This hotel was perfect for what we needed. I loved every minute of my break to Angers and it was being at the Hotel Marguerite that made the difference. The location is fantastic and everything in the town is walking distance from there. The room was spotlessly clean with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Best of all, Sammy went above and beyond to make us welcome. He is knowledgeable about the area, and he helped us book into a much sought after local restaurant. He is unique. ||I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not hesitate to book in the future

Great service. Incredibly nice people. We stopped there with my family, and Christof was so welcoming. He even brought toys for my 3 year old daughter when she was in a bad mood. Wonderful place

Hôtel très cosy doté d'un personnel très charmant, les Gérants sont très serviables et bienveillants, quand au personnel du ménage elles sont très professionnelles et souriantes.

The rooms are very clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, the location cannot be beat, and the staff was truly wonderful.||A short walk from the train station, the hotel looks out on the castle, and soon-to-be fully renovated Place du Kennedy. It is perhaps 2-3 minutes to downtown.||The staff is first rate: fun, friendly, even assisting us in celebrating an anniversary. They made a great stay truly memorable. ||One note: if it is warm, and a weekend, you may want a room not on the street as street noise lasted until late at night. Our son and daughter-in-law were not streetside, and heard none of the noise. It wasn't a big problem, but light sleepers would want to have the quieter room.

We are still at this great little gem of a hotel and we are so thoroughly enjoying ourselves! This hotel is situated in an area of cute little shops and historic sites. Our hosts, Christophe and Pierre -Louis and Samy made us feel so welcome and gave us a wealth of useful ideas and tips about some great places to see and restaurants which we didn’t know about previously despite our research! This hotel is as clean as a whistle and had all the amenities we needed. We decided to have all our breakfasts there after tasting their coffees and baguettes. The bed was like a cloud we fell into at the end of the day. This hotel is great value and we thoroughly recommend it!

On se sent bien à l’Hotel Marguerite d’Anjou!
Belle chambre très propre. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie sans ascenseur, mais c’est l’occasion de faire un peu d’exercice????, et les valises sont montées via un mini ascenseur à bagages. Nous avons été récompensés par une vue imprenable sur le château du roi René.
Très belle déco de l’espace petit déjeuner. On a beaucoup aimé l’ambiance du café, calme et chaleureux ; et bien sûr l’accueil hors pair de Christophe (merci encore pour le délicieux chocolat viennois????).
On espère revenir pour profiter de la place totalement rénovée dans quelques mois!

Hôtel agréable le personnel est accueillant , réservation faite sur internet pour une chambre premium , chambre propre et agréable lit de 160 affiché sur le site , seulement c'était un 140 vraiment dommage.
Petit déjeuner très juste pour 12€, manque de choix .
Sinon l'hôtel est idéalement situé une belle découverte malgré tout.

Joli petit hôtel très bien situé face au château et à deux pas du centre-ville. Personnel ultra chaleureux et bienveillant. Petit-déjeuner simple mais copieux et varié.
La chambre était petite mais confortable et très propre, bémol sur la taille de la douche (vraiment très petite). Je recommande cet établissement pour son emplacement, son calme, l’excellent accueil et la propreté des lieux.

Super accueil de Sammy, Pierre Louis et Christophe. L'endroit est très bien placé, juste en face du château. On espère revenir bientôt pour apprécier la nouvelle place végétalisée.
C'est aussi une bonne adresse pour déguster un bon chocolat chaud !

Excellent hôtel, right opposite the castle with exceptionally welcoming staff ???? There are construction works currently outside but the room was well soundproofed and we slept very well and weren’t disturbed at all. Excellent value to stay right in the middle of this lovely town

A wonderful one night stay in Hotel Marguerite. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was good, with excellent coffee - as many refills as you want! |Our hosts were really friendly and multilingual! They couldn't have been more helpful, lots of advice about what to do and where to eat. |Wish we could have stayed longer.
