It's not the worst hotel you can find, but I don't recommend staying here. The staff is disrespectful and unmannerly: receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff... The breakfast is very simple and of average-to-low quality. The rooms and bathrooms are way too small - you cannot open a large suitcase in the room or enter the shower without juggling. The toiletries provided are a bar of soap and two small sachets of shampoo.

Me gustó mucho la comodidad de las camas y la mujer de recepción rubia con pelito rizado que te atendía con mucha amabilidad. El hotel parece de 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones están limpias y te cambian las toallas cada día. La verdad muy cómodo y tranquilo.
Lo único que destacaría como negativo es el desayuno un poquito básico y la atención de uno de los recepcionistas (calvo con gafas, el único qur no llevaba placa de nombre), se dedicaba la jornada laboral a jugar a un videojuego conectando el mando a la pantalla del ordenador, su trato ha sido nefasto, borde y antipático, como si le estuvieras fastidiando la partida. Le venía justo contestarte, una pena que se permita el trabajo a gente que no tiene ganas de trabajar.

Clean and tidy rooms. Air Con works a dream and shower was good (no dribble hot water nonsense).

So improvements on the room...not a lot. The toilet location in the bathroom was lousy and the shower water was not contained by the partition so had to put a towel on the floor to avoid flooding the bathroom.

Service. Well the breakfast is basic and the same every day and is just boring. The oranges juice is a special disappointment.
The concierge/receptionist on the late shift ... man, we never saw him smile ... he seemed so dissatisfied with his job. He did serve, but one felt awkward asking for anything...he should really get out of a customer serving role ...clearly not his happy place.

Location.. bit of a walk down into town but really the location was absolutely fine. 10 mins to the harbour side.

Na minha opinião acho que a qualidade é muito boa, o hotel em si está todo arranjado (o pequeno almoço podia melhor mas não se pode pedir muito por causa do preço)

Amei a cara renovada, o pessoal sempre atencioso e disponível, serviço prestavel e muito agradável. Pequeno almoço simples mas muito bem organizado. Apenas peça pelos WC dos quartos, não pela sua limpeza (limpo e impecável todos os dias, com toalhas novas ) mas pela estrutura, onde a água escorre pelo chão fora da cabine de duche, ideia minimalista fantástica mas mal executada na sua concepção...

Good hotel at a fine location in the city. Central, but quiet and near a big no cost parking lot. Friendly staff with an eye for service. However the breakfast was a bit scarce. Nice and clean rooms with airco, good beds. Enjoy your stay! ????

Es un hotel muy bien situado en Angra de Heroísmo, todo está cerca. Las habitaciones cómodas. El personal es muy agradable. El desayuno está bien, normal, .. tiene lo justo y necesario.

This is an amazing, underrated hotel. Best location.
The price is cheap but the hotel is well decorated with great housekeeping service.
Every room has an advanced AC system????
Bathroom is small and breakfast is not very good but remember it is just 2-star.

Potentially 5 star rating because it's really above of a 2 star hotel, nice and new rooms with a/c and reception really kind and collaborative! The only point to improve is the breakfast, really not various and low quality! Recommended overall

Muy buen alojamiento. A 5 min.de la marina,restaurantes,plaza velha. Atención muy amable,limpieza,ventanas que amortiguan el escándalo del tráfico y los adoquines. Súper recomendable.

Para ser un hotel de 2 estrellas, supera con creces las expectativas. Renovado, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, desayuno decente y ubicación perfecta en el casco viejo de la ciudad. Gracias a la amabilidad y ayuda de Elisabeth nos hemos sentido como en casa. Totalmente recomendable.
