very friendly and lovely service. loved the suites and also the villa. the nature and beaches surrounding and “in” the resort really are breathtaking.
the breakfast is good and offers a variety of different food :) i can also recommend the restaurants.

It is impossible to review the glorious trip of a lifetime. It is a privilege and an honor to be able to escape our lives to find this place and its people. Truly an unparalleled delight. They delivered on every promise of hospitality and service, making you feel like you had arrived at home. The people are warm, gracious, kind, funny, charming, and delightful. Just the same is true of all the food, drinks, retail, and overall resort experience. It's a sprawling spot for endless enjoyment and walks, but it's not overrun with "too much to do," so you can really get down to the art of relaxing quite easily. There are activities and sports, excursions, and adventures, but there's wonderful service at the beach and pool and great daytime and nighttime dining options of all sorts, so that even a week's stay won't get tired of options for the evenings. The rooms themselves are pure magic, and yes, it's like the movies or a dream, but the secret here is to remain in the present and realize it's actually your lives together, and it's really happening. The staff and management attended to every possible need, and we've never been pampered or as thrilled as we were to have this opportunity.I've never had such a perfect vacation, and special thanks to Kheshma,Mandy and Linda,they made sure that we had an amazing stay and enjoyed the resort and its amenities to the fullest.

The service we received at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect. Their dedication to making our experience truly memorable shone through in every interaction.

I did ask 3 tomes for an offer, no anyswer at all. For such a hotel very bad.

L'hotel è davvero ben strutturato, ospitale, completo per una vacanza in pieno comfort. Ho messo quattro stelle perché i ristoranti su prenotazione previsti nella tariffa giornaliera erano in pratica sempre occupati. Abbiamo potuto cenare solo al ristorante con buffet.

This is definitely a great hotel to stay in: right from the entrance the lush nature makes you understand the level of the resort.

Having stayed in August the ocean currents were very strong, with serious difficulties in bathing, combined with the terrible sand flies (I don't know if there is a possible solution to the problem, but by sprinkling in oil the situation improves).

The staff in the restaurants is very friendly (a special mention to Arvind). Among the restaurants Legend is the best. The prices of drinks and food are very high in my opinion, but I appreciated the variety and excellent quality, the amazing and plentiful breakfast (with an excellent cappuccino), and the cute turtles at the entrance of the resort.

The room was nice, large and clean and the additional services, such as the golf and kids club, were excellently maintained, although the staff was quite lazy in entertaining the children. The buggy to reach the rooms is always available, even to reach the beach.

Olimpia responded to all our needs at any time. Even the resort manager always asked us how our stay was, showing a sincere interest that everything was according to our expectations.

I hope to return in a more suitable month for the Seychelles. Following this stay I decided to book the Constance again for January in the Maldives, due to their high standard. My 5 year old daughter fell in love with this place and I would like to return here very much!

Nous avons passé 10 merveilleux jours en famille, le temps a été splendide (malgré une météo annoncée avant notre départ très pluvieuse, en fait il ne pleut que très rarement histoire d’arroser le luxuriant jardin ????????) et mesdames profitez d’emmener vos robes légères ???? il fait très chaud le soir aussi
Et un dernier petit truc, nous avions pris le forfait spa ???? sur 7 jours ! Je vous le recommande!!! Quel bonheur, Bernadette et son équipe sont adorables et de très bon conseil

Excellent hôtel, la literie, les chambres et le confort sont parfaits.
Le golf est tres bien entretenu, l acceuil est chaleureux .
Les plages de sable fin sont très belles, peu de monde car privées.
Le restaurant "le Diva" est excellent, le personnel aux petits soins, les repas incroyables .

It has been a lovely experience in Constance Lemuria mainly thanks to all the staff so professional and caring, starting from the very first moment, at the arrival.
Great resort in a great position, with two private beaches, one incredibly long and wide but not for swim and another one closer to the main buildings between restaurants and with a great quality service.
The resort looks like a sort of “Jurassic park” experience in some areas as there are animals feee to move around this beautiful location and this is an added value.
People at Constance Lemuria are really well trained and take care of you at 360 degree. Frankly speaking, I really don’t understand people complaining about the staff. Probably they’re always intolerant and ball-buster.
Restaurants are nice even without a WOW effect, but properly managed and with polite and caring staff. Food is ok even if not at the top as my expectations.
Junior suites are big enough (more that 50 sq metres) and with a lot of comforts.
There’s no music or disco after the dinner, it’s a resort, not a village. You should come here to relax

Vacances inoubliables !
Nous avons passés 10 jours extraordinaires dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le cadre est idyllique, le personnel était aux petits soins, les installations sont somptueuses, les repas délicieux et on se sent bien incroyablement bien dès les premiers instants .
Tout est pensé pour permettre aux vacanciers de passer des moments inoubliables (je vais avoir du mal à ne pas répéter ce mot plusieurs fois dans ce commentaire), et bien que presque plein, on ne sent pas du tout qu'il y a du monde, au contraire.

