Expensive and a bit too off-the-grid for the rates charged. Wi-Fi is virtually non-existent, and menu and leisure are limited.

We are sorry to hear you had such an unpleasant stay with us. It is a pity you did not mention any of your issues during your stay as our dedicated team would have been happy to assist to make your stay more enjoyable.
We do apologise for the issues you experienced with making your final payment. Unfortunately these difficulties were out of our control. Our local card machines were out of service while the national banking system was updating to accommodate the new ZiG currency. Our team did make an effort to work with you and ended up making a plan with an alternative payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding with our team.

Very nice small guest lodge set within lovely gardens and away from the busy roads. Nice friendly staff ,great food and good size rooms . Great location for visiting the Victoria Falls , only a $5 taxi ride away. Well worth a stay.

The rooms are beautifully done out, a definite touch of luxury and spotless. The pool is a much needed and enjoyed facility. All staff are friendly and helpful. The menu, although limited, has tasty choices.

Mooie locatie met vriendelijk personeel en goed restaurant. De kamers zijn mooi en groot. Heerlijk ruim bed. Standaard kamers zijn de badkamers heel basic

Saubere kleine Lodge in Victoria Falls nicht weit von den Fällen.
Netter kleiner Pool, tolles Frühstück und vorallem höfliches und lächelndes Personal.

We stayed at the Bayete Lodge during the Christmas period, it was an amazing time to say the least. Food was excellent, service from each and everyone from reception to restaurant was impeccable ???? I would like to mention Ropa from reception/ hostess who, when she heard it was our anniversary, made it very, very special with a surprise in our room. They were always available to assist.......will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone going to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe ???????? ????

I a m not sure where to start with Bayete Guest Lodge.The hospitality is above and beyond.James in house keeping if l won lottery l be sure to share some of it with you.(jokes).Charles no words for you .But let me say you are above and beyond Charles.Chris the ginger you offered me that day when l was feeling sick l still have it .I hope and wish that God will provide you with a lot of success and happiness.There was guys that was always working on the pool and gardening ,l just want to say you are excellent.I wish l could remember names Lord.When l needed help one night l went to the office and was closed but there were two guys that came and help me with the millepede.I was so scared and they went above and beyond.Two girls in the office please keep up the good work.Let me say thank you to the cooks.And let me say thank you so much to the whole staff.If l forgot someone please forgive me.Who ever owns Bayete needs to give you all a raise.Your staff is above and beyond.I am back home now and sharing all the pictures.Everyone is loving them.Keep up the good work and the good hospitality.Sorry l could not name all of them just because l forgot your names.But you are in my mind.I give you 10stars. Wir haben uns für 3 Nächte als Start für unsere Afrikarundreise eingebucht. Super freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück und an einem Abend haben wir auch im Hotel das Dinnermenü getestet. Zu den Fällen und in die "City" kommt man für 5 $. Die Stadt gibt nicht viel her und so haben wir sogar etwas Zeit am Pool genießen können.

beau jardin exotique

cet établissement se trouve dans un beau cadre verdoyant mais les chambres sont très sombres et sans charme. une belle piscine est située devant le restaurant ouvert qui sert une bonne cuisine. Endroit très calme car un peu à l’écart du centre de la « ville ». Personnel très agréable.
