Enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Room was small. Washroom space (especially toilet area) was a tight squeeze.

I was very impressed with my stay here. On my first day, I received great help and care from a staff member named Ingrid—she was incredibly kind and attentive. Throughout the rest of my stay, the other staff were also very friendly and always greeted me with warm smiles. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the space available to open my luggage easily. The location is also fantastic! I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

Everyone I encountered at Hôtel le 12 was incredibly kind and helpful! My room (504) was spotlessly clean, though cozy in size—which is to be expected in Paris. The highlight was the little balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Seeing it lit up at night was lovely.
A special thank you to Susana and Sonia for going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. They welcomed me with warm smiles each time and offered truly invaluable guidance throughout my stay. Very friendly staff!

A gorgeous little hotel close to a railway station. Very convenient for sightseeing. It has all required amenities for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Suzanna and Ingrid. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, easy to reach to all attractions as closed by metro/train/bus station. Close to many shops and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping area. Staff are very friendly. Room size is great and comfortable. Coffee/filter water available at lobby is very convenient. Overall, it is a great boutique hotel. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely hotel, all basic amenities are good standard, the staff are really helpful and kind! Very clean and our room was small but had all we needed and a nice view. Right near a main station too!

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Empfehlenswertes Frühstück! Ein Mini-Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, dazu zahlreiche Restaurants in den Nebenstraßen.

Les chambres sont optimisées en taille et restent confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très fourni et varié. L'emplacement pour profiter de sortie spectacle et grands magasin est idéal.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, perfect for catching the train around Paris. All staff were welcoming & friendly. The rooms are small, typical of Paris, but are well appointed & perfectly designed, with bathrobes, Rituals toiletries, mini fridge, hairdryer, a Nespresso machine, complimentary water & a safe. Our room had a small balcony & view of the Eiffel Tower across the Paris rooftops. There’s a small gym & sauna that we made use of & the buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Guys, if you a looking for a romantic place to surprise your second half - that's the place. View is fantastic, on arrival you can drink champagne sitting outside at the balcony and looking at the Paris roofs and Eiffel Tower.

The staff was very lovely but I was disappointed with the rooms, they are incredibly tiny, it's basically the bed and a bit of space around it, and the walls are very thin

Really nice hotel. Spacious, especially for Europe, and recently updated. The staff were also super nice and the breakfast was quite nice. Good location and a small grocery store nearby, which was convenient.

We stayed with my family for 3 nights at the end of October. It has extremely comfortable and cozy rooms in the center of Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it for those who will travel to Paris.

Good service & breakfast in a quiet street. But the rooms are VERY SMALL. If you are 1m80 don’t go ! I am 1.90 and i could not stand up in the shower ????

Bei unserer Ankunft, war das Zimmer leider nicht sauber. Wir hatten Flecken und Haare auf unserem Bett.
Da unsere Ankunft erst um 00.00 war, war natürlich nur die Nachtwache im Hotel.
Dieser war sehr lieb aber wir mussten ca. 30min auf neue Bettwäsche warten und diese anschliessend selbst beziehen.
Das Hotel hat sich am nächsten Tag entschuldigt, uns einen kleinen Rabatt von 60.00 Euro gegeben und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit - natürlich wurde auch das Zimmer geputzt.
Leider sprechen meine Stiche auf dem Körper, wie sauber das Zimmer tatsächlich war - wir hatten Bettwanzen (siehe Bild)
Das Hotel (nebst der Sauberkeit) hat eine Super Lage, es hat gute Verbindungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist super erreichbar vom Gare de Lyon.
Die Zimmer sind eher klein, reichen aber für einen Übernachtung aus.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber auch nicht mehr.
Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Rezessionen gebucht, hatten leider aber sehr viel pech mit unserem Zimmer.
