Bon accueil. Pour un appart de deux pieces cuisine sdbain on paye 28 euros/nuit. Le quartier Talborj est tres sympa.

J'ai loué une chambre dans cette residence, c'etait tres propre rapport qualité prix vraiment super, le staff est vraiment agreable et a disposition pour des conseils et des renseignements, J'ai passé un agreable sejours je suis resté 7 jours en tout l'emplacement est tres bien il y a beaucoup de bon restaurants aux alentours il y a une banque avec un guichet juste a cotes et aussi des taxis, tres pratiques la plages n'est pas tres loin aussi vous pouvez tout faire a pieds. je recommande

This hotel has been open for about two years and offers furnished apartments at an inexpensive price. The hotel lobby is quite large and very well furnished. The man on the reception was always very pleasant to me.

I stayed in Apt 3 on the first floor, which is a one bedroom apartment with a lounge, bedroom, fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is a new lift (elevator) so no walking is necessary.

Room cleaning arrived every morning and brought fresh towels and toilet rolls. The walk-in rate to stay here is around 450 dirhams a night (it said so on the notice on the back of the door), but for people who stay for more than 3 weeks, they only charge 150 dirhams a night for one person, or 220 dirhams a night for a couple. I noticed that a lot of the clients were Scandinavian and German. I'm not surprised really, this hotel is so clean and smart that people who cannot abide dirty hotels and bathrooms would just have to stay here.

The kitchen was fully fitted and had a new fridge. Both of the rooms (bedroom and lounge) had double glazed windows with a panoramic view over to the distant sea view. The bedroom had four wall lights and there were plenty of power points in both rooms. Each floor of the hotel has its own free WiFi internet connection.

I have stayed in several hotels in Agadir in times past, but for me, this was really the best of the bunch. High quality apartments with lovely furnishings at a very cheap price. I will stay here again, for sure!
