By far the beat hotel we stayed in during our Safari in Zanzibar. Excellent rooms, great staff and super food.
Only wish we had stayed some extra days to enjoy the tranquillity and the gardens

Endroit sublime, un sans faute. Le personnel est parfait, très aimable ⭐️

On y mange très bien.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et parfaite.
Un lodge luxueux et idéal pour un safari.

We had the most amazing experience in this resort. It was beautiful inside and outside. The rooms were amazing, along with the bathroom and closets, desks and even a fireplace that you could have lit up on request.
The buffet food he had for dinner and breakfast was out of this world.
They also had good stuff at their gift store, where the prices were pretty decent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this resort.

Outstanding from the beginning of my stay until the end ! The staff was truly amazing. Every single person I encountered was so kind and friendly. The whole retreat is simply perfection. This is the place to stay. Don’t stay anywhere else. Awesome property. Incredible staff. And just a great experience. The hotel has an awesome lounge for pre-dinner drinks. The lounge even has games — pool table , checkers, karom board — for the kids to keep them occupied. And even a gym! Can’t beat this hotel. I would recommend staying for 2 nights at least. A lot of folks spend just a day for the crater visit and then get another hotel closer to Lake Manraya before they tour that park. Don’t do that — worth a short bit of back and forth so you can enjoy this hotel more

We only stayed here one night while on our way to Serengeti but we will surely come back for more time. I cannot write enough about how amazing the rooms were. The showers and amenities are all to die for. The food and services were amazing. The view from the top is breathtaking.

Stunning resort with amazing scenery. Friendly staffs, good food, accommodation and rooms with fireplace. They've even got a beautiful garden with different kind of fruits and vegetables..

L'environnement est très beau.
Les lodges sont magnifiques et confortables.
On y mange très très bien et le personnel du restaurant est adorable et naturel sans forcé pour espérer un pourboire, ce qui n'est pas le cas de l'accueil.

Visited during March 2023. Very good lodge to stay. rooms are superb and service is outstanding. The owner gave us a talk about her vision, how they built the place and integrated it with the surrounding locals. Great swimming pool. many trees, coffee plantations, flowers and birds. Air condition in the rooms could be useful. Liked the architecture and decoration. Nice fireplace to sit and chat at night. Highly recommended.

We were on our safari tour and spent 1 night at this beautiful resort. The rooms were spacious and beautiful decorated. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Would recommend this place to others. I would also love to come back again.

Beautiful resort with the friendliest staff - everyone was so nice! Sarah made us feel especially at home. Every meal was absolutely incredible as well. Rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The accommodations are very nice, but the quality is not 4-stars. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast quality is inferior: 2-3 boxed cereal options, no granola, no yoghurt, no muesli, plain oatmeal with no toppings, bizarre warm buffet choices (hot dog meat?), limited bread choices. The items on the dinner buffet repeat frequently, so best to stay here no more than 1 or 2 nights. The buffet items turn cold quickly because the heating elements are not turned on or run dry quickly. The wine list is very small and they ran out of our wine after just 1 bottle. If traveling in July/August be aware of cold weather 13-22 Celsius/55-75 Fahrenheit, which means the pool is cold. Wi-Fi in the room barely picks up.and communication with staff is difficult due to language barrier. The final night’s dinner buffet was great with new items presented and a nice pasta bar.
