Much effort had gone into the ambience and decor of this little hotel with fine dining. Lovely helpful staff, exceptional service and restful night's sleep. Restaurant full of locals, which is always a good sign. Imaginitively decorated room very comfortable.

Hôtel cosy, raffiné mais sans caractère ostentatoire. Le service est attentionné et discret, personnalisé. Les chambres sont pourvues de grandes fenêtres, l’insonorisation est parfaite. La literie est confortable, la mise à disposition d’une cafetière est appréciée.
J’apprécie chaque séjour. Particulièrement indiqué pour un week end à deux ou dans le cadre d’un séjour professionnel. Petit déjeuner qualitatif : viennoiseries et pains, œufs, fromages divers et charcuteries… thés, cafés et jus d’orange frais, laitages, les produits sont sélectionnés.

Suite au séjour de vacances de fin d'année passé avec ma famille au sein de l'hôtel Max, nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et qualité du service qui nous a été offert.
Nous tenons à souligner tout particulièrement l'accueil chaleureux et la sympathie, Ils ont été très sincères, serviables et bienveillants.

Je le recommande fortement.

Nous venons de passer quelques nuits à l'Hôtel Max et nous avons été ravis. Hôtel très chaleureux et très accueillant. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien (pain frais, viennoiseries, salade de fruits, fromage, yaourt, œufs, etc...). Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, bien insonorisées. Malgré mon mal de dos, j'ai bien dormi ! Situé dans un quartier calme (que nous connaissions bien pour y avoir habité) proche du métro et commerces. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The hotel was really nice and cosy. Also the location is good. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a girl who is working on the reception and she also had to keep attention on the breakfast area and to refill if something is over. She was definitely not doing great with her time management, also super absent-minded and we had to constantly reminding her.

The hotel is great. It is affordable and not in a busy part of Paris. It is two blocks from the Alesia subway and the same from the 38, 68 and 92 bus at Leclerc. The hotel rooms are small but comfortable and functional, the closet is small but there are coat hooks as you enter the room. Rooms with the terrace/balcony are on the third /top floor. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. You will get a heavy key and keychain however they hold the key for you while you are out. Housekeeping comes daily and they are also very nice and helpful. It is a great neighborhood to stay in as it is not crowded, which makes the neighborhood quiet, even more so if you get a room that is not on Rue de Aleaia. Highly recommend.

A mon avis le meilleur hotel à prix raisonnable dans le secteur Alésia. Tout neuf et bien décoré, chambres plutôt plus grandes que la moyenne, personnel accueillant, Petites attentions comme des capsules Nespresso dans la chambre. Que du bon.

In my opinion the best reasonably priced hotel in the Alesia neighborhood. Fully renovated, rooms bigger than Paris average, welcoming staff, small things like Nespresso capsules in the room. Only good stuff

Tolles kleines Boutique Hotel. Wir hatten das 20m2 Zimmer und es war groß genug. Frühstück war auch gut und gemütlich. Mit der Metro 4 kann man direkt vom Bahnhof Gare de Est zum Hotel fahren. Zimmer lag ruigh und wir konnten das Fenster offen lassen.

Awesome hotel and staff. The room is just right and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
It's very near to the train station and top locations can be reached in 10 minutes.
In conclusion, a very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Hôtel très charmant dans ce quartier de Paris - rapport qualité prix OK. Chambres propres, bien insonorisé - nous pouvons entendre ce qui se passe dans les couloirs mais si les résidents ou personnel sont discrets, ce n'est pas gênant. Produit hygiène de base, nécessaire pour café. Les décorations de l'hôtel et de la chambre sont très agréables, créant une bonne atmosphère. Je recommande.

Super 2 night break with my daughter. Rooms were spotless and staff more than happy to ensure we had rooms next door to each other.
Good breakfast. The location was wonderful, a real Parisien neighbourhood, yet with easy access to the city centre.
Can recommend the local park, Parc Montsouris for a run or stroll. It also has a good playground. Also a local vegetarian restaurant, Maison Binder.

Great place. So glad we found this in Paris last minute during the rugby World Cup. Igir has been so kind and helpful in the night when we arrived. Fantastic hospitality. We are so happy.

Sehr sauberes und schönes kleines Hotel mit Flair. Sehr gut gelegen für ein paar Tage Paris. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit einer kurzen Metrofahrt gut zu erreichen.
Alle Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, sah aber lecker aus.
Wir hatten zwei Classic Doppelzimmer gebucht, eines wurde upgegradet - danke dafür!

After 2 flights and some delays I was welcomed with an upgrade - the best news I can get! The staff was very welcoming and polite, they helped me get settled in very quickly. The suite was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed (no bed bugs!!!). The furniture made the room feel spacious and the bathroom was very cute - it felt compact rather than small. I liked the location, it's 5min. away by foot from the underground and 15min. away from the train station, which is really great if you plan to travel around Paris. All in all, great experience - will definitely visit again!

Super petit hotel dans un quartier tranquille mais tres bien desservi et avec plein de magasins a proximite. La chambre etait impeccable et spacieuse (20m2 avec deux lits simples, et douche). Le personnel tres avenant et toujours pret a servir. Le seul petit hic etait que nous entendions beaucoup le bruit de la rue car notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale et etait au rez-de-chaussee. Mais j'y retournerai sans hesiter pour toutes les raisons citees ci-dessus, et en cette periode d'infestation de punaises de lits a Paris, cet hotel etait un havre de paix! Un grand merci a toute l'equipe.

Nettes, kleines Boutique-Hotel an perfekter Lage. Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein, aber mit der dazugehörenden Veranda konnte man sich richtig wohlfühlen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und an 24 Std. für einem da. Das Frühstücks-Buffet bot für alle etwas und war perfekt. Ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Mit der Metro 4 ist man schnell an den wichtigsten Punkten oder Umsteigemöglichkeiten. In der sicheren und angenehmen Nachbarschaft hat es gute kleine Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder !
