Avis LE MOULIN ROUGE Paris

The house is nice, although the structure of the theater, seats and view of the stage need to be improved. unfortunately the organization for entry, the lines and rude staff. They even asked my mother to take out a candy she had in her bag, as she couldn't bring food. One Candy!!

Nous y sommes allées au soir pour voir uniquement le spectacle « féerie » et c’était incroyable. Un show de qualité vraiment top je recommande ça en vaut largement la peine

Une expérience à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie.
Les costumes sont très beaux mais parfois les tableaux sont confus, il y a trop de monde sur scène. Le chant n’apporte pas grand chose. Par contre les numéros entre les tableaux (voltiges, équilibriste etc) sont supers.
Dommage que la deuxième représentation soit aussi tardive (23h30)
Plus vous arrivez en avance mieux vous serai placé.
Le lieu est beau.

Die Bestuhlung ist so gnadenlos eng, dass man sich auch als schlanker Mensch gerade so an seinen Platz quetschen kann. Wir saßen quasi mit dem Rücken zur Bühne und mussten uns sehr verrenken.

Die Show beinhaltet drei hochwertige artistische Acts, denen die Sterne gelten. Vorneweg: das folgende ist keine Kritik an den Ausführenden, nur an der Leitung!
Die Choreographie der männlichen Tänzer besteht zu großen Teilen aus sich sehr ähnelnden , dem Bodybuilding entlehnten Posen.
Viele Acts sind zu sehr in die Länge gezogen.
Die Kostüme sind nett gemacht, wobei auch da die Männer zu kurz kommen - die Ankunft in der "neuen modernen freien Zeit" mit schwarzem Lederklischee darzustellen ist einfach nur fantasiebefreit.
Die Bühnenbilder waren durchaus imposant.

Alles in allem: Eine Revue, die keine Emotionen weckt. Die Frage ist, ob die Verantwortlichen es tatsächlich nicht besser können, oder ob sich einfach keine Mühe mehr gegeben wird, weil der Umsatz durch den Namen sowieso von alleine generiert wird.

this place was a disorganized mess and disaster. the seating is awful, I was forced to sit at a table with total strangers. which was incredibly awkward. the drinks they have available or extremely limited and the only thing they really have is champagne. the people that seat you and the people that bring you the champagne or anything else to drink that they may have are incredibly rude. the ticketing and the logistics leading up to even getting seated in the first place was also incredibly awful. how does run up and down stairs just to go through security instead of just checking us at the door. another show was before us so we all stood there for 40 minutes and no one checked our coats. once we finally got seated and I asked for my coat to be checked the guy didn't even take it for me. and he told me I would have to go all the way back out again just to check the coat. There's also no food. And so much for having a dress code because you people were letting others in with blue jeans and flip flops on. ???? Tacky

Choreography was bad, and the dancers synchronisation was totally off. The lip-synced music was super cheesy, and the show itself seems to not have had an update since the 80s. The side acts are the only good part. As a whole though, it's not at all worth the money. Especially if you've ever seen high caliber dance shows somewhere else like Las Vegas - you'll be sorely disappointed.

I can’t comment on the food as I only attended the show. There was a significant wait at the theater, so definitely arrive early. The drink I had was delicious but expensive. However, high prices are to be expected at a tourist attraction. The show itself was exceptional! It was definitely worth the money and time. My only critique concerns the lack of diversity on stage. Although I commend them for featuring a few black male dancers following the lawsuit in 2002, having only two performers in 2024 is laughable. And the absence of women of color was obvious and a bit shocking. This highlights that Moulin Rouge still has ample opportunities to improve diversity. While someone who is white may not notice or care, the lack of representation may be immediately apparent to non-white individuals. Nonetheless, the performers were incredibly talented and deserving of recognition. Go see the show. It’s a must!

Den erwarteten Flair hat es durch die Massenabfertigung verloren. War ein bisschen enttäuscht, wie wir in unseren Platz reingequetscht wurden. Die Tischdecke hatte Rotwein und andere Flecken. Wurde aber nach kurzer Zeit mit einer neuen Tischdecke zugedeckt.
Die Show ansich kann man sich einmal anschauen, nochmal würde ich nicht hingehen.
Gegessen haben wir nichts, wir hatten die Flasche Champagner. Die macht auch Sinn.

Das Moulin Rouge ist ein Varieté im Stadtviertel Montmartre im Vergnügungsviertel Pigalle.
Es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

If anything shouts out Paris, it's The Moulin Rouge.
We got there early, 8ish for the show at 9.
Shown to our seats after going through body checks and tickets
Luckily, we had no one in front of us, so the view was good
At this time, there was a band on with a man & women singer
They were good and got some people dancing.
The drinks came via a waiter
Some may say a little expensive !
9pm came, and the show started
For the next 95 minutes, there was entertainment by way of the show girls & boys
With 3 other acts in certain parts
Overall, it's a very good show
There is no time to sit and reflect as there was an 11pm show
Been to see this in London. It's completely different, but it's still worth going

On vient au Moulin Rouge pour le Paris de la Belle Epoque et surtout pour le French Cancan. Nous n'avons rien eu de tout cela!

