Está lejos de Paris pero es un hotel estilo americano, cuartos amplios, limpios y gran servicio. Estás a un Uber de 30 min del centro de Paris. Sí lo recomiendo.

Good hotel and perfect for a short stay in Paris. Location is a bit far from center so if you are moving out early and returning late it works the best. Or else commute will take away all the time.

The location of the hotel needs to be understood - it is outside Central Paris and more. The hotel is a 4 stop Tram (T2) ride to/from La Défense. Once you get to La Défense, there are Metro (1) and RER trains that can get you to many parts of Paris pretty easily and quickly. There are actually malls there for shopping and food.||The Tram is a lot less reliable than the trains and can be crowded. One night the tram actually broke and we walked back to the hotel (40 minutes - Uber wanted EUR 12 but it was a nice night so we walked). Paris changed their transit transfer rules so the tram requires an additional fare. ||The immediate area is kind of quiet. There are a few restaurants nearby and a huge supermarket across the street. Further away from La Défense, there are 2 self-service laundries - the one that is farther is much nicer and takes credit card.||Front desk service is very good.||The hotel room is decently sized compared to those in the city. It even has rooms with real King size beds. The bathroom / toilet setup is a little strange and interesting. If you travel with someone you don't know well, it might be kind of an interesting experience.||The shower was a little narrow and water seemed to not drain fully because how the shower was leveled. I am not sure if it was just my room or what.||The room temperature is hard to regulate and the front desk said you really can't control it too much (i.e. deviate from the centrally set temperature).||My biggest problem with the hotel is the breakfast - 14 EUR for continental or 21 EUR for American. One day they ran out of ingredients for the omelette - they only had eggs and cheese but nothing else. We were there 5 days and the breakfast was never fully stocked - even 45+ minutes before the end of the service, something would always run low or run out. Breakfast was never busy.||I have not had croissants and pastries this bad at mid-level hotels for a long time all over the world. How can this be? Isn't this Paris?

Most condom, third class room service , not providing toothpaste kit at 10.30 pm , today. Not providing milk powder pouches at 10.30 pm today. Called at Reception by dialling 9 , Receptionist replied as Out of stock & Room service finished. Then how they claim service of 24 hours 7 days?

This hotel is a hidden gem with a little night time suspense (lol). Although a little ways (quick $25 uber ride) from all the attractions, we stayed here because this was the closet Marriott property that offered a 2 bedroom family suite.

Rooms - Although we booked a 2 bedroom suite, it was actually a king bed room adjoined to a 2 twin bed room. The rooms were very modern, very clean and smelled fresh. It was an instance breath of fresh air when we walked in the rooms. Each room had their toilet, so besides the extra room, the kids had their room and the adults had theirs.

Service - Overall, the service was okay. As Marriott Bonvoy Members we were provided with $ vouchers to use at the bar. When we provided the bar tender with the vouchers he applied each voucher to “a” drink and not the value of the voucher to our order (we were forfeiting any unused funds, that could’ve been applied another beverage). In addition, when we asked for a cup of ice, we were told we would need to bring our ice bucket from upstairs. Misunderstanding or just lazy? We asked earlier and the breakfast staff went into the kitchen and brought out a glass of ice for our kid.

Breakfast - It’s complimentary and offers something for everyone. They had various pastries, deli meats, breads, pancakes, bacon, potato cakes, eggs, tea, coffee, juices, fruit, etc. we did learn on our last day, they did have a custom omelet stand.

Lunch/Dinner - Although we did not eat dinner, they do open for lunch and dinner as menus are posted in the elevator.

Location - During the day, the outside seems okay, but nights when we came back in late, it was questionable outside at the corners. I did observe a night time security guard on site in the lobby when I went down to pick up an uber eats order.

The ride over to the main attraction areas ran us about 25 euro and took about 15-20 minute car ride.

Staff were very friendly and attentive.

They do have a bar and a market place with snacks and beverages for sale.

If we come back to France with kids, this will be our go to spot, as the prepay rate for a 2 bedroom was the cheapest in the city.

Nous avons dormi sur place pour deux nuits afin d’être proche d’un événement familial, la proximité était idéale, le tram à proximité c’est pratique.

En revanche, le reste… déplorable !
Une douche bouchée que nous avons signalé, un technicien devait venir personne n’est venu et aucun changement de chambre n’a été proposé malgré une grande disponibilité ce week-end en question.

