parisern als Touristen, da die klassischen Pariser Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe sind

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber schön, stilvoll und intelligent eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die ebenso stilvoll eingerichtete und gemütliche Lobby incl. Aufenthaltsraum/Bar und Frühstücksbuffet. Kaffeeautomat, Tee und Wasser ist dort jederzeit kostenfrei verfügbar, was insbesondere vor und nach den Ausflügen in die Stadt sehr angenehm ist. Darüber hinaus befindet sich aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher klein, aber dafür sehr hochwertig und frisch (z.B. gute frischgepresste Obstsäfte und natürlich mit Croissants und Baguettes).

Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir uns als Familie immer sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Hotel Fabric einchecken.

Our second visit within 12 months, and Hôtel Fabric exceeded our expectations again. The hotel is a perfect mix of past and present, having been a fabric factory in a previous life. You feel like you're stepping back in time but with every modern amenity. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and it was a perfect way to start the day. The salon is a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing while enjoying a drink from the honor bar. We used the steam room a couple of times and were able to reserve it so we had it to ourselves. Our room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. But it was the kind and helpful staff that makes the hotel so special. We were always greeted in such a friendly way, and they were always ready to help with any request. I was very appreciative that they were willing to speak French with me so I could improve my skills. Final comment - the 11th is a special place. None of the grand monuments, but it feels like a place where Parisians work and enjoy their lives. We'll be back!

This hotel could do with providing more space. The shelf in the bathroom was too small for a washbag etc. Trying to add milk to tea or coffee next to the hot water/drinks machine was difficult. breakfast plates did not allow for two slices of toast and scrambled egg. Our wardrobe was awkward: it was built at a decreasing angle and with the coat hanger pole facing towards you so access to hanging clothes was extremely difficult.

Compared to our Rome accommodation just prior to our visit to Paris, the room was on the small side but we did have 3 sleeping in what was essentially a room for two.

All that said, we received and very warm welcome and departure from the front desk staff and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was pretty awesome in decor, and quiet and it is in an excellent location. The shower was awesome. We loved it. Also handy was the convenience store next door.

Excellent hotel and staff. Truly made to feel welcome despite arriving at 10am. Bags were tagged and secured away, offered coffee and check in via iPad and staff in the comfy lobby seating.

Room was fantastic (We stayed in 102). Was clean and heard no noise despite facing the street. Private Hamman was a nice touch which we booked twice. Location is great with some nice nearby bars and restaurants and close to Metro line 5.

Staff constantly gave a warm welcome when entering the hotel and were very helpful with directions and recommendations.

The dutch lady on reception (Sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome, very helpful and so welcoming.
