Ce Duke propose 38 chambres de très grand standing, certaines dotées de terrasses donnant sur les jardins Rundle et d'autres équipées d'un bain à remous et d'un hammam privé. Toutes situées au cinquième étage, accès avec ascenseur, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées de façon moderne et délicate et sont bien sûr très bien équipées : bureau, minibar, télévision à écran plat, service café, literie king size de toute première qualité et salle de bains optimale. Autre plus, une superbe vue sur la citadelle depuis son bar-cafétéria.

I have never felt so special as during our stay at The Duke. Sharon, Jason and the rest of the team have treated us like visiting Royals. I could get used to this…
With marvellous views from our terrace of the fairytale citadel, morning saunas, hamam showers and refreshing dips in our private fizzing Jacuzzi, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed on holiday.
The room and terrace were so lovely we ended up dining on room service (delicious, and generously portioned) on the balcony as the town began to simmer into life beneath us. Then we headed out for a few cocktails.
We were so well looked after, I’m not sure we really needed to bring anything with us - and beneath the hotel is a cute mall, where guests of the Duke get discounts. There’s all the essentials, including coffee shop, plus an outstanding Greens for wine, cheese and ham, and even a toy shop with board games. I indulged.
It’s the little touches that really made me feel special- a tote bag with beach, towel and slippers, embroidered dressing gowns, complimentary water, anniversary Prosecco, a well stocked mini bar, a coffee machine and even a lovely key card that appears to be made of wood… Could such a thing exist? It even feels nice to touch. I must investigate wooden keys.
We stayed three nights. I wish it had been three weeks. We will return! Thank you xx

From the check-in to the check-out one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel for very long time. First of all the staff at the Duke Hotel was amazing: very helpful and courteous. Second the room was very clean and beautiful, but the breakfast was the top of our stay.

We booked the hotel for the first time for our anniversary but surely not our last visit ! The service was amazing from the start. They upgraded our room with sauna and hamam which made our holiday even greater. The rooms are neat and super clean and they also had netflix installed in there tv .. so we were never bored ! And finally the best part was breakfast in bed before we left ????.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito un kit da disegno per il nostro bimbo, e per la prima volta in camera abbiamo trovato anche la vaschetta e un mini accappatoio per il suo bagnetto.
