Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, et excellent.
Le service de voiturier est appréciable à Porto.

I am beyond shocked by the lack of response from the hotel, especially considering the subpar experience we had during our visit.
We actually just wanted to have a spa day but
the absence of a functioning sauna, NO relaxation spaces at all, were major disappointments. during our treatments half of the group needed to wait in an outdoor whirlpool for 85 minutes and hasn’t had any area to stay inside - side fact it was raining and only 10 degrees.
The exorbitant cost of the massages did not align with the quality we expected from a 5-star establishment, and even after requesting more pressure, the service did not improve. (280€ for two massages)
The evening took a turn for the worse at the hotel bar, where three of us experienced severe stomachaches and two vomited all night after consuming a Cesar salad. This food poisoning ruined our last day in Porto, and one friend is still unwell. Our anticipation, fueled by the internet's promising images, turned into utter dismay.
The lack of response from your team is completely unacceptable. We eagerly await your statement to address these issues promptly.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, il y a du choix et pour tous les goûts.
Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats très travaillés et un service impeccable.
L'hôtel est situé proche du centre ville et on peut avoir une vue magnifique sur le Douro.