Merci au directeur M. Le Gac et à toute son équipe pour ces instants magiques et .... Inoubliables !!!

Le Constance Lemuria est un hôtel incroyable, un havre de paix avec un environnement paradisiaque.
Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible.
Les repas sont tout simplement délicieux, élaborés et très copieux.
Les chambres en junior suite sont spacieuses, très propres et les lits confortables.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, agrémentée de massages au spa (juste ce qu’il faut pour être sur un petit nuage), d’une session sur le magnifique et immense golf de l’hôtel, et surtout de détente et d’émerveillement sur les magnifiques plages de l’anse Kerlan et l’anse Georgette ainsi que l’anse Lazio accessible via l’hôtel par une petite rando avec plein de jolis points de vues.
Un immense merci à Mr Le Gac le directeur qui a su rendre ces vacances inoubliables!

Location is great but the overall price quality is not good. Rooms are quite old and we didn’t had water supply for almost a day due to a “broken pipe”. Food and drinks are very expensive. We booked half board and drinks (even still water) were not included. Golf course is nice but the equipment was outdated which had a negative impact on the experience. Especially since you pay rental fees as if the equipment is brand new. Service was average. Varies per employee. Buffet for dinner was also very average and there were lots of insects in the restaurant. Food at the diva restaurant is good but for many dishes you need to pay extra…

It was the best experience I have ever had ! Incredible friendly , everything was so so powerful , this is what I call Luxus. I would give u 10 stars if I could.
Especially the restaurant workers were very very POWERFUL!!! Elite was so extremely nice and friendly, I was so impressed, I wish him all the best!!!! Y’all keep on rocking the Universe! I definitely come again!! POWERFUL POWERFUL

It is a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and paid a lot of attention. When you are at the beach you feel like in paradise!

This is possibly the lousiest place to go to in Praslin. Terrible quality of service from the entrance gate of the hotel.
On 13.10.2023, around 5pm,we went there for a drink in one of their bars/restaurants, we arrive at the gates of the hotel, the security guard would not let us in because as he said: “it is too late for a drink we are preparing the restaurants for dinner”, accordingly we change our plans and ask him to let us in for dinner. After a short discussion with his colleague, he comes back and tell us that we cannot go in as we have not made a reservation in advance; I am still wondering as to why a restaurant or any service institution would to refuse accept customers, this is simply beyond my understanding. Don’t go there…

1 etoile mais nous n y avons pas séjourné.
Pour se rendre à Anse Kerlan tous les sites nous indique de passer par le check point pour s y rendre .
Force de vous dire que l entree nous a été refusé pourtant les plages sont public et le garde nous sommes d y accéder en bateau et certainement pas par le chemin de l hôtel.
Mise à part comprendre que cette hotel haut de gamme ne possède aucune plage privée mais s attribue Anse kerlan par voie terrestre je ne voit pas d autre explication.
Le littoral est public , comme pour Anse Georgette nous ne pouvons y accéder autrement.
Donc pour Anse Georgette c est ok pour Anse kerlan non ?
Un peu limite et pour cette raison nous ne réserverons pas cette chaîne.

Excellent et merveilleux.

La suite senior est grande et belle. Choisissez le rez-de-chaussée pour un accès direct à la plage et un plus grand patio. Le restaurant gastronomique Diva doit repenser la conception de ses tables et chaises – étroites et inconfortables. Restaurant Nest sympa mais le service peut être un peu lent. 3 piscines correctes avec bar dans la piscine mais boissons chères (comme le reste des complexes hôteliers des Seychelles).

Simplement parfait. Nourriture, personnel, services, paysage, installations, juste la perfection

Emplacement de rêve, personnel aux petits soins. Et resto variés et très bons !
