This hotel is in a great location, it's walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, shopping. Our room was big. Felt very safe. We felt very welcomed by the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful

À notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli. Les personnes à l’accueil le jour et le soir sont supers gentils et efficaces et polies. Les chambres sont très petites. Nous avons dû demander de changer les serviettes qui n’avaient pas été changer après 3 jours. Aussi le papier hygiénique qu’on nous a donné au compte goutte. Seul point négatif de notre séjour à cette hôtel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The communication and service was particularly good especially from Hamza and Anna.

Alice was amazing, her professionalism and how she goes aboye and beyond for the customer was great! Rooms need to be soundproof though! Not great being able to hear everything happening in the other room!

L'accueil du Lion d'Or toujours très agréable, des chambres très propres et fonctionnelles, une literie de qualité. Un emplacement de l'hôtel idéal et calme. Et un petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Si je peux juste me permettre une suggestion, une petite bouteille d'eau dans les chambres et ce serait parfait ! Merci encore pour votre gentillesse toujours égale.

un peu étonnée de ne pas avoir d'ascenseur, je pense qu'au moment de la réservation, on devrait nous demander si nous n'avons pas d'handicap ou au moins nous prévenir
salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite avec tables très rapprochées
on entend beaucoup les gens qui passent dans l'escalier et gênant quand ça arrive tard dans la soirée
