Des gâteaux bio délicieux et sans gluten, les meilleurs que j'ai pu manger depuis mon régime sans gluten.
Belle découverte sur le marché d'Erbalunga d'Emilie qui produit ces excellents gâteaux.

The absolute best Corsican biscuits. None of the others come near.
Everything is perfect, the flavors, the textures….and they are gluten-free.AND organic!
I discovered them further south at a really good local shop where I buy Corsican wine, sorbets, cheeses etc.
I even travelled with them, and they did not break?
Another positive point is that they stay crunchy and store very well after opening. And I tell you, they will not last long anyway - they are simply too irresistible ; )
Perfection in a very nice “paper bag” packaging. Love them.

C’est un projet de cœur porteur de valeurs, notamment de respect de la personne et de l’environnement.
Cela se ressent dans l’accueil sur le lieu de production, le soin dans chaque détails, les mots et bien évidemment la qualité des biscuits. Bio et sans gluten.
Un détour gourmand et inspirant que je vous recommande vivement!
