Mal servicio; en los Tours acosan para terminar el recorrido rápido, la comida muy cara para lo que sirven, la playa en ese sector es negra y fea, uno se resigna a la piscina y ya. Toca caminar hasta el pueblo y de ahí buscar una playa más bonita. Lo único bueno que tienen es la persona que hace la publicidad.

No lo recomiendo: playa pequeña y mar café en el lugar, comida re cara v/s cantidad y tu copa es más hielo que licor. En la isla hay mejores lugares que ese. Pregunta para más detalles.

Amazing place. It's a bit off which we liked. The staff was amazing, food was priced in the same ball park as the rest of the island (compared to local restaurants). The breakfast was amazing. Nothing to complain about, we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to everyone at Secreto!

We stayed in one of their private rooms and we were a group of 4. The AC didn’t work at all and after complaining they said they would check and fixed which they didn’t. We had to ask one of their employees and he kindly gave us his own fan (which we used only one of the 3 nights we stayed)

The food was good but the waiting takes way too long.

The nearest beach is dirty all the time and we had to walk at least 30 minutes to get to playa Libre. Thankfully we brought our own drinks because everything is fairly expensive so we got to save up a little.

Staff were super nice despite everything but they had LOUD music until late night very inconsiderate because you’re trying to relax/sleep.

The wifi is pretty decent and it worked only in the common areas, there was not wifi in our room…

Wouldn’t come back.

It’s a beautiful and luxury hostel. The construction is full of history and the little beach they have is wonderful. The guys are very nice and the rooms were very clean. Recommended! *If you want to connect with nature and how is it to live in an island is the right place.

Déception …

Points positifs : cadre reposant, nourriture variée, plutôt propre, activités (snorkelling, kayak)

Points négatifs : très isolé, manque de communication, personnel pas hyper sympa, pas de climatisation, énormément de moustiques (aucun moyen de prévention), piscine sympa mais 1 mètre de profondeur, plage marronatre avec beaucoup de racines de mangrove, non exploitable malheureusement. Tout est très long au moins 20 min d’attente pour une limonade, et quand on demande où ils en sont après > 30min pour le repas ils répondent « tranquilo »

Faut être conscient en venant ici qu’on sera isolé avec pour seul moyen de se baigner dans la mer : aller dans les plages privées d’autres hotels.

Avis mitigé... La chambre double standard est spacieuse, globalement propre, avec le minimum d'ameublement, belle terrasse, la salle de bain commune était propre, La nourriture proposée y était bonne, le personnel sympathique, MAIS la piscine était sale, les transats aussi, la plage privée n'est pas baignable, il y a très peu d'activité, on se sent vite isolé, on s'ennuie vite et le temps peut vite devenir long, un séjour d'une ou deux nuits max. dans cet endroit

Muy buen hostel. Dormimos en la suite. Buen ambiente en general, la parte del restaurante, pileta, exursiones, atención, etc. A mejorar: calidad de comida vegetariana, mucha pinta poco sabor aunque $ considerables/ acordes.

This place has a backpacker spirit and the people working here are very nice. However, the facility is in a quite bad state and pretty worn down. The pool is very dirty, the double bedroom with shared bathroom was ok. It could need a deeper cleaning though. Since there are many mosquitos there are sufficient nets to protect you for the night. We got a dirty and moist towel, which could not be replaced until the day after. Expect to have loud music until late since the rooms don’t have windows and people are talking (which is totally fine).

Prices for food and drinks are on the higher side for Colombia. The food is not particularly good, simple as that. The kitchen seems very understaffed since we waited very long for all our meals and our orders were mixed up more than once. We waited more than an hour for a very simple breakfast…..

We stayed only for one night, therefore didn’t do any activities. To swim in the ocean you will have to either use the small beach at the site, which is dirty and not pretty. Otherwise you can take a walk to nicer beaches across the island. When doing that, you will see that the rest of the island is quite dirty, full of trash and many stray dogs, not as picturesque as on all those pictures. The little village on the islands has some places to eat and a supermarket. But this has all low standard.

In general, if you are out for some backpacking adventures and don’t care about quality this might be your place (still a bit expensive). If you want some comfort, don’t come here…

El lugar muy bonito pero el servicio bastante mediocre, una hora para servir el desayuno y las comidas, mi cama tenía unos clavos oxidados a los pies de la cama, he pedido que lo arreglaran varias veces y nadie me lo ha solucionado, he reído que dormir con clavos en los pies durante mi estadía en este alojamiento.

El hostel está muy bien, a cinco minutos a pie del pueblo y una playita a diez min. Los trabajadores son majísimos todos y las actividades están muuy bien, muy recomendables. La comida rica pero tardan muchísimo en servir, entre una y dos horas de espera, es lo único malo. Muy recomendable el sitio para desconectar y pasarlo en grande.
Pero eso sí, NO VAYAN CON MARY CARTAGENA TRAVEL como recomiendan. El viaje nos llevó 4h en lugar de 1h, completamente empapados todo el rato con el barco dando tumbos, todo el equipaje se mojo entero, nos cobraron distinto al ir que alvovler, tuvimos que parar en mitad del trayecto a echar gasolina porque no tenían
..TERRIBLE, y aún encima al llegar la atención fue pésima, ni devolución del importe ni disculpas, dijeron que culpa nuestra las perddias por no proteger el equipaje.

Der Vibe im Hostel ist unbeschreiblich schön, das Personal ist einmalig, unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten die schönste Zeit im Secreto in einem Monat Kolumbienreise. Danke an euch alle! Wir werden eines Tages wieder kommen!

