Un lieu unique à Paris ! Calme, beau, des aménagements hyper agréables, un accueil charmant et disponible ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Unfortunately this place has no customer service. I have a very bad experience with this hotel. They booked me into two rooms. But I booked only one. I only received one confirmation email, so I could not know that they booked me into two rooms. after realizing the double booking they didn’t give me the money back for the unnecessary room. Not even a part of it. Just fully charged an extra room I didn’t book and didn’t use. The room rates are also too high for what you get in my opinion.
He also insulted me very badly afterwards via message because I asked for my money back. Reading the other reviews this happens on regular bases that he insults guests. Please be careful with this place. It all seems very unprofessional and not safe

ホテルの入口が少し分かりにくくパスコードが無いと入れないので注意してください。

接客はとてもフレンドリーで愛想も良く気持ちよく過ごせました????

客室は洗面所の間接照明が接触が悪いのか、ときどき点滅を繰り返してました。
トレイも綺麗で安心です！

11区と少し離れた場所ですが、中庭の雰囲気も良くロッジというだけありホテルよりフランクで楽しめました。

またフランスに来る時は利用したいです????

Très bel endroit au calme dans Paris. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et la literie très confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, du choix et de la qualité, on s’est régalé!!!
