Situé littéralement à côté du parc Audubon, cette maison classée au patrimoine historique accueille un peu plus d'une vingtaine de chambres réparties sur trois étages (à noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur). Certaines unités ont un lit antique de plantation datant du milieu du XIXe siècle, alors que d'autres offrent un accès à un balcon avec vue sur le parc. Bref, un endroit agréable où beaucoup d'Européens et de familles descendent. Il est principalement fréquenté par les familles des étudiants des universités voisines lors des remises de diplômes en mai.

This B&B was a wonderful surprise as the first I've been too. Although it keeps with the Victorian style throughout, the bathrooms are updated, and everything was very clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Only downside for me is that I'm a side sleeper and the beds were comfy but a bit soft for how I usually sleep. The location is beautiful and right next to a lovely park and plenty of walkways!

Best place to stay near Tulane. So charming. Nice staff. Lovely atmosphere. Right on Audubon Park, as promised. Great, friendly little bar.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience with the ParkView. The setting and decor cannot be beat, there is no place like it. Right next to Audubon park and easy access to streetcar if you want to see more of the city.
We felt so welcomed and supported with all our needs and questions. Folks were super welcoming of our preschooler, who can be intense, but we were never made to feel like she was a problem. She even got her own special drinks from the bar so she could feel included! Staff went above and beyond to help us figure things out, including moving rooms, finding a babysitter, recommendations on travel options and things to do. Plus the gilded perch bar is a fantastic option for relaxing at the end of the day!
