Wonderful ????

Didn’t stay at the hotel however really enjoyed the spa there. Done a couples massage with my husband and it was the best we’ve experienced so far! The service was incredibly very friendly staff and had a very good massage and facial! Highly recommend

Very nice place, very quiet. The location is good, not far from the sea and plenty of malls at a 10 minutes distance by car.

Wir haben in der Anlage ein Zimmer über einen privaten Anbieter gebucht und waren den ganzen Urlaub Selbstversorger, konnten aber alle Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzen.

Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern inkl. Bad. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet (Spüle, Backofen, Mikro, etc.). Es gab in jedem Schlafzimmer einen Ventilator, so musste man keine Klimaanlage benutzen (auch vorhanden).

Die Anlage sebst ist schön angelegt und sehr sauber, dass Fitnesscenter hat was man braucht, aber man sollte kein High End erwarten. Gute Grundausstattung an Geräten und Gewichten, mehr nicht.

Die Anlage selbst liegt etwas abseits, ohne Auto ist es schwer, etwaige Läden oder den Strand zu erreichen. Das sieht man aber schon auf Maps und war jetzt keine Überraschung.

Was etwas nervig war, waren die überambitionierten Mitarbeiter, die bei jedem lauteren Kichern gleich um die Ecke kamen und zur Ruhe anmahnten, obwohl gefühlt drei andere Gäste da waren, dann aber irgendwelche Renovierungs- und Bauarbeiten um 8h in der Früh gestartet haben.

Zusammenfassend würde ich dem Hotel 4☆ statt 5☆ geben und den Mitarbeitern etwas mehr Lockerheit anraten.

This place is clean,safe and modern! There's a swimming pool and an old gym. The resto on the premises is closed since Corona!
Luckily there's a shoppingmall not far from the premises with a few restuarants options. Recommended.

Nous avons pu séjourner à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement.

Les appartements sont spacieux autant dans les appartements classiques que dans le penthouse.

Nous préférerions prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'appartement du coup je n'ai aucun avis a donner sur la partie restauration.

Le seul bémol est que la plage est éloignée mais si cela n'a pas changé, un minibus est prévu pour vous accompagner au beach club.

Je me sens comme chez moi!!

Vue de l’extérieur un jolie complexe hôtelier, arrivée à 20:30 et la les problèmes ont commencé ! Pas de réception et ce jour et nuit c’est le gardien qui nous a remis les clefs de notre appartement pas de taxi éloigné de tout pas de spa pas de restaurant en faite rien rien passé votre chemin

Résidence a l'abandon aucun service disponible ni accueil ni restoration ni bar ni spa juste piscine et gardien.

We took 2 bedroom apartments, looks like the apartment has’t been used for a while , it has 2 bathrooms, cloth washing machines, all kitchen supplies, very comfortable, no noise, they offer many luxury service , some dirt in the bed sheet , not 5 star obviously, taxi can be order to go any where , breakfast served at apartment per your choice from 3 different types, need to order one day ahead

Absolut schlechtes Service, ausgebuchte Spa-Abteilung, begrenztes Angebot im Restaurant ... für das Geld das man hier ausgibt (so um 200 pro Nacht) könnte man viel schönere Hotels in Grand Baie finden.

We spent a whole week end ..it was fabulous ....we had a self catered appartment.. we had a marvellous time

Nous avons séjourné au Domaine des Alizés en septembre 2022. Le domaine est à l'abandon : personne à l'accueil (nous avons du attendre 30 minutes pour qu'un membre du personnel arrive), piscine en maintenance durant notre séjour, pas de restaurant, pas de bar, pas de SPA. Cela n'a été mentionné à aucun moment dans notre réservation. Si nous l'avions su, nous n'aurions pas réservé dans cet endroit. Concernant les logements, ce n'est pas mieux : odeur de canalisation dans l'appartement, cafards, douche qui fuit, lave vaisselle en panne, crottes de pigeons sur le balcon. En bref, A FUIR !

Catastrophique ! Nous avons séjourné 12 jours dans cet établissement et dès le début du séjour nous avons eu des mauvaises surprises : accueil fantôme (personne pour nous recevoir seul l’agent de sécurité est présent sur place. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant que quelqu’un arrive), bar restaurant et spa fermés, piscine inaccessible pour cause de maintenance .. Dans l’appartement de même plusieurs problèmes : lave vaisselle en panne, manque de lumière, cafards, inondation de la salle de bain chaque fois que nous utilisions la douche (fuite) etc.
Pour résumer, je ne recommande pas cet établissement !

Super logement tout confort, déco magnifique et vu sur piscine style balinais.
Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons.
Au moment où nous y sommes allés plus de prestations au sein de l'hôtel juste en réservation.

I stayed at this “hotel” with a colleague (business trip) and I would say that this was one of the wurst places where I’ve ever stayed and I travel a lot. Not deserve to be 5 stars at all! Not well kept. Apartments sells very badly. When we arrived (19h30) the Reception was closed and after 1h30 (several calls and arguing) the Senior Customer Relation decided to appear, this because we said that her place should be her working place, not her home, where clearly she was. Our company reserved 2 apartments, she didn’t find our booking and gave us excuses like “you do not booked for our hotel” because the name on our booking confirmation didn’t mentioned “by Evaco” and to solve this, the first night my colleague and I had to share the same apartment. More, one of the toilets was clogged, there were many insects on the apartment and a gecko poisoned on the toilet (see picture). The restaurant is closed (definitely), so when we arrived, we weren’t able to had dinner and not even able to order food (delivery) the restaurants around close at 21h and don’t proceed with orders/deliveries after 20h30 and at the “hotel” there’s no room service at all. We weren’t not even able to get one bottle of water. It’s far from everything, if you don’t have a car is very difficult to go out once is very difficult to get a Taxi. The reception desk was constantly closed, they argued that is because COVID, we were there in August 2022, situation of COVID was not anymore a big thing… The nicest/helpful person we met was the security man, that tried to help us on arrival. Very bad experience! Never again! Avoid!
