Une belle propriété et bien située, mais mon expérience a été gâchée lorsqu'un très gros insecte a été repéré dans la douche. Je comprends que c'est inévitable à Chypre, surtout dans les chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec des fenêtres ouvertes, mais le problème est que lorsque je l'ai signalé au personnel et que j'ai demandé à utiliser la douche d'une autre chambre, il a dit quelque chose comme cela se passe dans la nature et n'a montré aucune sympathie, j'ai dû insister pour être autorisée à utiliser une autre douche, et je lui ai demandé de s'en occuper pendant que je n'étais pas dans ma chambre. Lorsque je suis retournée dans ma chambre, aucune tentative n'avait été faite pour enlever l'insecte. Lorsque j'ai quitté l'hôtel une heure plus tard, le même membre du personnel ne s'est même pas excusé, se contentant de prendre mon paiement et de me laisser partir sans commentaire. Des choses arrivent, mais le travail d'un bon hôtel est de réagir avec sympathie et de manière constructive, ce qui n'a pas été le cas ici.

Casa Mespilie
la Casa Mespilie est un petit secret bien gardé situé à l'orée de la vieille ville de Pafos. Il est très facile de se rendre à pied à plusieurs restaurants, dont quelques-uns sont des restaurants raffinés, bien que la plupart soient dans le style chypriote typique. La nourriture de l'hôtel est excellente et l'espace de restauration est charmant. Il est tout à fait unique.
Les chambres sont propres et bien rangées, loin des boîtes carrées que l'on trouve dans les hôtels touristiques. Intéressant et original. Peut-être un peu juste pour les longs séjours, mais là encore, vous n'iriez pas dans la vieille ville de Pafos si vous vouliez rester dans votre hôtel.
Le personnel est charmant et très serviable. Si vous demandez des conseils sur les restaurants, les plages, les attractions touristiques, etc. ils se mettront en quatre pour vous aider.
Nous y retournerions.... Sans aucun doute.

Visited for dinner at Chez Mamma Bistro. Food was exceptional, clearly cooked with love and care, even down to the kids’ chicken nuggets. The courtyard setting is so charming and the service was perfect, especially the wine recommendations. A perfect little gem in Paphos.

Ein wunderbares, stilvolles und ruhiges Hotel in bester Lage von Paphos. Die Dachterrasse und der von Mandarinen- Bäumen bestandene Garten sind die Highlights dieses alten Bürgerhauses. Das Restaurant bietet gehobene Küche des Landes.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die besten Restaurants und Bars sind maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist toll renoviert. Das Personal ist professionell, familiär, zuvorkommend und vor allem unglaublich herzlich. Tolle Menschen! Es gibt einen traumhaften Garten im Innenhof mit Zitrusbäumen. Man kann sich einfach an den tollen Früchten direkt vom Baum bedienen. Dazu noch die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Hier kann man chillen, Yoga machen und sich sonnen! Absolute Empfehlung!

A wonderful little gem of a place to stay in Paphos old town. A traditional building & the room was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing set in a delightful garden courtyard with mandarin & lemon trees with birds singing . Highly recommend

A delightful guest house with a beautiful setting in a central location near to all of the facilities of the old town. The food is the best we had found in Paphos and our host, Costas, is the most charming and helpful of men. Our brief stay has been restful and rewarding.

Delightful boutique hotel in Paphos. The rooms are vintage feeling and charming with modern amenities (great water pressure ha!) and pretty views from the upstairs balconies. The continental breakfast has a variety of sweet and savory treats overlooking the beautiful courtyard (you can eat outside, however it rained the night before). Warm and friendly welcome, great location in walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants including the Beeroom we went to for dinner and highly recommend it too. Hardest part is finding parking, but it's possible. Short drive to major tourist attractions like Tomb of the Kings. We loved our stay here and love supporting local establishments like this one!

Very nice traditional hotel with only a small number of rooms. Room # 10 even has two balconies, which we enjoyed for a relaxed coffee. However, the best is the restaurant with delicious food choices, creatively presented and very tasty. We also enjoyed the excellent service by the head waiter.
What would I change?: Better pick a room to the garden. It is very loud on the weekend due to many people going out. After an excellent dinner, breakfast could have had more variety with freshly prepared eggs. Anyhow, it is a great hotel.

Food was nice but service was terrible. Starters didn't come out at the same time, mains came out over an hour after starters, again, not at the same time. None of the steaks were correctly, they we're all undercooked.

We spent a couple of days in Paphos and the hotel was well located to go around the centre and to reach the archeological sites. Clean, comfortable and with a kind service by our host. Highly recommended

Everything was superb in CASA MESPILEA. The room was very cozy and stylish with a nice comfy bed and bathroom.
The food in the restaurant was amazing and the service by Iannis excellent.

We booked 2 rooms here. Rooms were cozy, cute, very unique. We liked the paintings above the bed, air conditioning worked great, the garden was gorgeous. The place has an old feel to it with some new stuff mixed into it.
The reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because our room (number 14) - was severely lacking in plugs. All plugs said "do not remove". Also, we paid for the breakfast and it was just average standard cheap items, nothing was made here even though they had a kitchen. For the same price we could had gone to a restaurant, paid less, and had much better warm fresh breakfast.

We stayed in the Hawthorn room in August for two nights and absolutely loved it!
The room was brilliant, it stated on the website that the Hawthorn room wouldn’t be suitable for longer stays but I found it to be big. We were made to feel really welcome and the hotel itself is beautiful.
The location of the hotel could not be better and is a perfect base for exploring Paphos. There are plenty of bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel and the bus station is opposite.

C'est fantastique, la nourriture est un rêve, la carte du soir répond à tous les souhaits. Ici, on comprend que cuisiner implique une grande passion, les plats sont délicieux et présentés avec amour sur une belle vaisselle et servis dans un cadre enchanteur.
Le petit-déjeuner est très joliment présenté, petit mais délicieux et principalement composé de produits faits maison. C'est pourquoi le prix est tout à fait correct. Il y a des fruits frais du jardin et les multiples herbes aromatiques sont utilisées en cuisine.
Un changement bienvenu par rapport aux grands hôtels.
La carte du brunch propose également une très belle offre avec des produits sains et variés.
J'ai réservé une chambre à l'étage et j'en suis très satisfaite. La maison est belle et rénovée dans le style. L'ensemble du personnel est très familial et particulièrement aimable, prévenant et empathique.
Les sites touristiques, la vieille ville et la plage sont tous facilement accessibles. Une grande expérience sur la côte sud-ouest de l'île, merci beaucoup !
