Only been here for 3 days so far but everyone is so friendly and will do anything to make your stay amazing room and food are absolutely superb loving it a+++++ highly recommended

SUPER Hotel ????

Nous avons séjourné avec mon Mari pour notre Lune de miel au mois de Juin 2023. C'est un Hotel magnifique, très propre.. la chambre est tres spacieuse et toujours Niquel
La plage est jolie mais petite.
Le personnel est super accueillant et tres gentil ce qui est important quand nous arrivons dans un pays etranger..
Le seul petit point negatif c'est qu'il n'y a rien autour, ni restaurant ni bar. Heureusement qu'on a louer une voiture pour le sejour, sinon sa aurait gacher nos vacances.
Globalement je recommande cet hotel ????????????????????????

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette hôtel. La piscine etait super ! Le restaurant black rock aussi tres bien avec personnel accueillant . Sauf que On a eu comme problème soit pas d eau chaude soit pas d eau froide, fuite d eau dans les toilettes, plus d électricité... Aussi on nous dit que ya comme activité sortie vélo, paddle, grotte.. on di ok on réserve mais ya pas place mdr. Et le buffet est petit repas pas adapté à des familles avec enfants.

I can recommend the Radisson Blue Azuri Hotel. The hotel offers everything you need for a dream vacation. An exceptional service is offered by the employee Vinay. This man is an asset to the hotel. He makes a huge difference when you have him as a contact person. He accompanied us the whole vacation and planned tours together with us. Through his knowledge of the country we got to know very special places on the island. Vinay was always available for us and helped us immediately with any question. The hotel is very lucky to have him as an employee. We would like to thank Vinay again for making our vacation a dream trip.

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et assez calme.
En ce qui concerne le service moyennement satisfaite.
L'accueil est bien, mais en ce qui concerne la communication.... il faut toujours venir redemander, par exemple pour les activités faut tjrs aller demander où auraient-ils lieux, souvent on nous annonce que c'est annulé à la dernière minute.
Emplacement dans l'est, donc il faut s'attendre à bcp de vents et changement météo rapidement soit passer du soleil à la pluie en quelques minutes.

Mein Mann und ich haben hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Erst einmal möchte ich den Hotelbesitzer Vinay Koomar loben, der seine Gäste herzlichen empfängt. Er zeigte uns direkt anfangs das Hotel und erklärte uns alles. Wir bekamen seine Kontaktdaten und konnten jedes Mal nachfragen, wenn wir etwas nicht wussten. Er organisierte uns alle Ausflüge die wir unternommen haben, sodass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten.

Good hotel really made our stay enjoyable.
Food
Brilliant they do different theme nights. You also have an options of different restaurants from the main buffet. If you all-inclusive the hotel will pay 600-800 rupees towards the meal and you have to top-up the rest.
Drinks
All-inclusive but some drinks like tequila not included do have to pay about £1.50 per shot not too bad. Just one dilemma where we requested gin and tonic but continued to have rum and tonic. Turned out the bottle labelled gin was actually rum was told this was being investigated, staff were very apologetic. Generally bar staff are the best, they knew what we drank and kept them coming.
Activities
The hotel facilitated things like shopping at the market, some water activities which is great. Just have to book in advance. All other excursions hotel can facilitate but I found it cheaper to use separate taxis from hotel about £20- 30 difference with Akshay +230 5252 2900.

Staff
Kavita and Nayna honestly most lovely women I have ever met, they cleaned our room and always pleasant and polite making sure our stay was comfortable. Vinnie the hotel manager actually did 1:1 engagement and kept in touch which was awesome! 10th wedding anniversary little nice surprises in our room and beautiful candlelit dinner compliment from hotel. All staff were honestly ever so friendly and polite. They always smiling and asking if you ok. They actually a reason for me to come back to the hotel again.

Entertainment
Most nights were live music, some were great others not so much, I think they could do with more days of DJs . I did think the entertainment ended too early always packing up at 10pm which was at the peak and the crowd would beg for more.
Pool/ beach
Nice and clean infinity pools the beach great sands

My friends and I recently had a 7 night fully inclusive package at the Azure. All I can say is wow! For my first time in Mauritius, I can truly say the experience was wonderful. It has even wanted me to book my next holiday. The staff are friendly, attentive. The choice of of food, amazed me every day, there were so many choices. The timing of meals was great, one felt you never needed to rush to get to any meal. I loved the afternoon tea option; the pancakes were outstanding. There are 2 other restaurants to choose from on the property if you needed a changed from the buffet. The pool area is beautiful and well protected from the wind. There are plenty of choices to find a place to relax and read a book. The public toilets are clean and well maintained. The activities offered, there was always something going on and the choices were great. The Spa is beautiful and relaxing. I had a treatment, it was delightful. The use of the facility was included, and I always made time to go there just to enjoy the tranquillity. My friend and I had a double Garden room, it was neat, spacious, and very comfortable. I loved the balcony that overlooked the well-manicured garden. Overall, every staff member was friendly, they greeted you with a smile. This hotel has set the benchmark for my next trip. I would want to go back.
