Barry, le propriétaire, propose aussi de vous emmener pêcher l'écrevisse, puis de les cuisiner et de les déguster. Unique dans la région ! À partir de deux nuits, il vous offrira aussi un dîner cajun. Et entre deux, prenez le temps de vous poser dans son joli jardin qui donne sur un étang ou depuis son joli gazebo tout en bois.

We did the Crawfish Experience and you must go and do it...Excellent value ..Fun and learn everything you need to know about crawfish. It a condensed low impact experience pulling traps if you wish and thay cook up 5 lb of crawfish you caught plus potatoes and corn.. This place will become very popular...Beat the rush. We already sent people to go. MUST DO.

Lived in Louisiana for almost 2 decades and this might have been one of the most interesting and fun days I have ever had in the state! Barry runs an incredible operation and there is no doubt we will be back. We would recommend this to anyone. We did the crawfish excursion and it was a perfect day activity for our family (kids 3 and 6, but would be great for any age). Can’t thank Barry enough for a beautiful family memory!
