Me ha encantado el hotel, a 5 minutos andando del telesilla, con guarda equipo con calefaccion para que este perfecto al dia siguiente, el personal super amable la habitacion comodisima. Volveria seguro.
Lo unico negativo por decir algo es que el coste del desayuno es alto, es un buffet muy bueno pero 17 por persona me parece excesivo.

We loved everything about this place. We stayed 3 nights with my 2 girls in a family room. The rooms are extra clean, very cozy and warm, good sized. Family rooms are 2 rooms connected, two bathrooms, 2 tv etc. one room with a bunk bed decorated as Alice in wonderland. The kids loved it. The other room had 2 beds together, very very comfortable and great pillows too!. Breakfast is the best. Fresh fruits, cheese, cold meats, omelette bar… next time we will also get the dinner deal, we skipped this time but it looked delicious. They have a room in the basement for kids’ play. They have games, pool, darts etc and a lovely girl that sets up activities for the kids! I got a massage at the spa, and it was also fantastic! The staff is so helpful and accommodating that makes your stay so easy.The front desk called after check in to ask if everything was fine. The parking at the hotel was full but the staff gave us a few other options nearby and low cost. Check out is at 12, which is also nice. We won’t be going to an Airbnb in Andorra again. This hotel is our new favorite place

Hemos viajado en familia para esquiar.
Es un hotel cómodo, bonito y con muy buen servicio. Calidad precio adecuado. Spa, gimnasio, sala de juegos, bar y salón. Guarda esquís.Parking gratuito. Muy recomendable. Tienes el funicular al lado del hotel para subir a las pistas de Canillo y desde allí puedes moverte a Soldeu, Pas de la Casa.
Tienes al lado todos los servicios necesarios, farmacia, supermercado.

Beautiful hotel in a great location very near to the restaurants car park and ski lift and hire shops. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was also incredible with so much variety and fresh stuff available.
The staff were also particularly welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. From the moment we were checked in by Abril to the moment we left the staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly the Argentinians Candelaria and Gonzalo who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout.

Hotel ideal para esquiadores. Decoración alpina. Buena ubicación cerca del funicular de Canillo y para subir a pistas en coche también muy bien.
Nos alojamos en una júnior suite. Habitación amplia. Sofá cama convertible en 2 camas cómodas. Baño amplio.
Buen buffet. El spa muy agradable y con control de aforo.
Mi hijo cumplió años durante la estancia y nos sorprendieron con un pastel con velas en la habitación. El día de la salida nos obsequiaron con agua y chicles para el viaje.

El hotel está ubicado solo a 300mt de las pistas por lo que es perfecto para un finde de esquí. Además el spa es un súper plus. La habitación espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda.
El desayuno súper variado y fresco. Lo recomiendo.
La atención del personal es 10 puntos, sobre todo Cande, Abril y Gonza que estuvieron siempre disponibles para ayudar, súper amables y resolutivos. Volveremos sin dudas!

This review is strictly for the massage service their SPA provides.
The massage was called "Après ski massage + specific stretches, 80mins". This was one of the softest massage I've ever had; Stretches part - got each of my legs bent twice! The worst part - starting 5 minutes too late and finishing 10+ minutes too early. So, instead of 80 minutes, it was 60 at best... When discussing massage, I was told that "soft massage is better after skiing", yet for some reason everyone else disagrees. It should be shameful to offer below-par quality and then to try to scam time in such quantities.
The only silver-lining was that the lady agreed it was wrong, and I was reimbursed partially.

Hotel com decoração acolhedora e bem localizado. Tem um sistema de arrumação de skis muito bom, com bom acesso à rua. Quartos de tamanho razoável e no geral bem limpos.
Lamentavelmente com grandes lacunas em relação ao staff. Deixaram um Robe usado no quarto. Não repõe shampoos nem sabões.
Pior do hotel é o serviço de refeição buffet. O leite estava completamente estragado, podre. Confrontados com isso não pedem sequer desculpa e respondem mal quando pedido para trocar. No dia a seguir o leite continuava estragado.
Serviço de restaurante precário, deixavam a loiça suja acumular nas mesas, não levantando a mesma.
A qualidade da comida também é muito fraca, as frutas estavam secas, com mau aspeto com ar de estarem ali há muito tempo.

El servicio tienen tan claro que deben hacer que el cliente esté contento que abruma. Espectacular.
No nos esperábamos servicio de atención a niños en la sala reservada para sus juegos abajo.
El desayuno de lo mejor que he visto nunca. Y las habitaciones muy bien.

Inmejorable! Es abrumador de qué manera resuelve este hotel, y todo su equipo, un pequeño malentendido que hubo. Para nosotros, lo nunca visto, y llevamos “unos cuantos viajes” hechos. Nos sentimos en todo momento como en casa, arropados, bien atendidos desde el minuto 1 que cada día que pasaba, dicha atención iba mejorando. Nos fuimos con gran pena, pero con la certeza de que volveremos.
Especialmente para celiacos, totalmente recomendable. Ni un problema y con la atención personalizada de la Chef Gema para evitar la contaminación cruzada.
Todos, absolutamente todos increíbles: Abril hizo que pudiéramos descansar cuanto antes tras toda la noche conduciendo, Gonzalo nos ayudó voluntariamente a sacar el coche tras una gran nevada y así un largo etcétera. Gracias!!

During the first two weeksin February 2024 I had two different groups staying at the Ski Plaza Wellness Hotel. The hotel staff starting with the front desk was incredible helpful to make our stay a wonderful experience. The support of all others was outstanding and I could not have had more support. Calandaria, Bottom and Diego and their staff, thank you very much, you earned a five star critique!

Great and friendly staff good food options kids did enjoy the hotel i really wish i could give it 5 stars but we lost half our party who checked out and changed hotels because of some scent being sprayed in the rooms and lobby. This hotel would 100% be a 5 star if they just did two things get some king sized or queen sized beds and dont overuse scent/perfume in the rooms! I will be back with my family hopefully next time i can update to 5 stars

Es un hotel perfecto para ir con niños. Tienen una sala con futbolín, billar, mini parque infantil y una gran tele con grandes sofás. Hay una cuidadora para los niños súper amable. Además hay un spa y un gimnasio muy chulo. El bufete no está a la altura del precio. En cambio el restaurante merece mucho la pena.

The buffet has lots of variety and friendly staff serving you (special mention to Gonzalez and Nicolas).
The spa facilities are lovely after a long day of skiing.
We left early in the morning with a breakfast bag from the staff.
Overall a wonderful stay :)
