Unless you are travelling with a car I wouldn’t recommend to stay there, it is far from the Orvieto station to go to the town, and they told us before we booked that there was a bus every 30 min from there, but it is not true the buses go from Orvieto station and if you walk to the station is 2km, the taxi called by the hotel try to charge €20 to the station for 5 min drive, and online we got taxis for €10, may be only €10 extra but it is the principle as €10 is the standard charge.
Breakfast was good.

Bellissima villa in prossimità di Orvieto e dell’autostrada A1. Camere spaziose e pulite, solo il bagno un po’ piccolo. Ottima ospitalità ,Gentilezza e cordialità. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

We had much higher expectations of this hotel. The pool is not as nice as on the pictures, we didn't feel to be at the pool at all because there were too many flies hanging around. The rooms were very tiny, including the bathroom. It was all very outdated. Service was good though. We stayed as much as we could out of the hotel as we didn't enjoy spending too much time there. Price/quality ratio did not much at all. Definitely was not worth 150 euros a night. We would not go here again or recommend it.

Posizione comoda fuori dal centro e velocissimo da raggiungere usciti dall'autostrada.immobile del 1500 sempre di proprietà della stessa famiglia, molto bello ed interessante,con poche camere ed ampi spazi interni ed esterni comuni.letto comodissimo,camere belle e molto ampie.i bagni,dipende dalla camera che si ha,alcuni necessiterebbero un restyle completo,tipo camera 31 ha una vasca con doccia abbastanza scomodi. Evidenzio la presenza di svariati gradini,scomodi per passeggini o altro ma compensati dalla disponibilità della reception di fare lasciare i passeggini al piano terra.personale molto gentile e disponibile,non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma l'area dedicata era molto carina e confortevole.piscina molto comoda,bella e ben utilizzabile sia per adulti che bambini. Ristorantini molto buoni raggiungibili a meno di 1km a piedi,come la funicolare per il centro storico.

Soggiornato 2 notti con bimbi piccoli. Camera comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione buona. Personale cordiale disponibile. Piscina in mezzo alla natura. Abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli giornate.

Camera, location e personale più che soddisfacenti. Bagno striminzito e colazione di buona qualità. Manca un ascensore, ma è logico sia così in una villa d’epoca.
