We stayed here for 3 days. The villa was great with personal kitchen and swimming pool but have lot of lizards roaming on floor and walls of the villa. The reception is also open till 4:00 PM.

Un super moment, personne d'accueil (Hazel) très agréable et souriante, de tres bon conseil concernant les sorties culturelles et gastronomique, nous avons decouvert grace a elle le musée juste a côté de l'hôtel, les restaurants "la goulu", "les lauriers", "la pirogue", ainsi que "mas take away" qui est plus petit mais super pour manger sur le pouce le midi, concernant les logement rien a dire, mise a part super boulot du personnel d'entretiens, aussi bien le parc, que les piscines et les logements, nous avons eu a notre arrivée un soucis de fourmis réglé dans l'heure, donc juste au top..
Le seul bemole viens de la présence de puce de plage mais cela personne ne peux rien y faire... nous avons même pu voir lors de notre présence des chauves souris, des géco, mente religieuse, superbes oiseaux de couleurs rouge vife magnifique, sans oublié les tortues auquelles nous pouvions donner a manger, car présentes sur le site.

Heliconia Grove - is a very nice place to stay on Praslin island!
It is self-catering private villas with outdoor pool and direct access to the Cote D'or beach (just in the middle of this nice beach).
Location is great - is is just 5-7 min by foot from village shops and at the same time it is very quiet place where you can feel like alone one-to-one to the nature.
We like this kind of hotel - where you are completely free to do everything by yourself (not fixed with breakfast/dinner, some defined schedule and other rules as in 5-star hotels ;-)
There is a barbeque place where you can cook fresh fish from the market best way as you wish.
Villas has everything needed for life, quite comfortable and with style..
Hazel - hostess of these villas is really nice person, very kind and provides all the best for their guests!

Noi siamo stati qui quasi una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo solo alloggiato, senza cibo. In giro ci sono un sacco di ristorantini e anche il negozio all’incrocio offre tutto quello che serve.

Personale gentile e camere pulite. Per la nostra bimba la piccola piscina era il highlight ogni sera! :)

Les chalets sont de grand confort. La petite piscine privative est bienvenue pour se rafraîchir. Le personnel est avenant et très agréable. Un bel endroit pour de belles vacances.

Die Bungalows des Helconia Grove sind was ganz besonderes.Sie sind sehr edel im landestypische Stil auf Stelzen mit viel Holz gebaut und innen sehr komfortabel und geräumig.Sehr sehr schön ist der kleine Privatpool mit wirklich erfrischend kühlem Wasser . Kurz abtauchen vor der ersten Tasse Cafe am Morgen.... traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen, langen Sandstrand ist phantastisch... man kann bei Ebbe und Flut perfekt im türkisgrünen ,sehr warmen Wasser baden und herrliche Strandspaziergänge machen .Der Weg ins Dorf ,das alles hat was man braucht ,ist fussläufig gut zu machen.Ganz besonders herzlich ist Hazel und ihr Staff. Sie ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit ,hat viele gute Tips und hat uns sogar einen late check out ermöglicht. Für uns insgesamt eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft .... höchste Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne gepflegte und saubere Villas direkt am Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, viele schöne Strände und Inseln sind schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Für Selbsversorger ist die Anlage sehr geeignet, ein kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Supermärkte ist zu Fuss in 5 Min. erreichbar.

If you are looking for cozy, silent place with wonderful beach - this is it. The rooms are nice, everything was clean, the staff was helpful. Shops and restaurants 5-10 min walking distance.

Still a wonderful place with empty beach and excellent service. The only huge problem we had in October 2022 were the hundreds of insect bites we still feel after two weeks. 3 years ago during our last visit in April we had no insect problems.

Traumhaft! Die Chalets sind nicht nur komfortabel, sondern äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der kleine Pool an jeder Einheit ist für eine kurze Abkühlung genial. Der Strand Cote d'Or direkt vor der Tür, einfach wunderschön. Aber Vorsicht Sandfliegen! Wir haben leider erst im Nachhinein erfahren, dass man sich diese mit Kokosöl vom Leib hält.
Toll, dass es zwei moderne Gasgrills gibt. Fangfrische Fische im Ort, recht preiswert 200 R, einkaufen und fertig ist ein leckeres Abendessen.
Ich finde, die Schildkröten könnten bei dem vielen Platz auf dem Gelände besser untergebracht werden. Die Verwalterin Hazel absolut nett, fürsorglich und informativ. Nähe zum Dorf, einkaufen und Restaurants fußläufig. Im Dunkel halt darauf achten, dass man auf der Straße gesehen wird. Busverkehr günstig, aber hinter die Abfahrtszeiten kommt man nicht so wirklich, aber wir hatten ja Zeit. Strand Lazio ist sehr schön, allerdings auch mit einer kleinen Wanderung verbunden.

Très bon accueil.
Très bien situé à 100 mètres de la plage.
Possibilité de se servir des canoës-kayaks pour découvrir les environs.
Les petits-déjeuners sont un peu cher en terme de rapport qualité/prix mais complet.
