We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we absolutely loved it. It has everything you may need. The location is superb, the access is easy. But who made our stay even more special and enjoyable is Eleanita, thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Paris! The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to an array of shops, bars, and restaurants, which made exploring the local area so convenient and enjoyable. It’s also within a pleasant walking distance to iconic landmarks like the Louvre and Notre Dame, which added so much to the Parisian experience.

What truly stood out was how close the hotel is to a metro link – it made getting around the city incredibly easy, saving us so much time and effort. The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were always available to provide helpful tips and recommendations.

I couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the beauty of Paris. I’ll definitely be returning to this gem on my next trip! Highly recommend!

We had booked a room but could not travel to Paris due to a unplanned serious family emergency. The staff were incredibly supportive and did all they could to help us rearrange our booking. We were treated far better than we expected or had hoped for. Thank you very much, we truly appreciate all the support!

Cute aparthotel and very clean, but I didn’t have a great experience when I stayed in September 2023.

The room was sweltering hot the entire duration of my stay. Though the a/c showed it was set at 16 celcius, it barely blew any air. I asked for it to be fixed and was told it was ‘working properly’.

I’m not sure how that could have been given that the a/c in the common room was set at 22 Celsius and it was perfectly cool in that space. My a/c barely blew and the air coming out was not even cool.

I had to leave the door to my room open to get a bit of circulation (because the windows do not open). The other guests I spoke to agreed that my room was super hot and stuffy compared to their rooms and the common room.

Thank goodness I was only here 2 nights. It was utterly miserable… taking cold showers to avoid adding more heat to the room, and sweating buckets getting ready in the morning so I could leave before the sun came up and turned the already hot space into an oven.

If the windows opened, it probably would have been bearable at night. But they are not designed to open and because of that, I would advise you not to risk staying here if temperatures might possibly climb into the mid-20s. With only a few rooms, it is unlikely that they will be able to move you if something is wrong. And their only other solution was to refund my unused night so I could find another hotel which wasn’t really a practical option at the time with the Rugby World Cup in town.

The proprietor was kind enough to retrieve a camera battery and charger that I left behind and offer to mail it to me. But was otherwise unsympathetic and seemed irritated with me about the a/c issue. If I were him, I would have brought the guest a big fan, even if I had to go buy one.

The location was fine if you like the right bank. I’d only ever stayed on the left bank so I thought I’d try another area. I’ll stick to the 5th or 6th for future visits. I didn’t feel super safe walking around here after dark by myself.

There is also no way to get a hold of anyone after hours here if you have a problem. That’s just kind of a scary thought. After my experience here, I won’t stay at another hotel that doesn’t have staff available 24/7.

We will never ever repeat at this hotel. On the second day, the hotel entrance code suddenly stopped working and they left us at the door for more than an hour without anyone picking up the phone or helping us... we were about to call the police....
On top of that, the next day the person in charge became cocky and aggressive, horrible!

While this hotel is super charming and clean, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are expecting air conditioning. My a/c unit in the Verdeau room was set at 16 Celsius, but it didn’t blow cool air at all, in fact, it barely blew any air at all. ||Management insisted it was working fine, but the room was a freaking sauna. I had to leave the door to my room open to get a bit of circulation from the lobby, which was perfectly cool (with the a/c in there unit set at 22). ||My room was completely uninhabitable during the day and only barely tolerable at night because I had my own tiny misting fan (which blew stronger and cooler than the a/c unit). They wouldn’t send a technician to fix it or even provide a larger fan. Also, the windows do not open so there is no way to get any air in the room. It was absolutely misery. I’m so glad I was only here for 2 nights. ||I moved on to another hotel that was icy cold with the a/c set at 19 celcius, so I’m quite sure Casa O just needs to maintain their equipment better. The housekeeper was lovely and, while she couldn’t do much, she did attempt to make me more comfortable by bringing me water and covering the windows as best she could. ||While I liked the hotel otherwise, I wouldn’t risk staying here after April or before November when Paris might have a heatwave. ||Also, there is no one available to attend to issues after hours. No one ever answers the phone number provided. ||The area was fine, though not my favorite. It was convenient to a metro, though not a very useful line. I didn’t feel super safe walking around alone at night or in the early morning. It was my first time staying on the right bank and I’ve discovered I’m more of a left bank girl. I’ll choose the 5th or 6th for all future stays.

Parfait !

The location was great, both walkable from main attractiona and near metro and rer b train for easy acces from the airport. |The room was pretty spacious for Paris, but floors could have been cleaner and when we arrived there was strong smell coming from the shower/bathroom. They fixed it the next day since nobody’s there in the evening and that’s maybe the biggest drawback of that type of self serviced hot. |Overall experience was good and staff was kind!
