Muy acogedor, limpio, la piscina muy limpia, la atención fue excelente ???? muy linda la atención de Florencia , desde ahora mi lugar favorito para visitar tamarindo!

Very nice, social hostel!

We stayed in a private dorm for 3 nights. staff are great - we were checked in & out by Flor who was very friendly, professional & explained the rules/info clearly. She also gave great recommendations for places to eat/drink.

Kitchen is large, open & relatively well equipped (and free coffee is a bonus!). Rooms are clean with AC, parking is free and location is minutes walk to the centre/beach/supermarket. We did 2 surf lessons & the crocodile tour, all of which were also great!

Calm and quiet place, 4 min walking distance to the center of it all and beach. Was attended by Camila, really nice and such a beautiful girl! Nicaraguan night guard is attentive and funny too.

It was a super nice experience and the location is perfect. The staff is really friendly, you feel like family and friends immediately. The kitchen is open and spacious. The room was good, we just would’ve wished to have a towel on the floor in the bathroom instead of a carpet. All in all, this Hostel is really a great spot, would absolutely recommend!

I stayed in the 8-person hostel room, and it was great! There are lockers in the room (bring your own lock), and they provide a bath towel and hand/body soap. Beds are comfy, and the curtains surrounding make it feel quite private. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and downtown so its nice and quiet at night. It's also just up the street from the grocery store, and I definitely saved a few $$ cooking some of my meals in the well-stocked kitchen.
I loved reading in the hammocks when it got hot mid-day. I also did the 6-day surf camp and learned so much! All the instructors are great, and the community you build during camp is so encouraging. Even if you've never surfed before, I'd definitely recommend you take at least one lesson with them; they make you feel like a pro after your first day! I came by myself and am quite a shy person, but was able to quickly feel comfortable here and build a little Costa Rica family during my short stay :). I can't wait to come back!

Excelente estadia!!
Muy buena onda de todo el personal del hostel. Siempre atentos y dispuestos para ayudar. Habitaciones y el complejo muy limpios. Muy buena ubicación para andar a pie.

Struttura familiare, con spazi condivisi dove poter trascorrere del tempo con ragazzi e non solo.
Le stanze grandi e essenziali
Un pochino distante dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Qui vi consiglio di provare la lezione di surf con i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura : un'esperienza unica.!

Awesome layout, free organic coffee, staff super friendly and helpful for any questions. My friends and I bought hostel t-shirts we liked it so much. After traveling Costa Rica hostels, this is my favorite in Costa Rica. Will be back. Leo A+

Estuvimos parando con 3 amigas durante 15 días y tuvimos una experiencia increíble. La habitación súper cómoda y las instalaciones un lujo. Piscina súper limpia, cocina amplia y muy equipada, áreas para comer por todos lados y lo más importante, el stuff y el ambiente con los huéspedes increíble, amabilidad, alegría y socialización todo el día.
Más que recomendado el lugar, ideal para conocer buena gente y empezar a vivir la pura vidaa

El hostel es hermoso. No solo por sus excelentes servicios y su ubicación, sino también por la gente! Desde que llegamos con mis amigas nos sentimos acompañadas y cuidadas por todas las personas de ahí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100% si están buscando un lugar en donde vivir cómodos, a 2 minutos de la playa, y por sobretodo si quieren conocer gente nueva!

La verdad que nuestra estadía en el Hostel fue excelente, además de tener una ubicación en pleno centro de Tamarindo a 2 cuadras de la playa, tener todo el hostel impecable y las habitaciones muy espaciosas; la calidez y predisposición de su personal es lo que mayor lo caracteriza. Siempre predispuestos Lu, Gero, Ana y Leo en la recepción y Carmela y Piedad con lo que necesites.
Todos hicieron que nuestra experiencia en tamarindo sea excepcional.

We stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and we could have stayed there way longer ! The place is close to everything, the room have everything we need, the pool and common place are great and the staff is AMAZING. Really helpfull, they help us planning a diving activity. Special thanks to Anna, Lucia and Geronimo.

This hostel was perfect for the price we paid!
Walking distant to everything. Service is friendly and responsive. Someone is at the desk 24/7. They offered so much, shuttle, yoga, multiple adventures…
The price we paid was incredible, we had a private room with private bathroom, a bunk and a double size bed. Pool was smaller than we thought, but functional and refreshing!
Would have been nice to have lower counter space/table for our bags, as the counter ledge in our room was a little too high for comfort.
Water pressure was fine and air conditioning was super.

I would recommend and come back to this hostel la Botella de Leche.

Los chicos que manejan el hostel son lo más! las habitaciones están súper limpias al igual que el resto del hostel, súper cómodo y la ubicación excelente. Recomiendo!
