The staff is very hardworking and very friendly. Unfortunately, it seems that this hotel is a bit understaffed.
We have been coming to this hotel for about 10 years every year and each year it becomes a bit more disappointing. the inner workings of the hotel, like the bathrooms and toilets, tend to show their age more often, buttons falling off and a minor leak, but the friendly staff very quickly helped us.
The food had definitely changed over the years.
For dinner I can recommend the small Ceasar salad, the large one is... A lot.
The cheeseburger not so much.
The desserts are very literal to their description, and not to my taste, but that has no effect on my review as that is personal.
The breakfast buffet has definitely gone downhill over the years, no doubt because everything is getting more expensive.
If you are at this hotel as a stop for a trip, there is a very large supermarket nearby.

Hotelkamers mooi, zo te zien recent gerenoveerd. Zeer behulpzaam personeel en diner uitstekend met prettige bediening. Online in-en uitchick dus geen wachttijden.

Over de infrastructuur alle lof. Het personeel is onervaren - vinden mijn kamer niet - vinden mijn kamernummer niet bij het ontbijt - kunnen de barkosten niet op mijn kamer zetten, enz... Het avondmaal hebben we overgeslagen ten gevolge de slechte ervaring vorig jaar. Het ontbijt is GEEN 19 euro waard maar 6.50 euro. We gingen ontbijten om 9 uur en verschillende gerechten waren geplunderd en werden niet meer bijgevuld, enkele rolletjes spek waren nog aanwezig, de kom roerei kon je nog met de lepel uitschrapen om nog twee inferieure porties te bekomen en het vers fruit bevatte nog slechts enkele stukjes meloen en appel. Het fruitsap kwam recht uit het brik omdat de sinaasappelen te duur waren. We hebben dit hotel tweemaal bezocht en gaan dit volgende maal aan ons voorbij laten gaan.

Wir sind nachts zu viert mit zwei sehr müden Kindern angereist. Leider war die Verständigung an der Rezeption schwierig, da kaum Deutsch bzw. Englisch gesprochen wurde. Im Zimmer angekommen, war es nicht richtig sauber und nur für drei Personen vorbereitet – es fehlten eine Bettdecke und ein Kissen. Zimmer war klein. Gerade mit Kindern ist das sehr unpraktisch, zumal wir für vier Personen gebucht hatten. Pappbecher auf der Toilette für Mundspülung, überhaupt nicht schön. Keine Schlappen vorhanden im Zimmer.
Von meinem Gold-Status hatte ich überhaupt nichts.
Das Frühstück war einfach, mit sehr wenig Auswahl. Das Besteck war leider nicht richtig sauber.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel.

Bra hotell för en snabb visit på genomresa. Det ligger en liten park bredvid som är fin för en promenad eller för lite lek med mindre barn.

C'est toujours un énorme plaisir pour moi de venir travailler au lounge de l'hôtel et déjeuner au restaurant la cachette surtout lorsqu'Oussama est là car c'est un serveur très gentil, très accueillant, souriant et toujours à l'écoute du besoin de ses clients. Et merci du fond du cœur pour l'attention pour mon anniversaire mon cher Pissaladière ????????. la cuisine est délicieuse, raffinée et à base de produits frais et de qualité. Je recommande+++++

Heb afgelopen vrijdag overnacht, maar door omstandigheden moest ik op laatste moment een van de 2 kamers annuleren. Dit was niet mogelijk en uitzonderingen werden niet gemaakt ook niet voor ons.
Dit vond ik teleurstellend als vaste klant van Novotel, maar ook zeker hoe personeels lid zich gedraagde.

Das Hotel eignet sich gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung oder einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet, was einen angenehmen Gesamteindruck hinterlässt.
Der schön gestaltete Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein, allerdings mangelt es deutlich an Sonnenschirmen – insgesamt waren nur drei Stück vorhanden, was bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung unzureichend ist.
Wir hatten ein attraktives Angebot mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Da es preislich kaum ins Gewicht fiel, war das in Ordnung. Für den regulären Aufpreis würden wir die Halbpension jedoch nicht empfehlen. Zur Auswahl stehen zwei Menüs: ein festes Standardmenü sowie ein täglich wechselndes Tagesmenü. Die Kombination beider Optionen ist möglich. Geschmacklich war das Essen solide, aber keine kulinarische Besonderheit. Das Tagesmenü kostet regulär 22 €, was auch den Rahmen des inkludierten Abendessens darstellt.

Great location, but unfortunately, this hotel has disappointed twice now.
1. Plastic sheet was placed on my bed which made the bed noisy and extremely hot. I had to take it off to be able to sleep (picture attached)
2. In the name of eco-friendliness there is an empty bottle kept in the room to fill water. But I don't understand why is it a bottle and not a jug if they had to provide a container. It's difficult to fill water in the bottle with the size of the hole and fountains that they have put. To fill the bottle you need to continue pressing the button (you cannot press once to start and again to stop)
3. Slow internet speed - I got around 4-5mbps which is not bad but definitely not enough to work with onedrive

Car Park is Free and included cctv felt Safe and secure which is great, car park entrance is on your left opposite the ibis not well signposted but easy to come back round should you miss your turning.
Rooms - feel new ok rooms no English to channels in case you want that
Bar restaurant- bar you can sit round and restaurant on site
Staff - the let down at this hotel is the staff especially at reception very rude and no customer service skills a smile and greeting guests explaining what’s on site etc would help

Soweit alles gut. Großzügiges Zimmer, auf dem Gelände genügend Parkplätze (gesichert), Außenpool vorhanden, netter Empfang, Frühstück reichlich und gute Auswahl. Restaurant vor Ort. Bushaltestelle gegenüber des Hotels. Hat soweit gepasst.

Our family enjoyed taking advantage of the two-room family deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very dark at night thanks to their blackout curtains. I personally liked the heavily carpeted corridors. Breakfast was very good - plenty of variety and good quality fare. Unfortunately the pool that we hoped to enjoy was closed for the entire weekend, perhaps due to expected poor weather which never seemed to materialise. Reception service was quick and helpful. A word to the wise - the fee was not deducted from the deposit as we expected but was charged separately. We were frustrated to find that the bank reserve placed on our room deposit was not released until a full week after we checked out, so funds we had set aside for our trip were not available to us until we were halfway through it.

En 1er le complément de réservation s'est bien passé: une nuit de plus et ne pas changer chambre au cours du séjour. Très bon accueil à la réception. Puis tout au long de notre séjour -3 nuits.

Je juge le resto uniquement Pas terrible au niveau de l offre menu.
On ne se sent guère au resto ...plutôt hall de gare . Les tarifs ne sont pas bon marché

Chambre datée, lit dur comme du bois, absence de bouteilles d'eau pour une fontaine couloir, service lent à très lent.
Ici le pire c'est le restaurant :
Service déplorable, tout est archicuit (les haricots verts sont presque de la purée), avec une carte passable.
Séjour à réserver à une nuit de passage lorsqu'on a pas d'autre choix, comme moi cette fois.