First and foremost, we had bed bugs from this stay. We know it’s from this hotel as this is the only place we forgot to check the beds and bites showed up the next day and onwards.

The room is ok. Definitely needs a deep clean and dusting and to replace the holes in the mosquito nets.

The staff was lovely from reception to the bar staff and the restaurant food was tasty.

El hostel está bien, la atención es genial y el ambiente más enfocado en compartir aunque permiten fumar y los q no pues no nos parece tan agradable eso. La habitación privada debe mejorar el baño y los utensilios de aseo algunos rotos y en mal estado. Si quieres ir a la playa a nadar debes caminar unos 30 a 40 min si no te gusta la del hotel q es más oscura por el manglar y demás. El pueblo y la isla en general aparte de los hoteles da mucha tristeza y lo digo como colombiana. Falta mucha mucha conciencia basura por todo lado en el mar en el manglar en la calle es realmente impresionante q no cuidemos lo nuestro... ojalá mejoremos!

Si te quieres relajar y desconectar del mundo exterior, este es el lugar perfecto. Desde que llegas te hacen sentir bienvenido, todas las personas son muy amables y cálidas; todo el tiempo hay actividades por hacer y un ambiente espectacular.

Hay gran variedad de hospedaje, desde dormitorios compartidos, hasta habitaciones privadas.

La playa del hostal no es la mejor, pero cerca hay unas muy bonitas.

Háganse el favor de probar el ceviche sriracha y la posta cartagenera. ????

De private suites met balkon en hangmat zijn echt fantastisch. Andere kamers kunnen een goede update gebruiken. De service, het eten, cocktails en hosts zijn erg goed. Verder tip om ook eens bij het naast gelegen ecohotel te gaan en daar ‘s ochtends goede koffie aan de stijger in zee te drinken of de zonsondergang te kijken.

We came by our own means. I wished the hotel had told us that they had a boat service that would have been really helpful in avoiding all the hustle to get there. When we got there a group of tourists was arriving 15mins later and the lady at the check in asked us to stay with the group to listen to " information "
The information was a list of extra activities (that you have to pay extra for). I came to an island to relax and instead I had wait to be suddenly surrounded by a group of 20people so I didn't stay and then the leader of the group whom I didn't know and never spoke to came and reproached me for not listening to him. I'm holidays I wish to be free and not attend a 40mins capitalist lecture and I got shamed for that. It's not professional.

We spent three days in isla de Rosario at the end of our time in Cartagena and stayed at hotel secreto. We enjoyed our time at the hotel secreto and especially our time with Miguel Angel. He went out of his way to make us feel at home at every interaction. He is a highlight of the location and made our stay very memorable.

We walked / ran the entire island and this spot seems to be pretty solid when compared to the other resorts. Location is a four star as it’s about a 40 minute walk to the nice, private beach on the island (Gente de Mar), but that’s a good chance to see the environment of the island.

Vraiment l'hôtel est au top, je ne comprend pas trop les mauvais commentaires. Le personnel est très gentil, les petites excursions sont très sympatiques et l'animateur qui accueille et fait le subwing est adorable.

Soy Mexicano y fui a conocer por Colombia, la atención desde los chicos hasta las chicas de recepción muy atenta y calida, sentí que está más enfocado para jóvenes de 20-30 y de preferencia que sean hippies, si estás acostumbrado a hoteles de 3-5 estrellas, definitivamente vas a ver muchas áreas de oportunidad, el menú de comida se me hizo muy básico y los alimentos regulares, el desayuno si esta muy mal la verdad, el hotel deberia sugerir un kit básico para llevar por ejemplo en la noche salen muchos mosquitos y es imposible estar si no tienes repelente, no supimos si tienen botiquín de emergencia porque mi hermana se enfermó y yo me golpie una pierna y tuve que conseguir medicamento en el pueblo de ahí, la caminata del bosque por detrás nadie lo limpia y está repleto de basura, le da muy mal aspecto a los hoteles aledaños, y genera una especie de inseguridad, y la tribu nativa de ahí es más cochina aún, se ve que hacen fiestas regularmente y dejan todas las botellas de cerveza tiradas por todos lados, el lugar está bien, pero definitivamente podría convertirse en una isla paradisiaca si alguien pusiera orden ahí sobre todo con el tema de la basura y los caminos medio marcados. Creo que son lugares que necesitas conocer y ya luego evalúas si vuelves o no, pero al menos ir una ves en tu vida. Y desde mi punto de vista están desaprovechando un sitio maravilloso que con inversión, orden, y limpieza podría ser el Xcaret colombiano.

Du positif et du négatif.

Le positif : jolies piscines, chambres privées plutôt sympa et maisons colorées stylées.

Le négatif : le personnel de l'accueil n'est vraiment pas sympa, la plage de l'hôtel est minable, la propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, petit déjeuner payant et longue attente (arrivés à l'ouverture pourtant)

Comme le disait un autre avis, moyenne d'âge : 30 ans.

Globalement, nous avons été très déçus par l'ile. Pas propre, tout est cher, plages privatisées...

Great staff location and service. Food was just amazing from breakfast to dinner. Anyone working there was fun and kind... we have been in few other hotels but definitely the best between them.
Especial thanks to Elizabeth who helped me with the booking, Julian who took great care of us and Bryan who was our tour guide during all the activities!

Generally ok hostel. Nice vibe and good food. The gym is more like a graveyard for construction material and the girl at the reception is superunfriendly. All the times I ordered food it took more than an hour.

Lugar agradable pero igual un poco costoso , fuimos con mi esposo y un amigo y pasamos un bueno momento.
