The hotel is good, but there are a lot of things that needs improvement. Coating 250+ euro per night at October, you expect to get value for your money.
The waiters are super nice, that's a big plus.
Downside:
A lot of ants in the room
Cats bothering you while you eat, begging for food
Wifi not working properly
Food not labeled according to it's allergens
Same breakfast every day
Horrible coffee

Das Resort ist toll. Der Service einwandfrei. Die Zimmer könnten noch ein bisschen besser sein. In die Ecken sollte man nicht so sehr schauen, aber zum schlafen reicht es.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen.

We stayed in September (late review ) me and my husband booked this hotel last minute after reading all the good reviews and we were not disappointed. This is an amazing hotel rooms were lovely and clean and very spacious. The quiet pool was lovely no sunbed wars which was great ! Also loved chillin in the jacuzzi we stayed around the quiet pool as it was nice and relaxing but the bigger pool with slides etc also looked really nice and is great if u have children. The food was really nice lots of variety incase u have fussy eaters and different themes every night which was really good. The staff were all lovely very welcoming and friendly we didnt watch much of the entertainment but what we did see it looked really good and great for the kids. We did venture out into protaras a few nights as we like to go for a walk and see the live acts which took us about 15 minutes from the hotel. This hotel really was great we usually stay a bit closer to the strip of protaras as we like to venture out and go for a walk after dinner. However I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it we had an amazing relaxing holiday just what we wanted.
Also it was very nice to be waved off by management when we were leaving too would definitely go back ????????????x

Just back from a week in one of the better all-inclusive plus hotels we have stayed in. The assistant manager Flouris and his staff went out of there way to make it a great experience. The entertainment staff were great Rowan,Ben and the rest of the girls got you to join in with there acts. The meals were really tasty and the themed nights went down a storm. Will definitely be looking to return soon.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at st Elias with 21 family members to celebrate our wedding at this fantastic resort. We would like to thank the manager and all of his hard working staff for a fantastic wedding and holiday which was had by all of us.

Just back from a week here celebrating our friends wedding. Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher. We were in a party of about 35 which was made up of adults and children. There was something for everyone of all ages. The pools are great and so is the entertainment. The all inclusive food and drink is also brilliant. Drinking beer, wine, spirits or cocktails all day and night and the food which changed daily was top standard. The shuttle bus that runs every hour dropping off and picking up from the beach or Protaris is such a useful facility too. Fun had all round and a great holiday ????????

Stayed here September in 1 of the villas with private pools for 10 days was me my husband and our 14 year old daughter. I must say ALL staff are amazing here all happy and make time to speak to you???? big shout out to fenzi he was the first person to speak to us and make us feel very welcome he works so hard and Maria (baby guiness) she is such a hard worker and is so happy at all times and makes time for everyone, all lifeguards are amazing have time for everyone especially the Rock and Artif, Ben and Rowan make great effort with speaking to everyone, the only thing I could knock was the entertainment could to with something different as it was like a repeat and was done all by the entertainers maybe getting something from outside the hotel in. Food was amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 1 of our best hoildays ????

אוכל מגן עדן, כל ארוחה יצאתי שבעה ומסופקת.

בנוסף, צוות הבידור זה הדבר הכי טוב שקרה למלון הזה. הופעות מטורפות ומושקעות והעובדים הכי טובים שיצא לי לפגוש. בזכותם החופשה שלי הייתה אחת שלא רציתי לחזור ממנה.

Dejligt sted. Gode værelser og høj service niveau. Havde en god ferie. Kan varmt anbefales.

Trerummaren med havsutsikt var utmärkt och hade bra utsikt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Maten var fantastisk med många olika goda alternativ, det fanns något för alla. Poolerna var bra och trädgårdarna med massor av blommor och växter var fina. Hjälpsam och trevlig busschaufför som tar oss med gratis buss till stranden.

A really fantastic family holiday. The resort was excellent, all staff were excellent, facilities fantastic and the food was excellent and each day there was something different with plenty of choice. I cannot rate this hotel high enough, we will definitely be booking to return. 10/10.
Now for the details.
We travelled to St Elias resort on 31st August 2023 for an 11 night stay. We were travelling as a family party of 7 people, aging from 6 years old to a great grandma at 80 years old. Our party also included 1 full time wheelchair user. At the resort we had booked 3 rooms:- a superior studio, a 1 bed apartment and a 1 bed apartment with a private pool. Fantastic resort and the most wonderful staff making our holiday one to remember. For me, especially Floris the assistant manager and the Chef, but all staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
