I had an exceptional stay at Mövenpick Petra! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The hotel’s location, nestled right next to the breathtaking Petra archaeological site, made exploring the wonders of Petra incredibly convenient.

The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities truly enhanced my experience.

What truly set Mövenpick Petra apart was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, particularly Mr. Bashar Khlifat. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests’ comfort ensured that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. His personalized assistance made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel.

Overall, I highly recommend Mövenpick Petra to anyone visiting the region. The combination of unparalleled service, prime location, and luxurious accommodations make it the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay. Upgraded at no extra charge to a suite. Location best in Petra if you only want to see the old city, entrance being just opposite the hotel. Breakfast, service, room all of good 4-star quality. Not outstanding in any of these categories but good upper-level standard. Most noticeable downside are the the bed cushions and the super hard matttresses, but again very typical for most hotels in that price range.

Ho prenotato per la sede con vista e mi sono ritrovato in tutt’altro edificio. Volevano farmi pagare un extra per aver omesso una persona in più nella prenotazione, quando nella realtà nella codesta prenotazione la persona in più era già stata calcolata. Aspetto ancora dopo una settimana il rimborso della cauzione! Cuscini scomodi e doccia che si allaga!
Ho cenato al ristorante dell’hotel e ho pagato la bellezza di 70 jod nonchè 92 euro un club di sandiwich, un piatto di pollo con verdure e una cheesecake.

Sangat menikmati waktu menginap disini. Interior hotelnya keren banget???????? Pergi mengunjungi Petra sampai ke Monastery dan balik ke hotel mampir ke Al Maqa’ad Bar. Salah satu petugas, Ms. Ana Rose memberikan rekomendasi minuman yang enak & segar. Dan sarapan disini oke bgt, very tasty! Lokasi? Tidak perlu diragukan, persis di seberang Visitor Centre. Excellent service, thanks to Paula, Mary, Fouad, Hamza during our stay.

O hotel fica bem na frente de Petra Visitor's Center, facilita muito! A arquitetura estilo palácio árabe, muito bonita, bem cuidada, se destaca absolutamente de outros hotéis, que mantém o padrão ocidental. A comida é bem servida, a tarde uma sessão com fonte de chocolate, os chocolates que nos esperam no quarto, são muito prazeirosos.

Located right across the street from the visitor center, this is where you want to be when visiting Petra. After picking up our lunch boxes at reception, we were literally the first to behold the Treasury that day. This was the day after we were welcomed by Ahmad at reception. He made us immediately feel at home at check-in and delivered stunning service. We spent three nights at the Mövenpick. Room, breakfast and chocolate hour were excellent.

Excelente hotel ubicado justo frente del centro de visitante de Petra. Muy lindo ambientado, habitaciones amplias, con todo lo necesario para tener una agradable estadía. Con desayuno completo y varios restaurantes y bares. El servicio del buffet para la cena super recomendable!

Je ne suis restée que 2 nuits et c'était déjà de trop. Pas de clim dans ma chambre et comme elle donnait sur la rue. je n'ai pu dormir convenablement car hôtel n'est pas du tout insonorisé. IL faisait encore plus froid dans la chambre que dans le couloir (en novembre). Rampe pour la douche rouillée et ne tient plus donc dangereux pour les clients qui souhaitent s'appuyer pour mieux monter. La réception n'a rien voulu entendre sur l'état de la chambre et a juste demandé si elle était propre je leur ai dit que oui. Par conséquent, pour eux, tout aller bien pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !
Chambre Décoration vieillotte, seule la télé écran plat démontre que nous sommes au XXIème siècle. Quant au reste plus tôt un retour aux années 80. Par contre, très joli patio un coin bar agréable (pas de piano bar pour l'ambiance). Certains serveurs sont chaleureux en fait 2 sur tous les autres. Bagagiste absent et nourriture moyenne. Le petit-déjeuner de type arabe servi en chambre est copieux, très bon et servi chaleureusement. Seul point très positif la situation géographique de l'établissement juste en face de l'entrée du site de Pétra donc rien à redire de ce côté-là. Si vous devez séjourner dans cet hôtel soi disant de 5 étoiles refusez la chambre 157

LES CHAMBRES SONT GRANDES ET TRES BIEN EQUIPEES. BOUTIQUES. PLUSIEURS RESTAURANTS. PETIT-DEJEUNERS BUFFET EXCELLENT. PISCINE. HAMMAM. SALLE DE REMISE EN FORME. LES TARIFS ELEVES SONT JUSTIFIES PAR LA QUALITE DU SERVICE.

Bien sûr ce n'est pas un hôtel de routards mais qu'il est agréable de s'y retrouver après avoir crapahuté une journée entière dans les ruines de Petra sous le cagnard.
Quel confort, quelle tranquillité et quel accueil !
Finalement ce n'est pas un luxe inabordable en réservant à l'avance sur internet, il y a de bonnes promotions. En basse saison touristique comme le mois de juillet il fait un peu chaud dans la région mais il y a des prix cadeaux.
