Adresse de charme ouverte à l’hiver 2022 par une famille franco-portugaise proposant 4 chambres très joliment décorées dans une vieille bâtisse rénovée en plein cœur de Porto. Manuela la propriétaire a chiné de beaux objets qui donnent un charme fou aux 4 grandes chambres lumineuses dont deux ont une terrasse qui donne sur un petit jardin fleuri. Fantastique petit déjeuner avec des produits maison. L'excellent restaurant au rez-de-chaussée tenu par le mari Enrico vaut également le coup de fourchette ! Accueil attentif et personnalisé en français, hôtes adorables.

We stayed at the Vila Camélia in Porto for a week in March. It was an excellent experience! The Lestuzzi family looked after us with great individuality and attention to detail. We felt that they really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our suite was stylishly and comfortably furnished, there was everything we needed and Manuela and her sons were always available. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a special surprise every time. We enjoyed the evening menu at the Vila Camélia twice. Enrico knew how to tell stories and compose music full of flavor with his perfect cooking skills. The wine recommendations were wonderfully descriptive and to the point. The communication was always excellent and if words were not precise enough, the language of the heart was all the more so. Thank you very much for this experience and we hope to see you again! A & J

My friend recommended Vila Camélia to us, and I’m glad they did. Our stay was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place run by a family, couple and their two sons.

The cozy rooms were well-equipped and had their own unique charm, designed by the family themselves. I particularly loved my room’s spacious balcony and ample natural light.

The location was perfect. It’s a cozy neighbourhood, offering tranquility yet within walking distance of everything.

The in-house restaurant, led by Michelin Star chef Enrico (father), served exceptional food.

Special thanks to Enzo (son) and the family for their hospitality and helpful recommendations, which made our stay in Porto truly memorable.

This review is about the restaurant and venue, we are local to Porto so we didn’t stay there. Ok… we went to dinner at Vila Camelia last night for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The space is beautiful! Romantic lighting, mid century style, and gorgeous art by Hazul. We especially enjoyed the wine and fish courses. It was such a treat to meet the family and learn about the project. They made us a very special by bringing out an anniversary cake too! Don’t miss this very special spot.
