Location mozzafiato, stanza pulita, spaziosa, rinnovata e completa di tutti i comfort. Colazione abbondante e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo del soggiorno!
Complimenti a Cinzia e al ragazzo che abbiamo incontrato stamattina 23 Marzo al checkout - del quale purtroppo non sappiamo il nome - per la loro professionalità e gentilezza. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo a quante più persone di vivere la nostra stessa esperienza.

We (a family of 4) stayed here for one night on the way to the airport after a week of Skiing. Beware, this is not the place to stay if you want to be in your room within 20 minutes of parking your car. We parked on the bottom level of the car park from where there was a lift to the top level, then another lift to the ground level fort entrance, then two funiculars (normally three but the top one was being repaired) then a golf buggy to drive us and our luggage up the last part to the hotel. But..... the experience was huge fun, and what was waiting us was worth the trip up a thousand times.

Cindy (or Sindy?) on reception welcomed us like we were old friends, the room (family suite) was incredible with a 4 poster bed and Al Fresco paintings on the wall. There is no restaurant but Cindy booked us a table at a local pizzeria and the walk there was stunning through the old town down below with frequent stops to take pictures of the fort.

We woke up to stunning views all around, unfortunately we couldn't linger as we had to get to the airport but I don't think I have ever been so unhappy to check out of a hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer and looked around the Fort.

As other people have said, if you can pack light for your stat here it would be useful, even from the top lift there is still a steep walk to the entrance. If you do have heavy luggage though, they will look after you and send a golf buggy to help you up.

Una notte al forte di Bard... esperienza unica!!!

Quest'hotel offre un'esperienza unica situato alla sommità dell'opera Carlo Alberto all'interno del forte di Bard.
Il fascino di dormire in questo luogo ricco di storia è impagabile. Le stanze ampie e sobriamente arredate occupano la parte nobile del forte, dove era alloggiato il comando militare del forte.
La visita guidata del forte completa il piacere del soggiorno.

Location molto suggestiva, immersa in un silenzio rilassante e da cui si gode di un bellissimo panorama.
Camera ampia, pulita ed accogliente. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Comodo anche il parcheggio coperto e gratuito per gli ospiti ai piedi del Forte

Splendida location, all'interno del forte di Bard. Personale sorridente e disponibile. Camere spaziose e ben climatizzate. Ottima colazione

Un suggestivo ed unico hotel di 11 camere ubicato all'interno della fortezza di Bard, in quelle che un tempo erano le camere degli ufficiali piemontesi della guarnigione. Camere ampie, letto comodissimo, bagno grande con doppio lavabo. Parcheggio privato gratuito per ospiti hotel alla base del forte e tramite 4 ascensori panoramici si arriva in cima alla fortezza. Una menzione speciale per la sig.ra Deborah della reception che ci ha saputo accogliere in un modo speciale.
Non è possibile cenare dentro il forte.

Ho pernottato con la mia compagna 5 giorni in questo hotel.
Location molto suggestiva, all'interno del Forte di Bard.
Camere molto grandi, con dei letti comodi. Abbiamo trovato il bagno un po' scomodo per i lavandini tondi e la vasca-doccia, ma potrebbe essere una cosa soggettiva.
Parcheggio condiviso con i visitatori del forte;un consiglio, visto che l'hotel ha solo 11 stanze secondo me dovrebbe riservare 11 posti auto a chi alloggia nella struttura perché quando si rientra con l'auto di giorno c'è molta probabilità che il parcheggio sia completo.
La colazione buona con servizio rapido, forse solo un po' monotona. Sempre e solo cornetti, avrei gradito qualche dolce tipico della zona.
Il "Plus" dell'Hotel è sicuramente Deborah, la ragazza della reception, che ti accoglie all'arrivo. Professionale, gentile, crea empatia con gli ospiti, il "Top".
Comunque hotel da consigliare sicuramente

Locazion unica ,camere pulite ed ampie con qualche neo del personale delle pulizie che dimentica di mettete la carta igienica.....l accoglienza giù appena arrivati non è speciale da l impressione che il personale sia un po superficiale.appena arrivati appunto dal ragazzo della reception siamo stati invitati a salire a piedi perché i cani non potevano salire in ascensore senza museruola o trasportino(noi abbiamo un bulldog francese di 12 kg,quindi piccolo )ci tengo a precisare che avevamo prenotato la stanza appunto segnalando che avevamo il cane.nessuno ci ha avvertito di questo e quindi arrivati lì ci hanno spedito su a piedi,27 gradi sotto il sole nonostante avessimo chiesto di tenerlo in braccio in ascensore.a parte questo ci tengo a ringraziare la signora Debora della reception su in cima ed al signor Cristian portiere di notte che sono stati squisiti nei nostri confronti.personale al bar un po così e non aggiungo altro.purtroppo e evidente che c è qualche problema sul controllo del lavoro del personale.per fortuna c è qualcuno che fa il suo lavoro in modo esemplare nonostante sembra vada tutto in salita....peccato ,ma sono sicuro che qualcuno prenderà il toro per le corna.

You cannot beat this location - the Hotel is *inside* a historical building, the Forte di Bard! The rooms are spacious and offer a fantastic view of the whole Valle d'Aosta, and wandering at the top of the Forte at night makes you feel like you are a nobleperson from another time. Truly a fantastic place, and the most unique stay I have had. We also loved that the hotel is next to the Forte museum, and staying there grants you discounts to both the museums and the bookstore. Finally, breakfast was included and took place at the Forte cafè - so we had lots of excellent options to choose from. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
A warning: it is not that easy to get to the hotel (there are 5 different elevators to take), but it is to be expected given the structure of the Forte. Overall, it was well worth the climb.

Hotel situato dentro il forte di Bard. La camera è il bagno sono molto grandi. La sera potete passeggiare all'interno della fortezza quando non ci sono i turisti (chiusura ore 18). Accoglienza calorosa

Esperienza unica, da fare e ripetere ♾♾♾

Un lieu très particulier, dans un fort.
L'hotel est magnifiquement aménagé. 11 grandes chambres calmes. Un accueil parfait. Il faut monter pour l'atteindre grâce à plusieurs ascenseurs. Un personnel très efficace peut venir nous récupérer au parking pour nous conduire à l'entrée de l'hôtel . Un très bon souvenir que ce séjour. ????
