Au cœur du quartier des Contades, dans une rue très calme, à égale distance du centre-ville (quinze minutes à pied), du palais des Congrès, du parc des expositions et du quartier des institutions européennes, Cap Europe Appart'hôtel dispose de 10 chambres et 120 appartements équipés (TV, sanitaires, coin cuisine...) pouvant recevoir jusqu’à cinq personnes.
Les plus : appart'hôtel peu connu mais bien placé et peu cher. Les moins : accès difficile à ce quartier en voiture lors de manifestations diverses.

The variety at the breakfast buffet is big, tasty and fresh. I am a tea lover and I really appreciate you had loose tea, which you could fill into tiny bags. It depends on when you go, but it can happen, that the hall, where the hotel serves the breakfast, is quite crowded and you have to wait a little bit to get a table. You can look at "the art" in this time. It looks warm and welcoming.
You can not open the windows properly inside your room, they can just be tilt. That's the only thing, I found a bit annoying, but nothing bad and I would always come back to this place. I am also not fond of carpets, but as this place is new, everything was fine.
The area is also nice and more calm than right in the middle of the center, what I prefer. But it is not far to go there either.
