Nous venons presque 2 fois par mois depuis l ouverture de cet hôtel. Il y a de très belles prestations et le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. Nous choisissons les chambres avec balcons qui sont très agréables et nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.

Sympa mais un peu cher. Les plats proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix. Les chambres sympas.

Il faut beaucoup plus d'exigence sur ménage, poussière chambre, par exemple. Prévoyez quelques réparations. Porte WC qui touche le sol et ne s'ouvre pas entièrement...

Wonderful experience at Villa M right from check-in where the staff offered the room upgrade and early check-in without us requesting. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood with Metro and bus stops very close by.

Wanted a nice break, but first day and night was bit rough as the room we were in had flooding issues from the showers which took awhile to get this resolved as we weren’t sure if we should leave the room unattended. Therefore wasted about an hour or two just waiting for someone to have this looked! Understandable that the maintenance people won’t be available in the go so this needs improving to make it efficient for the customers needing to use bathrooms!
Secondly, the pad in the room wasn’t working but the lovely lady in reception fixed it, which meant we had to go down as we wanted breakfast in bed which was offered when asked during check ins! The order we made had been cancelled from the kitchen and when we went downstairs to the restaurant anyway. While checking with the staffs they were completely oblivious to the order we had made! So no breakfast in bed as nobody knew how to fix this for us .
Frankly, we felt uncomfortable asking and raising too many concerns we just kept quiet about it throughout the trip as we didn’t wanna ruin our time in Paris!
On the bright side, hotel is nice with lovely western restaurant offering wide range options for guests with live music in the evening! The transport is right in front of hotel! The walk to Eiffel Tower is about 45mins to an hour for those loving to walk!
The roof top terrace is closed during winter due to weather conditions so that was a bummer cos we wanted to dine there and see Eiffel Tower!
Lastly, the staffs are very nice! Came across lovely smiley bunch who did their best! From helping with baggage to calling taxi etcs.

Nous étions déjà venus diner il y a environ 2 ans .
Grosse déception sur les desserts qui étaient à l'époque délicieux et qui sont devenu très médiocres …
Le reste était très bien et bon, merci au musicien Antoine qui a enchanté notre soirée avec son univers.
Nous reviendrons malgré le bémol sur les desserts.

Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure avec balcon, et celle-ci était vraiment très petite !!
14 m2 seulement... Impossible d'avoir 2 valises ouvertes dans la chambre.
La fenêtre ferme mal et l'isolation avec l'extérieur est donc mauvaise.
Vraiment très déçu par l'hôtel !

Venant aux salons , on a voulu se faire plaisir en passant 2nuits dans cet hôtel à la déco moderne .Espace bar très restreint (fauteuils cosy) dans l’entrée ..
Plateaux repas trainant par terre dans le couloir pendant plusieurs heures …
Chambre spacieuse et raffinée mais sdb et wc inondés après une douche .
Personnel à l’écoute, réparation au scotch effectuée sans efficacité .
Pour le prix , un geste commercial aurait été apprécié .

Le lieu est fort sympathique j’adore ,Mais surtout Camille rajoute une touche en plus avec sa gentillesse , elle et son équipe sont au top ????????!! Par contre la carte des spiritueux ( rhum) mettre du BACARDI ????????????C’est vraiment pas du tout à la hauteur de ce joli hôtel !!!!!

I really liked your hotel . but my precious necklace in the jewelry box is gone . it was definitely stolen . I know there are a lot of thieves in Paris, and actually a lot of people who were robbed of their goods. and I was also stolen.
I said this to the reception, but they didn't take any action .
Isn't it the Olympic season soon? Who would like a country with a lot of thieves?

We loved the Hotel, the location and the Staff.
Everybody served and tried to help, te rooms are very cozy and tidy.
The location is very convenient, next to a metro and close to the Eiffel tower.
