Propreté des lieux, personnel à l’écoute et aimable. Un dépaysement total et bienvenu ! Je recommande ce lieu plutôt deux fois’qu’une !

On est bien reçu, les réceptionnistes sont à l'écoute et très professionnels, je dirais même aux petits soins .|Les chambres sont pleines de charme.|La piscine et le jaccuzi extérieur sont chauffés.|Le restaurant est succulent, ainsi que le merveilleux petit déjeuner...|Rien à redire sauf peut-être encore MERCI on a passé un merveilleux moment chez vous.

Très bel hôtel au charme suranné, très bien équipé avec des chambres confortables, un petit déjeuner copieux, une jolie piscine chauffée et un personnel au petit soin. La Direction de l’hôtel est présente et montre son attention aux clients. Au cœur du très beau village d’Erbalunga. |Excellent dîner également

Our stay at Hotel Castel Brando was delightful from start to finish. From reception, to meals, to housekeeping and overall staff friendliness and attention to detail everything surpassed our expectations. Old world charm so rare nowadays.

Très bel établissement, intérieur décoré avec goût, piscine chauffée et jacuzzi et personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé une semaine à 11 en famille. Le petit déjeuné et le restaurant sont excellents. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !!

Lovely hotel located on Cap Corse opposite what use to be a small fishing village on a small inlet which now has a variety of restaurants. ||The hotel which is a converted villa plus additional outlying buildings with guest rooms. The rooms are a good size stylishly furnished with a featured wall paper & art as well as a cabinet with a variety of books. Red is the prominent colour. My room had a small outdoor terrace. The bed was very comfortable. ||The TV had no English language stations. There was wifi throughout although a bit patchy at times. ||The bathroom is adequate but unfortunately has a shower over the bath which was a bit small for me. ||There is a main swimming pool & jacuzzi as well as another pool for the outlying two storey building with other guest rooms. ||There is a main outdoor terrace for drinks or breakfast. The breakfast had a good selection which included made to order egg station. The pasties were delicious. ||I was with a small tour group & we had dinner at the hotel which was tasty also delicious. Staff were excellent. ||Would have liked to have spent more than one night here. It’s a gem.

Très bel hôtel situé à l’entrée du Cap Corse permettant de visiter dans les meilleures conditions cette magnifique région.|Décors qui vous transportent dans une autre époque, celle des pionniers corses aux Amériques, belle terrasse extérieure permettant de prendre ses repas dans un cadre remarquable, délicieux petits-déjeuners mettant en valeur les produits locaux.|Plus largement, la cuisine proposée est inspirée et gourmande.|Staff attentif et très sympathique.|Bravo pour cet excellent séjour.

Toujours un plaisir de venir dans ce merveilleux établissement qui nous donne l’impression d’être ailleurs, c’est la 2ème fois que nous venons avec mon mari et ça va devenir notre parenthèse annuelle de fin de saison, week-end détente et farniente.|Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’être surclassé, la chambre était parfaite avec sa terrasse très appréciable au lever du jour.|Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et très à l’écoute.|Tout était parfait, le SPA, le massage en duo, la chambre, le restaurant, les cocktail, le copieux petit déjeuner…|Nous sommes rentrés chez nous sur un petit nuage et revigoré!|Merci à tous, à très vite!

On peut vraiment considérer la fréquentation de ce lieu comme un privilège, même pour la Corse. Le souci du beau, discret et complice, et du confort, qui rachète la fatigue des routes du Cap Corse, sont les valeurs de cette demeure "d'Américains", nom donné aux enfants du pays revenus au village une fois fortune faite aux Amériques. Choisissez une chambre à l'étage, on y profite de la mer Tyrrhénienne et de la lumière du ciel. Avec une mention spéciale pour le sourire et le professionnalisme du personnel. Je fais mieux que vous conseiller l'Hôtel Castel Brando, je vous le souhaite !

- Wintergarten zum Wohlfühlen mit passender Hintergrund Musik, Stil Louis Armstrong bis Ella Fitzgerald (Erklärung für die Jüngeren: Schwarzer leicht jazziges Easy Listening der 30er - 50er Jahre - hhmm vermutlich hilft das auch nicht weiter ?;- )

We were disappointed with the hotel in general. Despite the setting, they have squeezed too many rooms onto the property and the common areas as not dimensioned to match. The model is very much one of guests staying for 2/3 days max and using the hotel as a base rather than relaxing there. This was clear from the fact that any time we used the small gym later in the morning we were sharing it with hotel staff. I have never come across that before.
Though the restaurant serves good food and breakfast is good, the evening menu is short and set and only the special of the day provides variety. Again, not setup for longer stays.
The room was dated and dark, and while clean, not conducive to relaxing and reading, while the common areas are limited in size and not comfortable furnished. Fortunately we were able to get out and about, I would not be happy if we had selected this as a place to kick back and relax. Do not plan to stay more than a night or two.

Superbes prestations dans ce 4 * situé dans une maison d'américains et doté de plusieurs bâtiments organisés autour d'une belle piscine. Petit déjeuner parfait et jaccuzi/ hammam au top. Restaurant haut de gamme également, ainsi que l'accueil très professionnel

The small balcony overlooked the small pool, and while we weren’t graced with a sea view, the room's charm made up for it... mostly.
The bed, however, was on the small side, and the mattress and pillows have seen better days. A refresh here would do wonders.
The hotel boasts two pools – one larger, heated, and quite inviting, which we used often. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi offered only cold water.
The grounds are extensive and pleasant, with a garden and a winter terrace, where the furniture walks a fine line between "quaint" and plain "old." Still, it adds a certain charm.
Free parking was a lifesaver, especially given the tight parking situation in the village.
The staff at reception is fantastic. Kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Housekeeping, on the other hand, could benefit from some motivation. There's definitely room for improvement there, and it’s the only thing holding this place back from being a stellar experience.

Best experience with the staff to the chef. Made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Vey wardm and friendly staff. Expecially the girl at the receptionist desk. Amelia, Marie-Anais and Elif were the best in assisting our boarding passes to the ferry.
Birgit was the best breakfast host in that she spoke English which was comforting. All the staff is well versed and knowledgeable in all areas of their job. Highly recommend.

Le service était excellent. Ils ont même porté mes bagages à l'étage. Et lorsque je n'avais pas de wifi sur mon téléphone, ils ont cherché à en connaître la raison. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix. La décoration des chambres et des parties communes était si impressionnante que je n'en croyais pas mes yeux.
