Hotel novo, tudo impecável e funcionando perfeitamente (achei que a água da piscina podia ser um bocadinho mais quente durante o inverno).
Café da manhã completo e delicioso, com serviço primoroso. Quarto grande e confortável, com enxoval de primeira qualidade.
Staff atento, educado e amigável, todos sempre dispostos a ajudar.

Impeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. I’d say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I’d love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google.

Hotel excelente, staff muito simpático, pequeno almoço fenomenal. A localização é espectacular. A única coisa que não correspondeu foi a temperatura da água da piscina interior que é de fria a morna.

Un hôtel qui mérite vraiment ces 5 étoiles.
L’accueil et le service sont spécialement attentionnés depuis le Check in, le petit déjeuner, le spa, la qualité des massages sans oublier le bar.
Un emplacement idéal dans un quartier très vivant. La chambre était très confortable et l’équipement à la hauteur.
Cet hôtel a vraiment contribué à la qualité de notre séjour à Porto. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe car c’est l’humain qui fait la différence dans ce type d’hôtel.

Superbe hôtel ouvert récemment. Personnel sympa et bienveillant. Magnifique spa. Dommage le manque de surveillance et instructions dans le spa. Les gens utilisent le sauna sans serviette. Aussi l'absence de douchette dans le hammam. Tout cela enlève un peu d'hygiène à un lieu tout beau, tout neuf...

INCROYABLE ! Je recommande totalement ! Une parenthèse en amoureux, massages excellent, toutes les équipes sont souriantes et très très agréables ! La réception est trés sympa et surtout souriantes !! Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles et les chambres ont une superbe odeur chaque matin ! Le barman est trés doué, les cocktails étaient super ! Le petit déjeuner et les serveurs/serveuses c'est également un 10/10 ! Tout est a proximité de l'hôtel ! N'hésitez pas !

Located in the historic center of Porto and ideally placed for a city discovery, this new hotel is consistently amazingly well designed and equiped for a high quality hotel experience - in every aspect:
- a cosy modern interior design in the lobby, the restaurant and the rooms,
- an excellent sleep quality with comfortable beds and quiet environments,
- a super kitchen and restaurants team! Those guys hive Michelin star experiences from breakfast to dinner. The menus offer surprising dishes (the couscous with curry sauce, the octopus carpaccio, the pineapple/coconut/icecream dessert, the Paris-Brest dessert, the Aniki-Bobo (non alc.) cocktail ... are gorgeous),
- the large swimming pool,
- and the staff is sooo motivated and helpfull to give the best possible hotel experience.

I loved this hotel and will definitely visit when I return to Porto. The hotel staff was impeccable and provided excellent service. The rooms are beautifully designed. Be sure to check out the spa and pool area. My only recommendations would be Netflix or some ability to use streaming services in the room and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and other things.

We stayed in the Wine and Books Hotel for Seven nights .The Hotel should be rated 7* .We have travelled worldwide and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in .The staff are very special , working as an excellent team to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Camilla and Soraia on the front desk and to the food and beverage manager and all the restaurant and housekeeping staff for excellent
Service which went above and beyond what we expected...Nothing is too much trouble for this excellent team. The room was quiet and comfortable and the food and breakfast is the best we ate in Porto. El mejor lugar al mejor precio . Habitación de lujo . El servicio fue de lo mejor tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, todo genial ! Estacionamiento en el lugar . Ubicación muy céntrica.

Everything here is perfect. Starting with the staff. Super nice. Location in walking distance of everything. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar only are worth the visit. About to checkmout the spa. Best shower ever, also.

Foi sem dúvida uma escolha inequívoca na pesquisa por hotéis no Porto. Porém o melhor estava ainda para vir. Desde a recepção por parte de todos os funcionários, às comodidades, à acessibilidade e ainda à gastronomia no restaurante do hotel foi sem dúvida fenomenal. Não há palavras para descrever toda a hospitalidade que foi apresentada. Um bem haja a toda a equipa
