My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite as well. Mr David from the reception was also very kind and professional in helping me to figure out how to get to the hospital nearby when I needed to go there.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et j’ai apprécié que les deux lits simples aient été rapprochés pour former un lit double. L’emplacement est très pratique, surtout lorsqu’on assiste à un concert à la Défense Arena.
Le point négatif concerne l'accès aux chambres via les ascenseurs "high tech". En présence d’un groupe, la gestion devient vite chaotique, avec des temps d’attente excessifs pour accéder aux étages. Après une longue journée, on n’a qu’une envie : rejoindre sa chambre rapidement. J'ai dû monter les 7 étages à pied..

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Paris. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good with a nice view from the breakfast area.
The location was also great — Westfield shopping mall was just a short walk away, which was super convenient. The Grand Arche was also nearby and a lovely spot to relax in the evening. We really enjoyed sitting there and taking in the view, especially being able to see the Arc de Triomphe in the distance.
The metro station was about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which made it easy to get around the city.
Overall, I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the breakfast, and the location. Would definitely recommend it!

My recent stay at Renaissance Paris La Défense was outstanding. The suite I booked was superbly comfortable and incredibly quiet. The space was spotlessly clean, with every detail from the bedding to the bathroom meticulously attended to.||The hotel enjoys a very convenient location. It's just a short walk from the subway station, which provides great accessibility for exploring the city. Moreover, there are large shopping malls and supermarkets in the vicinity, making it extremely easy to meet daily needs and do some shopping.||A special huge thank you to David at the front desk! His warm, professional service and helpful tips made my check-in seamless and truly enhanced my stay. His kindness left a lasting impression.

The lack of air-conditioning. Thermostat set to 18 C. Never achieved set temperature. Outside temperature was 19C when picture was taken. Can’t imagine what it would be like in summer.

This hotel is good only for winter. Cos there is no air-conditioning until come official summer. Pls check with hotel before U book esp in spring. They will provide a fan only.

Really nice hotel great location, nice rooms. Massively let down by the bar service, did not want to serve us, was rude to us. would not let us sit by the bar, everything was an inconvenience, by far the worst hotel bar I’ve ever been in.

I Travel a lot for Business. But this Hotel was the worst experience in years!! Bad Service, rooms are very old school. Maybe the only good thing was the gym, which was ok equipped!

A wonderful place to stay if you are in La Defense. The room is quite spacious and the service is exceptional. I should mention that Stella and John were quite helpful staff during my recent stay. They greet with a good smile and see that you are always comfortable.

The hotel staff was wonderful and everything was nice enough except for the shower. 1 star review to draw attention to the recent trend of hotels not having a full shower door. It is nearly impossible to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Marriot Bonvoy, please install a curtain, or a full shower door

As it was end of winter, the air conditioning unfortunately was still tuned to heater mode which caused the room to be very hot and stuffy!
The front desk staff especially Mr Wassef was incredibly helpful and apologetic and he and his team made the difference! They offered a fan option or to open up the window which was fantastic as the cool air could come in.
The shower water pressure was also too small but manageable.
Other than these, Wassef and his team ensured top service for all guests and to uphold the standards of the hotel. Well done and I greatly appreciate your service!!!

We booked this hotel while visiting Paris for the first time and most of the centrally located hotels were booked and over priced. It is a modern hotel located in business district, and around 30min away from main attractions. If traveling as a tourist then not really ideally located.
The time we checked in our Son was warmly welcomed with a Teddy ???? and a box of chocolate which was a good gesture and a nice touch. Rooms are bigger in size and even the bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious.
However, air-conditioning wasn't working the time we checked in and after request they provided a fan.
There are some pros and cons which I would highlight:
Pros:
1. Bigger rooms
2. Friendly staff
3. Child friendly
Cons:
1. Location is not ideal for tourists
2. Only 1 restaurant with limited options
3. No tea spoon or milk provided in the room
Overall, it's a good hotel but certain things weren't available as per 4star hotel.

The rooms were nice for the price. The lobby offers a lot of snacks and drink options. |The reason we will be coming back is because of the customer service. David Martin took care of us our entire time there. He was exceptional. He made the stay worth it taking care of all our requests and holding our luggage while we attended a meeting. |We travel a lot to France for business and because of David, this hotel will be our new go to from now on.

A quelques mètres seulement de l'Arena. |Très bel hotel . très bon buffet petit dejeuner . Chambre spacieuse. Très propre . Et le staff est très accueillant et professionnel.|Hotel vieillissant quand on regarde les finitions. ( joints refait dans la douche ...)|Surclassé en chambre pour mon anniversaire ; Merci à Stella pour son acceuil et son sourire.

I am compelled to leave this review due to the unacceptable service I encountered during my stay. Upon checking in around midnight, two major issues arose:
1. Miscommunication Regarding Amenities:
Initially, the front desk assured me they would deliver a US power adapter to my room. However, they later called back stating I needed to pay extra to use it—a policy that was never mentioned beforehand.
2. Unresolved Maintenance Issues:
When attempting to use the bathroom sink, I discovered it was clogged and leaking. I immediately contacted the front desk, yet it took over 20 minutes to receive a dismissive response: "There’s nothing we can do tonight." Despite my persistent requests for staff to inspect the issue, they reluctantly agreed to send someone only after prolonged pleading.
Ultimately, we were forced to relocate to another room at 1 AM, disrupting our much-needed rest after a long journey.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is inexcusable for any hospitality establishment. I strongly advise travelers to reconsider staying here.