Il y a sur tout le spectacle 2 minutes de French Cancan (littéralement!), pas de Belle Epoque, rien!
Quel dommage d'avoir balayé tout ça, de ne pas exploiter l'ambiance Belle Epoque, la joie de cette danse mythique, l'atmosphère extraordinaire créée par la synchronisation de toutes les danseuses dansant en choeur et surtout dans la bonne humeur. Où sont les danseuses charismatiques et à caractère mémorable du French Cancan? Où sont les vraies femmes? Où est l'ambiance parisienne du 19ème?

Quand on s'appelle "Moulin rouge", on n'a pas le droit de faire l'impasse sur tout ça, on doit respecter cette tradition et veiller à ne pas éteindre cette belle ambiance.

Si on veut faire autre chose, alors on va dans un autre établissement, mais le Moulin rouge doit rester Belle Epoque, doit rester French Cancan du début à la fin.

Extrêmement dommage! La femme a un rôle clé dans le French Cancan, elle a du charisme, du caractère, elle a du dynamisme, elle emmène tout le monde dans un tourbillon de joie et de volupté, elle permet à tous d'entrer dans une ambiance de fête, de solidarité et de vivre ensemble. Où est passé tout ça?

Voici ce qu'est devenu ce pauvre spectacle:
- des femmes à qui on ne donne aucun rôle important, qui sont toutes sans relief, sans caractère, fantoches, potaches (elles sont littéralement toutes pareilles, visages et corps compris, il y a 1-2 cm de différence sur le tour de cuisse, mais sinon, ce sont vraiment des copies conformes -> pas du tout comme le vrai French cancan qui mettait en scène de vraies femmes avec leurs vraies personnalités!
- des hommes par contre à qui on donne tout le charisme et les rôles importants
- des numéros de cirque en tout genre (acrobaties, cerceau, etc.)
- les femmes presque toujours seins nus dans de belles tenues qui dévoilent toujours une grande partie de leur corps -> ces tenues n'ont rien à voir avec celles de la belle époque, on veut juste montrer leurs corps et c'est tout, très dommage! Le French Cancan était beaucoup plus subtile!
- un spectacle sans queue ni tête, kitsch au possible qui ne met ni en valeur la femme, ni la créativité au centre, bref, on est dans une sorte de spectacle Barbie où la technique est maîtrisée, mais les artistes et les êtres humains complètement absents

Si vraiment vous voulez quand même y aller, quelques conseils:
- ne prenez pas le repas (ça ne vaut pas la peine, les prix sont exorbitants, la cuisine n'a pas l'air extraordinaire et vous n'aurez pas de meilleures places)
- prenez l'option demi-bouteille de champagne et rendez-vous sur place dès l'ouverture pour avoir de bonnes places. Nous avons été extrêmement bien placés (probablement parce que nous sommes arrivés dès l'ouverture et qu'on avait pris l'option champagne)

Magnifique spectacle, nous avons adoré, c'est dommage que certains ne jouent pas le jeu : pour tenue correcte exigé, notamment pour les baskets et jeans, nous sommes dans un cabaret, un lieu de prestige et pour ma part un respect vestimentaire est normal. Merci encore pour ce moment merveilleux, merci aux danseuses, danseurs, artistes qui nous font rêver le temps d'une soirée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Organisé ???? de ce coté, rien à redire.
Mais globalement déçu de la préstation du 3ème vendredi de février 2024.
Service à table expéditif, flagrant défaut de coordination des danseurs... Très peu vivant et énergétique....
Merci aux duo professionnels, entre les schow des danseurs, qui ont apporté du dynamisme et de belle Préststion !

Un espectáculo que sobrepasa expectativas y clichés. La entrada es un tanto desorganizada y caótica, pero una vez estando en tu lugar queda un espectáculo muy profesional, entretenido y apto para todo público. Excelente performance de las y los bailarines y los números principales simplemente fantásticos. Eso si, la salida es complicada por lo que vale la pena tener un chofer con antelación.

C'est féerique, il n'y a pas mieux pour décrire ce lieu exceptionnel. Un spectacle unique, varié et enchanteur.

Spettacolare quasi tre ore di spettacolo...non abbiamo cenato quindi non saprei giudicare com'è il cibo...chi va a Parigi non può non andare al Moulin Rouge.. soldi ben spesi siamo soddisfatti.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Moulin Rouge in April 2024, and I chose to experience the dinner show. The evening began with dinner at 7 pm, followed by the commencement of the show at 9 pm, coinciding with the serving of desserts. While the culinary offerings may not reach the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant, the atmosphere is more akin to a banquet, given the grandeur of the venue. Nonetheless, the meal was well-prepared and satisfying.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the performance itself. I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer number and talent of the performers gracing the stage. The spectacle was both captivating and entertaining, showcasing a diverse range of acts that kept the audience thoroughly engaged.
It’s worth noting that the surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and bustling, so it’s advisable to exercise caution, especially when navigating the area after the show.
As for attire, there’s no need to don formal attire such as a tie or evening gown. A smart casual dress code is perfectly acceptable and ensures comfort without compromising style.
Overall, my experience at the Moulin Rouge was delightful. From the well-organized event to the impressive performances, it was an evening to remember. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out in Paris.

A must see…i visited during the day ,which was ok…but it’s recommended to visit it at nite time….metro station close by also

Very good dance and acts performance show, very attractive. Top dancers and production, stunning acts and skills. They have a very nice dinner and vine selection. Overall experience and atmosphere is very pleasant.
