Review for hotel and restaurant

I booked this after seeing it on a package deal and decided to do it all myself for myself and my 15 and 12 year old for a ski trip.

Pros- the hotel has a modern feel, ski in, ski out with snow to the bottom lift even when there was none around it. There is car parking for around 6 cars, I don't know where you would park if they were full though. The restaurant is good, not cheap but good quality and the service was decent too. There is a large terrace with. Great view for drinks at the end of the day. The bedrooms are large with a great view to the front at least.
Breakfast was good.

Cons- the bedrooms are large but with some silly design features. A large sliding door means that only one person can either use the toilet or shower/sink at once, not ideal for my two kids. There is a kitchen type amount of cupboards with absolutely nothing in, just one mini bar, one kettle and two cups, with lots of empty cupboards. They could easily have made this into a mini kitchen.
There not even a bin in thr kitchen area.
We asked for the room to be cleaned once and they did a very average job of it.
The wifi only works if you have the TV on so it glares on the wall playing promotional videos on repeat.
There's no way to control the heating yourself and it was too hot and stuffy to sleep so we ended up wedging the door open.
The main bed is fine with average bedding, nothing special but the second bed is some kind of sofa bed with a terrible mattress.
The location is good for skiing but not for anything else, luckily we hired a car. When I asked at reception about going to town for dinner and taxis etc, she said, well you can call them but they probably won't come. Its about a 3km walk so we only had dinner out once and I just had one glass of wine.
It must be family owned as rhe reception seemed to double a bit as their family lounge, not a major issue but fairly odd and the reception desk was usually unmanned.
We were told off for sitting at the wrong table for breakfast but no one was there to greet us or seat us.
When I said we were leaving at 7am on the final day. I asked about breakfast and she just said, it starts at 7.30am, no offer to provide anything as a substitute.

Overall, it's a nice enough place but it could have been so much better. For nearly 300 EUR per night, I think you can do better.

Das war mein erster Besuch nach dem Umbau der ehemaligen Schnapskurve. Ich finde es modern und gelungen. Service war sehr nett, Pizza gut wie eh und je. Webbestwllung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Meine Tochter war auch sehr begeistert. Kommen wieder. Eine Mischung aus Alt und modern.

Great location, nice and frienfly stuff. Food was delicious with interesting. It is worst to try this place once you visit this resort.

Great food. I can say load and clear that I ate the best food here at Spaces. They have the best Tiramisu in Dolomiti.

Das Spaces und das LaMiara an sich hat eine sehr schöne Lage, mit wirklich schöner Aussicht. Direkt an der Piste, mit grosser Terrasse, ebenerdigen Toiletten, einfach perfekt für die Wintersportler.

Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet, nur ein wenig wärmer hätte es sein können aber gut dafür gibt es ja Kleidung..

Der Service ist gut und freundlich bis auf die ältere Dame, die war etwas forsch und nicht gerade zuvorkommend aber gut, jeder kann mal schlechte Tage haben..

Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, nur die Preise sind versalzen..

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet.
Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt. Nur das Licht im Bad ist nicht optimal, meine Frau hatte Probleme mit der Schminkerei..

Mit dabei war ein kleiner Wasserkocher und Teebeutel. Ich persönlich hätte mir einen Kaffeebeutel gewünscht :)

Ein kleines Sofa und Tisch vor dem Balkon sind auch dabei, das Bett war sehr bequem.

Nur das das W-LAN nur funktioniert wenn der Fernseher an war, ist mir nach wie vor ein Rätsel und nicht gerade praktisch wenn die zweite Person im Raum schlafen möchte.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hat es mir an nichts gefehlt, es war hervorragend und qualitativ hochwertig und dabei immer den wunderbaren Blick in die Berge.

Für die Anfahrt im Winter solltet man allerdings Schneeketten im Auto dabei haben, da es sonst schwierig werden könnte wenn der Räumdienst nicht fährt oder die Taxis besetzt sind.

Auf Hilfe der Chefin des Hotels braucht man auch nicht unbedingt bauen wenn man Probleme hat, was ich wirklich sehr sehr schade finde!
Da kann noch alles so top sein wenn die Menschlichkeit fehlt..
Genau deswegen war es für mich der erste und letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel samt Restaurant.

Für Wanderer und Skifahrer optimaler Standort (direkt an der Skipiste gelegen) mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Bergwelt!

Alles in allem schönes Hotel unter nur "befriedigender" (3-) Leitung. Hotel, Restaurant und Pizzeria sind scheinbar separat.

Ein sonniger Platz und drinnen sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Essen dort ist sehr gut, dort gibt es vor allem eine große Auswahl an Pizzen. Wir mussten jedoch 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Das Personal ist in Ordnung, man hätte kurz Bescheid geben können, dass es länger dauert und viele sprechen nur englisch. Eine Reservierung dort ist nicht möglich, man bekommt jedoch ab 13 Uhr auch mit mehreren Personen (14) noch einen Platz. Die Aperitif (San Secco oder Aperol) dort ist sind lecker und es gibt eine Schale Chips dazu.

Ho mangiato al ristorante per un periodo, mi sono trovato veramente bene. Cibo sempre fresco ed ottimo, personale SUPER che ti fa sentire coccolato. Tornerò in altre occasioni sicuramente. 10++++

Świetna lokalizacja - na stoku, przy odpowiedniej pobudce można pojeździć na „sztutuksie”. Hotel wybudowany jest w stylu nowoczesnym, ale przytulnym. Każdy apartament ma balkon, z przepięknym widokiem na Dolomity. Pyszne śniadanie w cenie. Jedliśmy tu najlepszą pizza na Kronplazu. Można zamówić również inne bardzo smaczne dania,które są pięknie podane. Miła obsługa.

Katastrophale Bedienung /Service, dauert ewig bis man bedient wird, super unfreundlich, unmotiviert und genervt. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl und hat schon ein schlechtes Gefühl überhaupt was zu bestellen.
Dazu hat die Bedienung eine Gruppenbestellung komplett durcheinander gebracht und uns die Schuld gegeben, dass sie die falschen Mengen/Gerichte gebracht haben.
Nie wieder, sehr schade!

Pizze molto buone e di vari tipi.... al carbone, canapa, normale, al metro.. . Tutte molto buone..
Molto gentili e precisi nel servizio i camerieri e davvero cordiale la titolare che non manca mai di venire al tavolo a salutare e offrire la grappa...

Fantastic location, spacious rooms and restaurant. The morning view is outstanding. One problem is with modern glass door in room as it can only close the toilet or shower, not both at the same time...
Food was fine as was the staff.
