HOTEL VALENTINA
Hôtel très bien conçu et agréable à deux pas des bars, des restaurants et des casinos. Il a acquis une troisième étoile et s'est considérablement embelli : hall d'entrée frais, coloré et moderne, mobilier plus recherché dans les chambres (modernes et confortables). Celles-ci sont spacieuses, climatisées, et sont équipées d'une télévision satellite et d'un minibar. L'hôtel Valentina fonctionne avec le restaurant The Avenue, où vous avez des réductions. Vraiment une bonne adresse pour passer la nuit à Paceville dans une atmosphère relaxante.

Personal byl velice mily, snidane stejne, ale chutne. Co vsak bylo neprijemne, byl den naseho odjezdu. Pozadali jsme o late checkout v 15:00 hod, za 4 hodiny navic po nas chteli 80 euro. Na 3* hotel mi to prijde extremne drahe, tolik tam nestoji ani jedna noc. Chteli jsme den stravit u bazenu, kde jsme mimochodem minuly den nechali 70 euro za obcerstveni, prisli tim tedy o trzbu u bazenu.
Nemam rada hotely, jez vas posledni den vykopnou jako odpad ven, aniz by byli jakkoli napomocni. Kdyby byl aspon hotel plny, tak bych to pochopila, ale plny nebyl.
Kdyz jsme zazadali alespon o to, zda i bez prodlouzeni pobytu v pokoji muzeme byt alespon u bazenu, bylo nam receno, ze musi overit dostupnost. Taky velmi usmevne, predchazejici den bylo s nami u bazenu zhruba 6 hostu, bylo prazdno. Na konci pobytu jsem se tedy necitila absolutne vitana. V tomto ohledu hotelu nemohu doporucit. Baumel

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered with your room. We do not seem to have received or recorded any complaints from you during your stay. It is a pity that you did not raise these matters whilst you were still inhouse as I can assure you that we would have made sure to either rectify the issues mentioned or we would have relocated your room to ensure you have a comfortable stay. I am also saddened to read that you felt like you were being kicked out on your date of departure; rest assured that we will discuss the points you raised during our next management meeting.