Le samedi matin, un petit déjeuner continental qu’on nous explique ne pas être complet par manque de réservation et pour limiter le gaspillage. Ce qui est compréhensible, en revanche, le prix payé est quand même identique et pour un buffet n’avoir que deux viennoiseries et quelques tranches de bacon se battant en duel c’est plus que limite.

On finit en beauté le dimanche matin !! Le Check out est à 12h et quelle surprise d’être réveillés à 9h par le personnel de nettoyage entrant dans la chambre sans toquer ???? c’était l’apothéose. Pas vraiment d’excuse mais par contre on nous a demandé à quelle heure nous partions !

Pour un soit disant 4 étoiles, des nuits à plus de 120€ et 22€ par petit déjeuner/pers, c’est un peu lamentable comme prestation.

Je ne vais qu'au restaurant où on y mange très bien. In peu déçue cette fois car le service était extrêmement long malgré l'amabilité des serveurs qui visiblement n'étaient pas habitués.
Prix chers pour le quartier.

The front desk staff was shabbily dressed - I felt like I walked into a warehouse rather than a Marriott branded hotel.
There was no acknowledgment of my Platinum Elite status.
The most UNACCEPTABLE part of the stay though, was when housekeeping walked into my room without even knocking, and not just once, but twice, within a span of 20 minutes! I was in the shower on one of the occasions and the attendant walked in like she was staying in that room, not me!
I don’t usually have any expectations when staying in a hotel in Paris, but this one was probably the most unprofessionally run hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Wonderful stay and we have celebrated a birthday. We would like to thank Soukaina for the special preparation!

As a Marriott Platinum I didn't expect to have to pay for breakfast, which was a surprise. The shower was in the bathtub, which is awkwardly high off of the ground, and the sink doesn't have any soap. Just an odd situation all-round.

Nice rooms, the service in the restaurant was good and the food also. It is not the nicest area but for a business trip it is more than enough

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were quite friendly and the rooms were managed well.

I have had the most horrible stay of my life in hotels with this hotel. The front desk manager is super rude (Soukaina El Mediouni) and has no level of professionalism. I was called at 23:00 pm woken up from my sleep just to find out we have two reservations for the same day after I was that old there is no reservation.

Bel hôtel mais ….|je veux bien que la température soit baissée pour répondre aux exigences écologiques mais de là à avoir froid il y a un pas que le prix de la chambre ne saurait accepter… tout le 5 eme étage pendant deux jours était un réfrigérateur et quand vous rentrez dans la baignoire vous avez droit au mitigeur ou vous avez le choix entre vous brûler ou vous geler les pieds …|je n’y reviendrai pas |le choix du petit déjeuner est quand a lui un peu léger pour un hôtel de cette catégorie

Je suis client de longue date et je constate malheureusement que le service est en baisse depuis ses derniers mois. Si on prend le petit déjeuner, il faut se battre pour avoir une tasse, les plats sont vides et renouvelés au compte goutte. Dans les chambres, on a une canette d'eau en arrivant et plus rien le reste du séjour, même pas de fontaine dans le couloir. Et le soir, si vous arrivez malheureusement après 21h30, on vous répond souvent qu'on ne sert plus alors que les horaires affichés n'indique pas cela. Vraiment dommage

Bien accueilli par le personnel de l'hôtel, explications claires, toujours souriant.
Parking pratique et petit déjeuner très bon et garnis.
Le lit était au top, toujours fait.

Nous avons visité l'hôtel pendant la première semaine de janvier par temps froid, les climatiseurs étaient réglés sur des températures chaudes qui rendaient le sommeil inconfortable à cause de la chaleur, j'ai demandé à trois reprises que la température du climatiseur soit débloquée pour que je puisse régler une température plus froide mais ma demande a été ignorée, nous avons décidé de l'éteindre et d'ouvrir la fenêtre mais la route à l'extérieur est bruyante et cela a également perturbé le sommeil. Le petit déjeuner est cher et il n'y a pas d'options alimentaires autour de l'hôtel, alors soyez prêts. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues, à part le problème de la climatisation qui pour moi est un gros problème, le personnel était très gentil et attentif.

Selon l'emplacement de votre chambre vous entendrez la circulation.

Chambre : le nettoyage pourrait être bien meilleur ; la température stable de l'eau chaude le matin est un défi
Service : la réception est la plus lente jamais vue, tant pour l'enregistrement que pour le départ, le service du petit déjeuner n'est pas formé et communique de manière agressive
Emplacement : emplacement et infrastructure pratiques pour la région

J'ai de gros problemes de prelevements indus avec cette maison.
