4 Days Serengeti Tanzania Safaris

We will pick you up from your hotel and after being familiar with the guide & chef we will drive to Tarangire National Park (2hr drive) famous for its diverse landscape. The park is particularly known for the abundance of Ancient Baobab trees & having the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country and provides unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where there are reported sightings of animals (mostly predators, lions, cheetahs & leopards as they are harder to spot) as herbivores (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, etc. are plenty to see through the park.

Later on, will go to the Tarangire River picnic site and enjoy the beautiful view of the river & animals while having lunch, small monkeys & baboons will try to scare you of your lunch but there is nothing to worry about

After lunch will proceed with the game drive and exit the park around 4:30 pm

After the tour will head to our accommodation in Mto Wa Mbu to the campsite

After breakfast, you’ll begin a scenic 6-hour journey from Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park, passing through the iconic Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Stop 1: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

At the gate, you'll briefly pause to admire a stunning panoramic view of the Ngorongoro Crater—one of Africa’s most breathtaking natural wonders. (Duration: approx. 20 minutes)

Stop 2: Optional Maasai Village Visit

You may also choose to visit a traditional Maasai village. Here, you’ll discover the fascinating culture of one of Tanzania’s most legendary tribes—renowned in history for their bravery, once including lion hunting as a rite of passage. While some customs have evolved, the visit offers a rich insight into their traditions and way of life. (Duration: 20–45 minutes)

Arrival in Serengeti National Park

Covering 14,750 sq km, the Serengeti is famed for hosting over 1.5 million wildebeests and 250,000 zebras during the annual Great Migration. These herds move together in a unique survival alliance.

You’ll arrive in the Seronera region—Serengeti’s wildlife-rich heart—in the late afternoon. After lunch, enjoy a thrilling game drive until sunset. With some luck, you may witness a predator in action or a fresh kill. As dusk paints the plains in gold, you’ll head to Seronera Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay under the stars.

Wake up early in the morning at 06 am after a hot cup of coffee, you will leave the campsite for morning game viewing in the heart of Serengeti National Park while enjoying the Morning beautiful sun rises though it’s going To be a bit chill in the morning don’t forget your warm clothes, get on with the game drive till on the mid-day drive back to camp for full breakfast and Lunch which means a Branch, Then later leave the camp for Ngorongoro Conservation area while you are having a game drive en route towards Ngorongoro Simba Campsite for dinner and overnight.

On your last day on Tanzania Safari after breakfast and having a picnic lunch with you a short drive to descending gate and drive down the crater floor 650 meters deep for a half-game crater tour if one is lucky can see rhinoceros but in the crater has a number of permanent residence animals as the crater has permanent water throughout the year therefore many of the animals prefer to stay though they are free to come in or move out the crater, After lunch ascend on the crater rim back to camp pick up the camping staph’s and the drive back to in Arusha End of your short 4 days Tanzania safari.
