Mycket fräscht och bra frukost

Απογοήτευση!!! Αρχικά το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αυτό που κλείσαμε, το οποίο μας είχαν στείλει και με link. Ταλαιπωρία, αλλάξαμε 3 φορές δωμάτιο. Η καθαριότητα με ...μέτρο και τα τελείως απαραίτητα. Το πολυσυζητημένο πρωινό, μέτριο και αυτό με το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα... οι μύγες!! Τα....εδέσματα ήταν ανοιχτά, ξεσκέπαστα με αποτέλεσμα όλες οι μύγες του νησιού να είναι εκεί. Επάνω στα τρόφιμα που υποτίθεται θα τρώγαμε εμείς. Όλα τα παιδιά ευγενικά και πρόθυμα, ωστόσο ό,τι κσι να λέγαμε... θα μεταφέρονταν στην...υπεύθυνη.
Σίγουρα η τιμή δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που προσφέρεται!!!

Amazing hotel and staff! Marietta was just amazing and deserves a raise on her own. She is so joyful, looked for us for two days to upgrade us into a sea view room (which was amazing). Breakfast is to die for with fresh baked pizzas and pancakes/waffles. Just 5 min walk from the chora.

Θα μπορούσα να γράψω πολλά, για τα άσχημα που μου συνέβησαν στο κατάλυμα αυτό, αλλά δεν θα το κάνω..

Οι άνθρωποι είναι απλά ερασιτέχνες..

We had a disappointing experience with Pylaia Boutique Hotel. The hotel seemed dated, and cleanliness was not up to par. The service lacked professionalism, and the welcome ceremony was confusing.

Our room fell short of what we expected from a 'boutique' hotel. We chose not to stay and were promised a call about a refund, which never happened. Subsequent attempts to contact the hotel led us back to Booking.com. Despite not staying, we were still charged a portion of the original fee and experienced issues with double charges on our card.

Our vacation improved significantly after switching to a different hotel. If you're considering this place, I recommend reading multiple reviews to get a full picture. We found the positive reviews did not reflect our experience, so I would encourage potential guests to look into negative reviews for a more accurate representation. Exercise caution when considering Pylaia Boutique Hotel.

Δυστυχώς η μια εβδομάδα διαμονής μας αποδείχτηκε τραγική.. αν και το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό είναι απίστευτα ευγενικό και οι εγκαταστάσεις πολύ καλές, οι παροχές είναι πολύ λίγες.. θα ξεκινήσω από το πρωινό που δυστυχώς δεν τρωγόταν όχι γιατί δεν ήταν νόστιμο αλλα γιατί όλα ήταν ξεσκέπαστα και οι μύγες έκαναν πάρτυ πάνω στα φαγητά, το ρεύμα έπεφτε συνέχεια σχεδόν ανά πεντάλεπτο..,Wi-Fi αδύναμο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα δεν υπάρχει κι ας την αναφέρει το site, υπεύθυνος να μιλήσεις δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτε παρα μονάχα οι υπάλληλοι της υποδοχής που προσπαθούσαν να συμμαζέψουν τ ασυμμάζευτα.. καθόλου value for money, κρίμα γατί το ξενοδοχείο χαραμίζεται απο τον ερασιτεχνισμό των υπευθύνων του..

Κάκιστη εμπειρία! Η κράτηση αφορούσε ένα τρίκλινο δωμάτιο, με την ανάλογη τιμή, και καταλήξαμε σε ένα δίκλινο με έναν καναπέ στο οποίο υπήρχαν 2 μαξιλάρες με ένα ανωστρωμα! Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο 3 φορές ενώ παρακαλούσαμε για ένα στρώμα.
Το πρωινό απαράδεκτο και με καμία ποικιλία, ενώ δεν ήταν σκεπασμένο τίποτα πέρα από τις ομελέτες! Οι μύγες κάθονταν στα τρόφιμα και όταν παραπονεθήκαμε ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να φάμε τίποτα μας απάντησαν ότι το νησί έχει πολλές μύγες (;;;)
Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα απλά δεν υπήρχε. Άλλαζαν μόνο τα σεντόνια ενώ δεν μάζευαν καν τις κούπες του καφέ από την προηγούμενη μέρα. Δεν σκουπίζαν το πάτωμα, όταν καν το μπάνιο!
Το καλωσόρισμα στο δωμάτιο, κάποια φρούτα και παξιμάδια, ήταν μισό φαγωμένο! Συγκεκριμένα το ένα παξιμάδι ήταν δαγκωμένο.
Η ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν 24ωρη και το ρεύμα έπεφτε κυριολεκτικά κάθε 5 λεπτά! Το ασανσερ απλησίαστο!

Η σχέση τιμής απόδοσης είναι κάκιστη!

Η λίστα με τα ελαττώματα του ξενοδοχείου είναι ατελείωτη και δεν φτάνει καν αυτή η παράγραφος. Ωστόσο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και η τοποθεσία πανέμορφη.
Σε όποιον φτάνει μόνο αυτό εύχομαι καλή διαμονή

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Yet, our room had insufficient air conditioning that could barely cool the room in August, there was no hot water, and there’s not a single iron available in the entire hotel. These would be minor inconveniences for a cheaper hotel, but given the room price, air conditioning, hot water and an iron was expected.

Siamo capitati al Pylaia casualmente dopo aver avuto un problema con la nostra precedente sistemazione. Siamo stati accolti da Marieta e da tutto lo staff in modo eccellente, non possiamo fare a meno di ringraziarli ancora!
Struttura fantastica e ben gestita in cui torneremo sicuramente. Vi consigliamo di sceglierla per la vostra vacanza ad Astypalea!

Hotel molto bello e ben gestito da Marieta ed il suo staff. Siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte ad Astypalea e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità senza farci pesare in alcun modo l'orario di arrivo (certo non dipende da noi ma cmq abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano accolto e dato una splendida camera per dormire). Colazione squisita con prodotti locali e pulizia impeccabile.
Brava Marieta e tutto lo staff e grazie per i bei giorni trascorsi ad Astypalea.

The hotel in itself is pretty lovely, pool is great, everything is super tidy and clean and the breakfast space is amazing! Views are to die for!!! The beds are incredibly comfortable, mattress and pillows are very high quality - I never thought I’d say that about a hotel bed. Overall, amazing value for money!

But above all, I need to stress the people making everything happen. I had never before met such kind, caring and efficient staff! Marietta and Assimina at front desk work incredibly hard but always with a cheerful attitude, they are genuinely attentive and do their very best to make the guests feel welcome and happy. I hope to go back and meet them again in the future :) Thank you for everything, girls! You were amazing and I can confidently recommend Pylaia to all my friends knowing you’ll be there to grant them the most enjoyable experience.

One of the most beautiful accommodation in Astypalaia. The interior of Pylaia Boutique Hotel is a fusion of comfort and modern design combined with traditional elements. The rooms are decorated in an elegance style, with beautiful elements of stone and wood. The location was wonderful. The building, the rooms, the design, the room facilities were exceptional. The breakfast options were super delicious and it was served on comforrable terrace. We had a warm hospitality and the owners were very kind and friendly. Definitely suggested!
