1. They offer limited rooms with AC. there were lots of issues with the electricity. Hence, most of the time the AC is NOT working. Not value for money.
2. Camping facilities such as shower and toilets are clean and sufficient. Great! HOWEVER, there’s a night club right next to the camping ground. We stayed from Friday to Monday, every night there’s super loud music till 3 or 4am. NO SLEEP AT ALL.
3. Food at the on-site cafe is not value for money. Walk down the street and you will have loads of options.
4. WiFi is unstable and is only available at the reception.

Next to the camp site there’s a night club on the weekends. They didn’t give us any briefing about this so at 10pm when everyone built up their tents it was too late to move the tents somewhere else. It was very difficult to sleep with the incredibly loud noise.

The location and the camp layout are really good. It’s not so close to the main tourist area to be overcrowded but it’s just around the corner so everything is very accessible. The camp looks like it was constructed as a government housing facility with cabins/huts/cabanas scattered around the property nicely.
BUT….A fellow traveler and I shared a two bedroom cottage. The room was not air conditioned so we moved to a hotel closer to the falls and got a nicer room, with nicer en-suite bath, a giant ceiling fan, and air conditioning…for nearly the same price.
The reason for the overall one star review (rather than 2-3 stars) is that my fellow traveler got eaten up by bed bugs or chiggers the one night we stayed here. We were so glad we moved to other lodging.
Our fellow travelers who camped in their tents said it was closer to a four star rating. Said the pool was cool but could use a good cleaning.

Posto più simile ad un carcere che ad un camp, camere minimila con luce quasi inesistente lenzuolo sporche bagni sotto ogni standard di decenza sporchi scomodi e trasandato, il ristorante un filo sì salva ma siamo al limite della sufficienza con tempi di attesa estenuanti, eravamo un gruppo di 14 persone con cinque stanze e nessuna era accettabile, evitate assolutamente

This is a great spot to camp at Vic Falls. You can walk everywhere from here. The camp and cottages and ablutions are pretty tired but the pool and cafe are really nice. Big trees for shade and really friendly helpful staff.

Even though facilities are old, it is a very peaceful place. We only camped there one night but loved it. Huge, huge trees and a wonderful restaurant. Fantastic for an overnight stop for the not so fuzzed traveller.

It's a no frills site with basic facilities. Advise to Bring your own toilet paper for the toilet facilities...... Some new shower curtains would help, current ones are grubby ....also the shower heads need some repairs too. Otherwise good location with free WiFi near reception and cheap chalets...

Completely run down place. Half of our group moved out, rats in the roof. By 2am of the first night we setup our own rooftent and moved out as it was much cooler and mosquito free. Chalet absolutely cooking even with ceiling fan. Doors open? No mosquito nets provided. No warm water in ablutions if you manage to find a shower with a shower head. Trying to find a positive spin. It was secure enough a fully fenced property with a 24hr guard post at entrance

Very basic accommodation without regular housekeeping but generally good option for small/medium budget holders to visit Vic. Falls. It is close to the city of VF and the Vic Falls world wonder. Finally I like it.

Friendly staff, reasonable facilities but beware of loud music on some nights from adjoining bar - very loud and until 3am on he Saturday night we were there.

The campsite is a bit rough around the edges but its a great location, can literally walk to the falls.
All of the staff are hugely friendly and the food is excellent.
Lovely hot showers and kept nice and clean.
It is right beside a club so can be a bit loud.
Would stay again.

The camp was very loud even though we were located on the quiet side. Pool is very dirty, so you cannot see the floor but very big and deep. Water wasn't running most of the time in the sanitary houses and we couldn't wash our dishes anywhere. Very good wifi and great restaurant and close to the Victoria Falls (20 min by foot). Lots of mosquitos but that is nothing they can control and watch out for the monkeys but we were kindly warned about them.

Worst place ever. Starting with the noise (even though we were camping on the “quiet” side), mosquitoes that have been attracted by the ever running water hoses and worst of all the restrooms. We stayed one night on the beginning of our vacation and then on the end. In between no cleaning of the facilities. No toilet paper, and the cleanest one missed the whole door.
Only positive thing I can tell about this place is the restaurant. The food is extremely delicious each time and the staff super friendly.

Terrible camping site I’ve ever experienced. The worst part was the toilet area. A real mess, it was disgusting! A minimum of hygiene will be required. The camp area is ok but very limited. The power did not worked so we couldn’t charge our 4x4 battery for the fridge/freezer. Also bear in mind this place has a lot of mosquitos and nearby a loud bar which will make you night very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend to camp until adjustment are done.

Campsite in a great location in Victoria Falls town. Good shower facilities. Wi-Fi only in the reception, bar and pool area. However club on camp grand can be very loud at night (particularly on week-ends) until 2-3am...

Need to improve standards. We ordered breakfast at their restaurant and it took forever. We ended up cancelling the order to look for something elsewhere.

Very very cool place, excellent food, internet, very safe and so friendly. Showers so hot. Loved it, last time we were here was 25 years ago.
