A beautiful hotel in the heart of Attard with just 140 rooms so not overcrowded. We stayed with our four month old baby and the room, staff and hotel experience was amazing. Staff were always on hand to help or assist. They made us feel very welcome from the start until the end of our stay. The breakfast was tasty, although we only had it once at the hotel. Spa was gorgeous, however we were restricted to certain times because of the “children’s hours” from 09:00-12:00. I managed to use the sauna and steam room which was great. Overall, would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the amazing on reception, in the executive lounge, room service which kept our room immaculate! Thank you!

Beautiful location

I liked the service of the hotel but there were some things to improve
-The sink didn't drain at all (they should fix it if it’s 5 stars)
- breakfast could have more choice
- refill of drinking water (even after they clean the room they don’t)

The area is nice but a bit far from everything

Stayed here several times over the years and always really enjoyed my stay.
Front of house staff even remembered me from previous years, which I thought is a testament to their attentiveness. Nice atmosphere, very clean and right by the Palace gardens for a nice stroll

Awesome experience

Congratulations to the management and staff. My wife and I had a fabulous experience and will definitely return. We couldn't fault a single thing, polite and helpful staff, clean rooms great breakfast, restaurant and spa.

Szukając miejsca by odpocząć przy kawie trafiłam do ogrodu przed hotelem. Kawa mrożona -najlepsza jaką piłam na Malcie. Ogród zadbany, dużo kwiatów, bardzo miły zakątek. W pobliżu ogród San Anton.

Great went for an afternoon tea,well mannered staff very good food and delicious pastries keep it up.

5 star hotel with 3 star service.

Don’t expect a 5 star experience. Hotel and service was mediocre does not at all compare or deserve to be in the same category as any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at around the world.

Housekeeping staff was nice and did a great job, but that’s about it. Staff wouldn’t open the door or greet you when you walked in.

Rooms and hotel were dated.

Breakfast was good but the food at both their restaurants were mediocre at best. Even the Michelin one, Bahia.

Spa and gym were good.

Hotel molto pulito ma datato. fastidioso che sul wc non ci fosse stato il nastro. classica vasca da bagno che fa da doccia. non consiglio al mattino la colazione esterna. cuscini bagnati dalla rugiada

On top of a beautiful location and interior design, the staff made our stay especially wonderful. They are all very kind.

Ms. Jasmine, in the front desk, was very helpful to any queries. She was very patient to any questions. Mr Rashmeed, was always so delightful to chat with and very helpful with our luggage. Ms. Julie and Ms. Ednalyn in the caprice lounge were blessings. We met with old friends in the lounge, and they were very attentive and made brunch go very seamlessly. We left an item in the hotel, Mr. Sandro helped us locate it promptly.

The breakfast selection was ok. Location is center of everything. During our stay, the executive lounge was inaccessible.

Nice place although far from city center

Worked briefly here so I have insider know how about the hotel. Staff pretends to be super friendly on face but behind mocks the customers, all they care about is ratings. The most toxic environment to work in, Anup bartending at the summer kitchen is one the worst co-worker I've had seen in a while. They would be very cheesy on face but mock the customers, the drinks were tasted with the same straw/ spoon that was given to the customer, Anup did that regularly, imagine the health implications given the whole pandemic we just went through a couple years back. Very toxic environment, you scratch my back so I'll do the same for you kinda attitude among the managers, petty politics of giving heavy lifting tasks to newbie and scolding when a mistake was made. Absolutely horrible place, personally would never spend a dime there. It's a five star in the name only, food handlers would often eat behind the bar with bare hands and then go on to do the service (touching customer's food) without washing their hands. All under the supervision of Anup.

My wife and I stayed at the Corinthia Palace last month for 10 nights, deliberately having chosen a 5-star hotel away from the Valletta bustle! However there was a complementary daily shuttle into and back from the Capital. The service we received from every single member of staff, from the warm welcome and complimentary 'Kinnie' at Reception upon arrival to the daily friendly yet professional 'Good Morning' from the breakfast restaurant staff was exceptional! The food and service at both The Rickshaw and Summer Kitchen restaurants was delicious and wonderful. We'd particularly like to compliment the following staff (in no particular order) for making us feel SO welcome and special, despite us being only 2 of many guests - (Restaurant) Ednalyn, Julie-Ann, Steffany, Anselmo, Anshul, Angela, Mamelie, Kevin (front desk), Siva (pool). There was an interesting self-guided walk around the local '3 villages' and the San Anton gardens if you wanted to explore the locality.

