Hôtel dans un quartier réputé de Paris présentant des chambres décorées avec élégance et un jardin intérieur paisible.

Au cœur de l’un des quartiers les plus réputés de Paris, à deux pas des Champs-Élysées et des boutiques de luxe, entre les places de l’Étoile et de la Concorde, l’hôtel Lord Byron est un véritable hôtel de charme et de tradition. Son jardin intérieur paisible et verdoyant procure une sensation de bien-être et de détente tout comme son agréable salon. Les chambres sont décorées avec élégance dans une expression très classique avec de beaux meubles anciens et d’époque et de beaux tissus. Dans une atmosphère de convivialité, le salon du rez-de-chaussée propose un copieux petit déjeuner buffet à volonté dès 7h du matin.

Lovely comfy room with all required amenities.||Nice shower and very comfortable bed. ||Warm welcome on our late arrival (Late flight from the UK). Very opulent and luxurious decor in the reception and bar area

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti|Due giorni prima dell'arrivo mi hanno scritto una mail chiedendo se avevo particolari esigenze |Ho chiesto, se possibile, una camera all'ultimo piano con vista interna (e sulla Tour Eiffel) e che non venisse usato profumo perché a mia moglie dà fastidio e c'è soprattutto il rischio di allergia|Ci hanno accontentato in tutto.|Staff di una gentilezza e preparazione impeccabile |La camera e il bagno erano pulite e in ordine|Gli spazi, considerando che era una mansarda, perfettamente distribuiti. E il bagno era addirittura finestrato|È presente anche un bel dehor|Il prezzo, siamo a 300 metri dagli Champs-Élysées, più che giusto|Sicuramente se ritorniamo a Parigi questo sarà il nostro hotel|

The hotel location was great but that is where it ends. The staff and service was extremely poor including the following:- ||||- We encountered daily issues that were ignored by the team and were not addressed. |||| - rooms not being cleaned adequately. ||||- towels not being provided therefore having to call reception on multiple occasions to have them provided - Toilet paper not provided ||||- Hand Soap not being refilled (after asking multiple times).||||Broken coffee cup provided.||||- Tea, coffee, milk not being replenished.||||In addition after checking out and arriving home a charge of approximately $300 AUD was charged for two bathrobes. This was never addressed or raised with us on check out. ||||Once contacting the hotel we were directed to the Manager ||Mr Leresche by email. We sent numerous emails to the manager without this being resolved he basically implied we were lying and he trusts his house keeping. Why would a guest make multiple international calls and multiple emails disputing a charge. No phone calls were ever returned by Mr Leresche even though he claims he attempted to return one phone call. He has also stoped responding to our emails. As a Manager of an international hotel your behaviour is unacceptable, unprofessional and disgraceful. We were three guest that stayed for 6 nights who extensively travel internationally. We have never had such a poor experience and will not be recommending this hotel. ||||WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL DUE TO SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ||||MR LERESCHE your treatment of this matter is disgraceful.
