The worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
My shower had no hot water and my aircon wasn’t working and so instead of switching my room I was told they weren’t authorized to do so. So I had to stay in that faulty room and shower in a room so far out. What kind of service is that?

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Zimmer sauber und die Klima hat funktioniert ???? das Gemeinschaftsbad sauber, der Duschkopf leider am tropfen und nicht aufzuhängen, aber wir als Camper (Auto mit Dachzelt) sind zufrieden!! Danke!

Great hotel! Rooms, bed, bathroom are comfortable, quiet, clean. Good pool and good food in the restaurant, beautiful on top of it all. Good parking, good location, perfect. Friendly service. Thank you!

If am paying more than P500 a night the bed better be comfortable not worn out. The shower was flooding. The place looks well kept on the outside. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

As always, the service and cleanliness is perfect. I will always have one complaint, the showers don't have doors! But it is my preferred lodge in Letlhakane. I have not yet stayed anywhere that compares to Phudzi yet.