Such a gem to stay in for a relaxing weekend. Great staff. Super restaurant options, we loved them all. A beautiful spa where I had the most fabulous massage. Hope to return for sure

It's a great hotel if you don't like the noise of the town's dip in and out via the shuttle bus from the hotel daily or just relax around the pool inside or out . We're here in late September 2023 weather is a nice 24⁰ little cloud and some thunder storms but still great .. The staff here are very helpful and the reception staff will sort anything you require.

Hotel je opravdao ocekivanja, čista desetka! Prostor, park, sobe, usluga... A tek hrana! Raj za sladokusce.
Samo mesto je mirno, mladi bi rekli pasivno, ali je ovo najzelenije mesto na Malti koje smo videli.
Obavezno posetite obliznje vrtove.
Hotel je u luksuznom, staromodnom ( u najboljem smislu reci), otmenom stilu.

J’ai séjourné à l’hotel du 18 au 26 aout 2023 ma fille est tombé malade la responsable à proposer d'appeler un docteur celui ci est venus vers 19 h30 à déposé la facture à la réception le lendemain surprise il avais facturé 150 euros la visite, le personnel ne parlant pas français donc pas d explication j’ai du payer pensant que je serais remboursé par ma mutuel en france j’ai réglé. Apparement je ne le serais pas. Merci pour tout le doc relisez le serment d’Hippocrate.
C’est HONTEUX que l’hotel cautionne ce genre de pratique.

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné ici pendant une semaine pour notre lune de miel il y a un mois. La toute première nuit, nous avons trouvé le cafard nageant dans nos toilettes, puis nous l'avons dit à la réception, ils ont dit qu'ils étaient désolés et qu'ils s'en occuperaient. Nous n'avons rien eu de retour par la suite. (Aucun retour)

Nous avons eu des problèmes de télécommande de télévision et d'un interrupteur dans notre chambre, alors j'ai appelé la réception pour vérifier. Ils ont dit qu'ils enverraient quelqu'un, personne ne s'est présenté pendant des jours. (Aucun commentaire 2)

Et la réception donnait l'impression qu'ils ne savaient pas ce qui se passait à la piscine extérieure, et le serveur du responsable de la piscine manquait de cohérence dans sa déclaration. Nous n'avons pas réussi à commander des collations trois jours de suite. Un jour, il a dit que la cuisine fermait à 6 heures, il a dit d'essayer un peu plus tôt la prochaine fois. Puis nous avons essayé à 17h30 le lendemain, et nous avons encore échoué. Puis le lendemain à 5 heures il se réfugie pour prendre notre commande. C'était juste après avoir vu quelqu'un récupérer ses jetons et c'était plus tôt la veille, donc j'ai été très déçu et j'ai demandé quand ils arrêtaient de recevoir des commandes et il n'a pas répondu et a dit de manière agressive : "Alors, qu'est-ce que tu veux ?" (horribles retours). Et nous ne pouvions toujours pas commander. Ils n'avaient pas d'heures d'ouverture écrites dans le menu, de sorte que nous ne pouvions jamais savoir quand ils arrêtaient de servir au bord de la piscine.

Il y a du personnel aimable comme le portier, des jeunes à temps partiel au bar de la piscine, mais l'hôtel a besoin d'une meilleure gestion ou d'un meilleur traitement pour ses employés afin qu'ils puissent faire leur travail.

Nous voulions juste que ce soit un hébergement calme et propre avec le bon service que nous avons payé, mais franchement, j'avais eu un meilleur service avec d'autres hôtels 3 étoiles, 4 étoiles. J'aimerais pouvoir avoir une meilleure lune de miel. J'adorerais aller à Malte mais je trouverai certainement un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Quel hôtel exceptionnel ! Un personnel superbe qui est la définition d'un cinq étoiles, de l'accueil à la réception au restaurant du petit-déjeuner extrêmement sympathique et efficace en passant par ceux qui travaillent dur au bord de la piscine. Beaucoup d'options pour manger. Un endroit merveilleux et charmant au centre de Malte. Séjournez ici au-dessus des stations balnéaires sans âme. J’adorerais revenir et j’espère trouver l’opportunité de le faire bientôt !
